• handsi (6/5): - عبارة عن مبنى قديم الدرج لولبي وصغير جداً غرفة وصاله فيها كنبتين فريدة تتحول سرير الوصول للمترو في السلطان احمد صعود لمدة عشر دقائق. المميز فيه ان حولة مجموعة فنادق والمبنى تابع لهم ويشتركو في صالة افطار ممتاز ومتنوع.

• Eppers (6/5): Spacious but needs maintenance - The room was very bright and spacious. The restaurant was pretty with the garden courtyard, and the food was delicious. Elvin was very gracious and helpful. I do understand it was the 2 star part of the hotel, but the room needs quite a bit of maintenance and a thorough deep cleaning.

• Caroline (7/5): - L'emplacement est super pas loin de la mosquée bleue et de sainte Sophie. De plus il y a un parc à côté pour les enfants. La quantité d'eau chaude n'était pas suffisant pour 3 personnes. L'appartement en sous-sol.

• Gökdeniz (9/5): Civarda daha iyisi çok zor bulunur - Odalar gayet konforlu, refahtı. Herhangi bir temizlik sorunu ile karşılaşmadık, aksine beklediğimizden iyi bulduk. Odada yemek yiyip içmek için gerekli tabak, kaşık çatal gibi şeyler yeterliydi, ütüsü, masası, saç kurutma makinesi biz gayet beğendik. Bulunduğu konuma göre de beklediğimden kat ve kat daha sessiz ve sakindi. Odalarda maalesef elektrikli fırın olduğu yazdığı halde odada bulunmuyordu, merkezi bir ısıtma sistemi yok bu yüzden odada bulunan eski bir klima ile ısınılıyor, bizim için yeterli olsa da bazı insanlar bu ısıtmayı yetersiz bulabilir.

Вкусный завтрак в гостинице напротив, хороший выбор, голодными не останетесь. Отличный персонал, ответили на все наши вопросы, разрешили оставить багаж на время, пока мы уезжали в Ялову, вызвали такси — в общем, большое им спасибо за всё. Еще и на русском хорошо разговаривают. В душе во время использования вода течет на пол, в целом было пыльновато. Но в соотношении цена-качество всё ок, тут просто вопрос адекватных ожиданий

• Andre (6/5): Déçus des équipements. - L'emplacement, le petit dejeuner. La kitchenette, pas vraiment utilisable car prises électriques très précaires, ainsi que tout le nécessaire de cuisine. On a dû réclamer un renouvellement de serviettes et du nécessaire de toilettes.

• olga (3/5): - Не дорого, центр Стамбула, тихая улица. Есть кухня. Спальня не плохая. Если вы вдвоём и ищите недорогое место, жить можно. В отеле мы не жили. Бронировали на троих. В итоге оказалось, что третье спальное место это сломанные кресла-кровати. Грязные, жёсткие, без матраса и постельного белья. Спать невозможно. Если бы мы были вдвоём, жить можно. Но надо учитывать, что стулья и кресла тканевые и очень засаленные. Если вы не брезгливы, то пойдет. Вывески у отеля нет и найти его можно только, если продавцы окружающих магазинов подскажут и вызовут менеджера.

• Елена (8/5): - Отдыхали с 7 по 14 октября 2025 г. Отличное расположение отеля. Несмотря на близость к основным достопримечательностям, очень тихо и спокойно. Очень отзывчивый, доброжелательный персонал. Завтраки стандартные, но насытиться и почувствовать местные вкусы и колорит удалось. Кровать большая и удобный матрас . температуру можно регулировать кондиционером ( одну ночь было холодно, включали на тепло). Есть холодильник, микроволновка, чайник дали по запросу, столовая посуда. Очень удобно, можно что-то купить и вечером разогреть, покушать в домашней обстановке, в комнате есть небольшой стол и стулья ( жили на 1 этаже). Телевизором не пользовались. Есть где повесить и разложить одежду.Можно оставить багаж при выезде и погулять налегке. Мы завтракали в отеле напротив, там же можно воспользоваться кулером, чаем, кофе с печеньем и фруктами ( бесплатно) пока ожидаешь такси, заселения или отъезда. Цена за проживание соответствует качеству.

We couldn’t try the kitchen as there are not any supermarkets with cooking ingredients in the center of Istanbul, but it seemed great. The breakfast was a little bit repetitive but enough for the price.

While the room is not as large as I expected, it does include two rooms and a small kitchen for cooking meals. I like the cozy living room. Staying in the old town is a good option; you can easily walk to the attractions in the city center. When we got up in the morning, the water supply was cut off, which caused some inconvenience.

• Paulina (8/5): Comfortable stay in great location - The location is perfect to discover the old town of Istanbul. The room is very spacious and offers anything we needed for our stay. From the top room we had a nice few over the city and to the sea. Breakfast was good and the stuff was very friendly. Check-in was in another building, very close, still a bis hard to find since we didn't receive the full adress.

• Nezhat (8/5): Very good - The apartment is a good place to stay at an affordable price. It has everything you need, appropriate for the cost. The location is excellent, though there is a steep slope to reach the main streets, which might be challenging for older people. Sirac is very kind and helpful; he assisted us in moving to another location due to an unexpected, continuous power outage in the area. You can always count on him. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
