• Victor (10/5): Eine Perle in Istanbul! - Ich möchte gerne eine sehr positive Bewertung über dieses Hotel hinterlassen. Direkt nach der Buchung erhielt ich vom Hotelbesitzer ein äußerst attraktives Angebot für den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen, das wir gerne angenommen haben. Es wurde ein großer und komfortabler Van bereitgestellt, der uns bequem zum Hotel brachte. Obwohl der Check-in eigentlich erst am Nachmittag möglich ist, kam uns der Gastgeber freundlicherweise entgegen, sodass wir bereits um 11 Uhr unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Da unser Rückflug erst spät am Abend ging, durften wir außerdem länger im Zimmer bleiben – ein wunderbares Zeichen echter Gastfreundschaft! Das Zimmer war sauber, frei von unangenehmen Gerüchen und mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche sowie guten Handtüchern ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile war hervorragend eingerichtet: Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Fernseher funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Klimaanlage haben wir zwar nicht benutzt, aber sicherlich war auch sie in bestem Zustand. In der Küche gab es alles, was man braucht – sogar mehr als erwartet.Das Badezimmer war angenehm geräumig, mit starkem Wasserdruck und einwandfrei funktionierender Dusche und Abflussanlage.Das Zimmer wurde stets sauber gehalten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden alle zwei bis drei Tage gewechselt.Wir hatten bewusst ein Zimmer mit Balkon gewählt, um das Leben der Stadt beobachten zu können. Der Balkon ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und schön begrünt. Besonders gerne haben wir dort unsere Teezeit genossen. Das Hotel befindet sich im historischen Teil der Stadt, sodass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Man kann einfach losspazieren und steht schon bald am Hippodrom mit seinen beeindruckenden antiken Monumenten wie dem ägyptischen Obelisk oder der antiken griechischen Weihgabe aus Delphi. Etwas weiter sieht man den Deutschen Brunnen, und direkt daneben erhebt sich majestätisch die berühmte Sultan-Ahmed-Moschee. Nur wenige Schritte weiter befindet sich die noch ältere Hagia Sophia. Alles in Ordnung!

Бях малко разстроен от мухъла на стените, обаче намерих го не веднага, тъй като е скрит зад пердета. Липсваше малка (нощна) светлина в стая. Като цяло, нищо критично.

• Mehran Ali (5/5): Kind and friendly host. Walkable distance to key sites. Pics don’t match actual property - I’m going to be very honest about this review and make it as true a reflection as possible of the property. The host was incredibly nice and helpful!! Responds almost instantly. Helped with airport transfer. Very kind and friendly. The location is very ideal, in walkable distance to key tourist sites + loads of food places just down below. Few things. Firstly the pictures don’t match the property at all. There were sockets sticking out of the bedroom walls! Which I think is a big safety hazard. The mattresses were dirty looking like they hadn’t been wiped in a while. The terrace and view wasn’t anything at all like in the pictures. There was some renovation going on and we could hear construction sounds round midnight! :( the staircase to the upper floor is very narrow and you have to be very careful going up. The place doesn’t have a lift.
• Jana (3/5): Verblijf was matig, op de foto's lijkt het leuker - Airco werkte, met deur en raam dicht bleef de herrie van de drukke weg buiten. Host was goed bereikbaar. De locatie in de booking klopt niet, de werkelijke locatie is aan de drukste weg van de wijk. Bij aankomst liepen we daarom met koffers en al de verkeerde kant op. We waren erg moe toen we werden ontvangen door onze host die ons eerst excursies en attracties wilde verkopen voordat hij ons de kamer wilde laten zien. Toen we aangaven geen interesse te hebben bleef hij volhouden. De kamer was oké maar door de drukke straat niet mogelijk om met open raam te slapen. De douche was erg verouderd en de douchestang kapot waardoor we telkens vreesden ons te bezeren. Ook liep het afvalwater van de airconditioning leeg op het terras en was deze erg stoffig. Op de laatste avond van ons verblijf, rond middernacht, bleek het slot vervangen en konden we niet meer naar binnen. We waren hier niet van op de hoogte gebracht en schrokken aanzienlijk. Gelukkig kwam er snel iemand naar ons toe met nieuwe sleutels maar het was wel raar. Echt op ons gemak waren we niet.

