- Devon (7/5): Spacious unit in great location, not luxurious, good value! Excellent desk hosts! - The rental is in the heart of the Nisantasi neighborhood, easy to walk, near to bus and metro line to get anywhere easily. Many boutiques, food stores, cafes and restaurants out your door. The apartments are spacious with huge windows. Wifi worked well. The 2 men who manage the desk and front door are SUPURB! Arda and Husin They always have a smile and work hard and went out of their way to help us from arranging a taxi, translating, helping with luggage and getting us kitchen wares, they made our stay easier. The apartments themselves are a bit shabby, the rugs and furniture and window shades need to be updated. The kitchen is not adequately stocked, there are no salt pepper, oils for cooking. No paper towels, sponges, dish detergent garbage bags, or cleaning supplies, NOTHING is provided. We stayed in two different apartments and found the kitchens gear inconsistent, one unit had 4 forks, the other a full set, one had scissors, a cheese grater a strainer hot pads, when the other did not. The building also had 2 blackouts while we were there and the water heater broke the last day. We stayed a total of 10 nites. There is street noise in the units but to be expected given the FAB location.

- mohammed (6/5): - الشرفة كانت رائعه والجلوس بها ممتع الاطلالات الزجاجيةجميله والستائر منفصله قابلة للتحكم تعامل الموظفين ممتاز ويوجد خدمات قريبة الشقة كانت نظيفة جداً علمان انه لا يوجد تنظيف يومي مدخل الاستقبال ضيق جداً ولا يوجد ممر لعربة الاطفال او الامتعة الثقيلة الشارع اللذي عليه الفندق ضيق جداً لا يكفي الا لسيارة واحده فقط التنزيل والتحميل صعب لازم يوقف الشارع لا يوجد تنظيف يومي وعندما طلبنا منهم التنظيف قالوا بان التنظيف مرة واحده فقط قبل الدخول لازم توفر جميع اغراضك معاك لدرجة ان الماء طلبناه قالوا لا يوجد فكل ما تحتاج لابد توفره انت

- Kirill (10/5): отличное место! - Апартаменты полностью соответствуют описанию. Очень удобное расположение. Заселение начинается только с 15:00, поэтому это лучше учитывать заранее. Внутри было чисто, тепло и комфортно. Персонал на ресепшене приветливый. У нас не оказалось дополнительного комплекта белья для ребёнка, но после звонка эту проблему быстро решили. В целом всё понравилось, апартаменты можно рекомендовать.

- Mohammed (8/5): شقة جيدة جداً و انصح به - السرعه في الاستقبال والبشاشة من الموظف حسين ومساعدته في تقديم الخدمات بكل صدر رحب. وموظف الاستقبال غالباً متواجد على مدار الساعه وفي حال عدم وجوده تدخل بالرقم السري. الاثاث قديم والحمام نظيف ويوجد مناشف موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من الكافيات والمطاعم والاسواق موقع استراتيجي الاثاث قديم ووجود رأس تمثال بودا في الشقة. مدخل العمارة على نزله مائلة وجود درج عند الدخول
- Alishan (4/5): Sauber und komfortabel, aber nicht Perfekt. - Es war sauber, komfortabel und warm. Die fernbedienung für den fernseher hat gefehlt. Hab Wohnung für 5 Personen reserviert, 2 Doppelbetten und 1 Schlafsofa, müsste ich aber 2-3 mal bescheid sagen für Bettwäsche. Kein warmes Wasser im Badezimmer. Man könnte sich nicht duschen.

This also created a problem with the noise levels coming from the living room when sharing the flat with others.

There was aircon that worked well as well Overall We were very happy with this apartment and would easily book it again Be aware that there isnt a full shampoo/soap set. However, there is a generic one you can use. But this wasn't an issue for us.

- Alexander (10/5): A cozy and well-located duplex apartment that comfortably hosted our family of six - We stayed at Deger 16 Residences in Istanbul from August 15 to 19 as a family of six, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. We booked a duplex apartment with two bathrooms—one on each floor—which was perfectly suited to our family structure: two adult parents, two adult children, and two younger kids. While the apartment is ideally designed for five guests, we managed to create an additional sleeping space using mattresses from the sofa, and the owner kindly provided an extra sleeping suit, which was very thoughtful and helpful. We did face a couple of technical issues—both the fridge and microwave were not working initially—but the owner responded immediately and replaced them without delay. The staff was consistently responsive, kind, and supportive throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Despite the minor inconveniences, the hospitality and care we received made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Deger 16 Residences to families looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Istanbul. Special thanks and warm greetings to Azize, Hasan, and Arda—your kindness and support were deeply appreciated! One small suggestion would be to consider a slightly larger dining table to better accommodate families or groups of six

The apartments are exactly like in pictures . A bit noisy but was expecting that. So didn’t bother me oven didn’t work in apartment.
