Spring Willow (7/5): - noise from the cobblestone traffic outside the window. The shower stall is missing a glass door, so the floor is wet.
Gerda (9/5): Fijn appartement in Faith Istanbul - Het appartement ligt op goede locatie. Tram, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden op loop afstand. Appartement was heerlijk room Balkon was erg klein, nodigt niet uit.
Timur (5/5): - The apartments were clean and well-maintained. One of the biggest advantages is the location — both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are within walking distance, which made sightseeing very convenient. There are also many cafés and restaurants nearby with plenty of options for food. Room cleaning was included in the price, which was appreciated. It is also possible to arrange airport transfers through the property. The area is quite noisy, and sleeping with open windows was nearly impossible because of the outdoor air conditioning units running on neighboring buildings. There also seemed to be something like a diesel generator operating on the roof of one of the nearby buildings. In addition, several garbage containers are located directly below the windows, including containers for glass bottles, and they were emptied around 2 AM, creating a lot of noise. We also arranged airport transfer and luggage storage with the owner for the day of departure, but in the morning we were unable to reach him — he did not respond to calls or messages. In the end, we left the luggage elsewhere and booked another transfer service. The owner called back about five hours later, but by then his assistance was no longer needed.

Maria Alejandra (9/5): Cómodo y excelente calidad/precio - Es literalmente al lado de las mezquitas. Es cómodo y el personal fue muy querido con nosotros, de verdad gracias. Al estar en la zona más turística los restaurantes y sitios para comer tienen unos precios desmesurados.
Badr (8/5): Goed aparthotel - Locatie is top. De eigenaar en medewerkers zijn erg behulpzaam. Vooral Kadir: super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd beschikbaar als je iets nodig hebt. Het is een leuk aparthotel dat er verzorgd uitziet. Wij verbleven in het souterrain appartement, wat perfect was voor een gezin. Om de dag kon je gebruikmaken van de schoonmaakservice, waarbij je ook schoon beddengoed en handdoeken kreeg. Er zijn wel een paar kleine onderhoudspunten. Zo ontbreken hier en daar knopjes op kastdeuren en is één deur van de mooie douche kapot. Daarnaast laat de verf op sommige plekken los door vocht en dat geld ook voor het laminaat, wat ook wat aandacht nodig heeft. De keuken is voorzien van borden en bestek, maar een droogrek en theedoek zouden handig zijn na het afwassen. Het zijn geen grote dingen, maar ze kunnen het verblijf wel een stuk comfortabeler maken voor gasten.

Oxana (7/5): - Просторные апартаменты, отличное расположение в старом городе, есть посуда, холодильник, микроволновая печь, чайник, кофеварка. По просьбе могут провести уборку. Очень холодно и промозгло было в апреле, прям не хотелось возвращаться в номер. При заезде после уборки невыносимо навязчивый тяжелый запах какого-то ароматизатора-диффузора. После уборки положили меньше полотенец, чем было проживающих. Связь была через вот ап, что не очень было удобно, так как он у меня отсутствовал, просили точно указать время приезда, а когда ты первый раз в городе - довольно трудно правильно это просчитать

isabelle (10/5): Perfect place for a perfect vacation ! - Perfect location close to Sultanhamet and Hagia Sophia and in a very cute neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. The appartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice. We had a great vacation !
Polina (9/5): - Останавливались в люксе с балконом на 3 дня. Заселиться нам надо было раньше чекина, в 7:30 приехали, а уехать накануне вечером перед чекаутом, нас без проблем заселили раньше (тк была такая возможность) и не попросили дополнительной платы. Были с ребенком 1,5 лет, запросили детскую кроватку, нам её принесли в первый день пребывания. Самое главное достоинство, как все и отмечают- это отличное расположение относительно главных достопримечательностей, при этом тихий проулок, спали с открытым окном прекрасно. Даже 1,5 летний ребёнок ни разу за 2 ночи не просыпался в отличие от дома) Отличный балкон с диваном и креслом - качалкой. Правда текстиль на мебели давно пора менять. Но в момент нашего пребывания было 15 -16 градусов, так что все равно были на балконе в уличной одежде) В целом отлично погуляли, по городу (были с коляской- оставляли внизу, на верхний этаж подъем только по лестнице, для кого-то может быть проблематично) Спасибо хозяину за замечательный отдых. Уборка номера раз в два дня, нам бы этого было достаточно, но вынос мусора с полуторагодовалым ребенком нужен был чаще. Но чтобы вынесли мусор, надо писать хозяину в вотсап, потом он отдает распоряжение, и в итоге это затягивается по времени на полдня. Ничего криминального, нам самим надо было заранее оговорить этот момент, не сориентировались, надо иметь ввиду.

Valentina (8/5): - The apartments are located in the very center, a five-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, on a very cozy and quiet street. The view from the window is of the Sea of Marmara. the hair dryer was defective, and we reported it to the employee, but there was no response. We were forced to stop using the hair dryer. However, this is a rare occurrence. The kitchen equipment only has a microwave, but no stove. There are also no pots. The nearby supermarkets do not sell products for microwave cooking. Therefore, we were unable to cook.
Tetsushi (5/5): - Nice view from window. Bed mats are comfortable. Check in process was complicated because key was passed in person. We must inform exact check in time in advance. The employee did not show up at promised time in my case. No wine opener and glass in the room.

Sviatlana (9/5): very pleasant stay, loved location, the owner was available all the time - I really liked the location, very convenient, close to many historical attractions it was pretty loud outside in the evening, but at night it gets quiet. it didn't really disturb our sleep.