• fuselier (2/5): Je ne recommande pas - L'emplacement est plutôt bien avec des commerçants très sympathiques dans la rue . Le personnel est facilement joignable et réactif. Les photos ne correspondent pas franchement à ce qui est loué. La chambre sent l'humidité et le moisi, elle est sombre, pas d'éclairage suffisant manque des ampoules notamment au niveau du lit donc impossible de lire le soir. Chambre et non studio comme annoncé, impossible de se faire à manger alors qu'il est noté dans l'annonce coin cuisine. État de propreté laissant à désirer notamment le tapis. État de la chambre très moyen. Rue très bruyante car pas d'isolation phonique.

• Dávid (9/5): - Az apartman a grand bazartól lefelé van. Minden nap felmàsztunk a "dombra". A leghíresebb nevezetességek 20 perc távolságra vannak. Az utcában remek pékség van, és kisebb éttermek. Ha lejjebb megyünk, akkor helyi olcsó piac utcát találhatunk. A szállás csendes, kényelmes méretű. Régi ház, nem mai design. Lépcsőzni kell. Az internet ok. A tetőterasz klassz. Kulcsot 5 percre az apartmantól lehet átvenni. Nagyobb bolt 5 percre. Tömegközlekedés 15-20 percre, villamosok.
• Maciej (6/5): - Great location (a lot of means of transportation), terrace, a lot of power outlets available in every part of the accommodation, towels being changed and trash being thrown out every two days, Staff very nice, available different amenities in the kitchen area, as well as soap, shampoo, and hairdryer in the bathroom, all surfaces were very clean on arrival. The constant unpleasant smell od dumpness lingering in the room (opening window doesn't help). Due to the plumbing in the building, flushing toilet paper is not allowed which is quite bothersome during longer stay (because of trash being changed regularly not much of an issue for short stay). At the end of the stay unpleasant smell in the bathroom (either plumbing or ventilation issue). Dusty curtains inflicted sneezing.

• Tatiana (5/5): 5/10, good if you stay there for a couple of days. - The location is great: all the famous mosques are nearby, transportation is convenient, there are restaurants and cafes very close to the apartments. I really liked the balcony :) and seagulls and cats can sometimes come to the balcony ☺️ but you should understand that this apartment is in the tourist area, so it's a bit loud there (anyway, it's fine for me). The host is very helpful and polite ☺️ The room is old, renovation was done long time ago, especially in the bathroom. There's a smell of mold and damp in the room. If you stay here for a couple of days and you plan to only sleep there - it's fine, but for a longer period of time it's not acceptable. There's also a smell in the wardrobe, I can't put my clothes there cause of that. The plates and cups were all different and dirty (seems like nobody washed them after the last guests 😔). Bedsheet is old and there are spools on it.

• Zuzana (8/5): Very good option to stay - It's a great money/value option in the heart of Sultanahmet - every most important sightseeing is very near, the staff is great and helpful. The place was clean and nice, really enjoy the balcony. In the night this is not quiet place in any minute - the street, where the hotel is located is very very loud - even in 1 AM. I know, the city centre. Cars, taxis, music, tourist getting back from pubs, even some construction work.. And of course, the muezzin in the sunrise. So bring noise canceling stuff. My friend can sleep without them, I like to fall asleep rather with them :)

• Orlovski (8/5): Good, but needs refreshment - - The hosts are very friendly and helpful - The balcony is like a half of the room’s size, which is a big plus - Cleaning every day - Nice breakfast for 10 €/pers. - Hot water is really hot and you don’t need to wait long for it - 10-15 min. walk to main sights like Hagia Sophia or Grand bazaar - Wi-Fi signal is good enough - The streets are noisy but it’s a common thing for this district - It’s noticeable that both room and bathroom need some refreshment and small repairs. Room No 5 - shower tap switch button sometimes stuck, the socket in bathroom is not fixed, the wiring to the sockets for fridge and TV is done a bit messy, the corner near the trash bin is black because of moisture I guess, and other. hope this will help you to fix the problems

• Stanislav (7/5): We enjoyed our stay a lot, however, the price seems a bit too high. - I particularly liked the location of the hotel: a lot of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores are nearby, metro station and the Square of Sultan Ahmed are accessible by foot; The rooms are cleaned regularly, bed clothes and towels are changed too; The balcony was huge and we loved spending time there; The hosts were helpful with different requests. There was one photo with a kitchen in the description of our reservation and the photo turned out to be from another room, all the other photos were accurate. However, this one photo with the kitchen gave me an idea that there would be a kitchen. This confusing photo should be deleted to avoid unpleasant surprises for the guests.