The apartment was in the first floor so we heard every noise in the street, also the neighbors going in and out. 2. The place was smaller that it looked in the photo. 3. The wifi went off in the second day, but we didn’t contact the owner as we had Roming.

Louise (9/5): Location couldn’t be bettered. - Excellent location within an easy 10 minute walk of most of the main tourist sites but also quiet. Very clean with good shower and comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. Great communication from the owner. The young man who met us at the property was very helpful. The following should not be seen as negative, it is for information. We expected a two bedroom apartment which, for us, indicated bedrooms and a sitting/dining room plus kitchen area. The door opens straight into the double bedroom area which leads into the single one (no door between but separated by a wall long enough to give privacy to each bed. This area has a single bed, small dining table with 4 chairs and kitchen area (sink, cupboards, microwave, kettle). The shower room leads off this. When you are sitting in you are either on the dining chairs, which to be fair are padded, or your bed. We had expected a seating area with a sofa and two bedrooms with doors. It didn’t spoil our stay but it was a surprise when we first entered the apartment. It may be that we did not fully read the description or that this is typical of self-catering accommodation in Istanbul. I believe the one bedroom apartments have a sofa where the single bed is. I would still recommend here.

Viktorezzz (9/5): Amazing location and Balcony - Everything about our stay in Duru Suites was absolutely amazing. The apartment is located in a great area surrounded by shops and restaurants. Most of the old city highlights are just a short walk away, which was extremely convinient. The hosts were very helpful! We arrived at 23:45 and there was a person to accommodate us and check us in. They were also helpful with tips and bookings in the city. The balcony and the view of the Bosporus are the cherry on the cake! The only negative thing about the apartment was that the shower holder was borken and you'd need to hold the shower head while showering. Everything else was great.

Ria (9/5): Location!!! - It is located near a couple of must see spots, metro is 3 mins walk away, bazaar is next door. The location made it easy for us to get around and see the city. The bed was cosy, I slept like a baby. Shower was great. Had a fridge and microwave. Personally, for me it was great especially for the price and had what I needed. There wasn't a stove top to cook which some might miss but for us it was fine.

Teri (8/5): Great location, great views. - Clean, well equipped studio in great location. Balcony with lovely views over the Bosphorus. Despite being so close to the historic centre, the location was quiet. The room was top floor but the stairs weren't a problem for us. There is one main room with a big bed, small table/chairs, wardrobe, TV. There is a small kitchenette area off this room with fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchenware. The shower room was clean with a big shower. We were earlier arriving than planned so had to call the owner but his employee arrived quite quickly so we didn't wait long. He was friendly, spoke excellent English and gave us lots of local information. The owener had been very pro-active in sending information before our arrival. Maybe update the cushions on the balcony sofa?

El apartamento era como, de buen tamaño y estaba limpio. Aunque el baño estaba bien en general, tenía muy poca luz y empieza a necesitar una reforma.
John (9/5): Great accommodation with an amazing host. - It is a nice accommodation in the heart of the old area of the city. The host is just amazing and made our arrival and departure an easy and enjoyable experience. It was very noisy at night. This might be an issue for a sensitive steeper.

Roha (1/5): Felt like prison. - Location. Tiny and Mis Sold based. Sold as a 1 bed apartment but it was a tiny studio. Not fit to work in and no work space. Was loud and could smell the bins outside. Shower kept leaking out and flooding the mat. Mould in bathroom. Felt trapped and like a prison. No fan in the bathroom either. Was actually awful and ruined our stay in Istanbul.

David (8/5): Good value apartment very handily located for the heart of Sultanahmet - It's a little hard to find at first but it's very well located for the heart of the Old Town (Sultanahmet) - short walk to the square with the Blue Mosque on one side and Hagia Sophia on the other. The apartment had all the facilities you need and I thought it was good value for money Don't bother going for the balcony - it was on the ground floor, very narrow, and looked out over a weed-strewn building site

Zach (8/5): Nice place and great host. - The room was very clean with a kitchenette area but note without the cooker/stove. It does have a small fridge and microwave and a kettle of some sorts. The location was perfect for us. The two mosques, Topkapi Place and the Tram station where all very close to us by walk. Tons of restaurants and shops just a minute walk away. You can get to the Grand Bazaar by using the tram (a couple of stops) but we walked it and it was less than half hour away (for most folk I would say 40mins). The trams are inexpensive and are pretty good when not busy! Dont get distracted and be aware of your belongings especially when busy. The host was exceptional with advice and was easy to reach via whats app! If there was a negative then the bathroom could do with a little bit of updating but having said that the bathroom was clean and towels provided were fresh thus I haven't added this to the comments section hereunder. It was all very good for us!

In short, Yunus's apartment is a must-stay for anyone visiting Istanbul. You're guaranteed a fantastic experience, whether you're a seasoned traveler or exploring the city for the first time.

The check in process was prompt, the host already there when we arrived. The host is also very responsive in answering our questions The only down side is that there is no elevator, but that is common on the area i think.
Michael (8/5): Nice room perfect location - We stayed just 3 nights in Istanbul and found this to be in the perfect location. There are many places for food and drink nearby without it being too busy an area. You are just walking distance from major sites such as the Blue Mosque and Haga Sophia. It can take some time getting here from the airport (we struggled to get a taxi) so give yourself plenty of time. However the staff were very accommodating waiting for us to arrive despite the delays. Would recommend a pre-booked taxi.
