• roy (8/5): - Department was very nice it had marble everywhere it was you could tell before it was very elegant There was several maintenance issues that should have been resolved they have I could tell by looking at them and going on for a long time The door knobs coming off plaster coming from the ceiling clothes dryer not working

• Calvo (7/5): - Big house with a lot of potential. Lovely staff and very attentive, however, the house is starting to be a bit 'old' now and could do with some refurbishment. Beds very hard and pillows too thin, didn't have good sleep in any of the rooms but specially on the master bedroom. You can tell the house needs refresh and some work done, even if it is just changing the beds and small details like the mirrors in the bedroom being broken or the ceiling peeling off. Also, I was not aware until I got there that the third room is in the upper floor and does not have underfloor heating but just radiator, and that was a bit unconvenient The water in the toilet next to the entrance was either very hot or very hot and my nephew actually burnt his skin whilst he was having a shower because the water was too hot. This temperature was already set when we got to the apartment. After that, he didn't use thar shower again. Overall it was a good stay due to the welcoming and attentive staff and the fact that the house was big enough for us and what we needed. but looking back, it has a lot of things that need changing especially for the price you pay.

От открытой террасы все в восторге:) Месторасположение, с моей точки зрения близко к идеальному: до пешеходной улицы 10 минут, до супермаркета 7 минут. С кафе/ресторанами там вообще всё в порядке:) Нас встречал Джихан - прекрасный человек. Руководству с ним очень повезло. Сложностей не было никаких. С удовольствием вернемся. Спасибо!

• Aad (9/5): Fantastisch appartement op goede locatie - Het appartement was voorzien van alle faciliteiten die je maar kan wensen : een leuk dakterras, een volwaardige keuken (zelfs met vaatwasser en diepvriezer), goede wifi, smart-TV, wasmachine/droger, strijkbout, airco's in alle ruimtes, etc. De locatie is ook super: midden in een gezellige en levendige wijk, vlakbij het Taksimplein. Onze host Tolga was heel aardig, gaf uitstekende tips en was heel behulpzaam. De slaapkamer met badkamer op de 4e verdieping is aan de lage kant. Voor openbaar vervoer moet je atijd wel een stukje lopen.
• Sirio (9/5): ottimo appartamento per 6 persone con possibilità di farsi da mangiare - appartamento ben accessoriato tutto funziona bene la cucina è fornita si può cucinare una cena per 6 persone. acqua calda bagni perfetti. aria condizionata lavatrice e lavapiatti perfettamente funzionanti. terrazza piacevole per un aperitivo serale. l’ospedale subito accanto non è rumoroso, fornaio e farmacia sotto casa, supermercato carrefour a 5 min. moltissimi ristoranti nei dintorni, quartiere con bar molto frequentati scendendo verso il bosforo. accesso ai mezzi soprattutto via piazza taksim (inclusa la funicolare utilissima di ritorno col tram da sultanahmet oppure con la barca dalla parte asiatica - la fermata di kabatash si raggiunge in 10mjn a piedi in discesa e al ritorno si risale diretti con la funicolare). ottima accoglienza e assistenza in caso di problemi da parte di Tolga. se cercate la vita e i locali cercate dalla parte asiatica a kadikoy.
• Manon Lacroix (9/5): Great quality price, well situated - Our host Tolga was there to welcome us and explain where everything was and anything we needed to know to make our stay comfortable. He was able to welcome us earlier than the check-in time, which we appreciated. Tolga was very responsible to messages. We exchanged quite a bit before our stay, which was very helpful in the planning. During our stay, he offered to change the towels and get the garbage out mid-week, which we really appreciated, especially since it was not expected. We had an issue with the couch, which was fixed right away after we let him know. The apartment was clean, and very well situated. We were able to walk every where. Even if the distance looks big to the Blue mosque as an example, it's the same time difference to walk or take a cab. Directions to the main touristic sights are very easy and safe to walk. Be warn that it is a bit tricky to take a cab to the apartment unless you book with Booking.com to ensure the right address. The area is quiet, though there are bars around that play some loud music until 2am. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby to get whatever you need. The terrace was nice to relax outside. Overall, we loved our stay! Nothing!

Great location close to Taksim - Located close to Taksim (when i say close, is really close, like 200 meters), one block of apartments (one per floor) all owned by same company AB Residences. Parking lot in front of the building (OTOPARK, paid and 24/7 parking place). Property manager, Mr. Tolga, an experienced hospitality person, fluent in English is going over and beyond for you. Some of the kitchen furniture might need a small refresh, but nothing to hinder the experience.

The location is absolutely amazing, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The outside environment was equally pleasant, contributing to an overall wonderful experience. A special shout-out to Tolga, who was our main point of contact. He was incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout our stay. His interactions were always friendly and helpful. We had accidentally left something behind after our trip, and Tolga went above and beyond by sending it to us by mail without any extra accommodations. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly commendable. We absolutely recommend this apartment and will definitely choose it again for our next trip to Istanbul! Not at all
• Hanadi (10/5): Nice clean apartment close to important locations in istanbul - It was specious, clean and met our expectations. We liked the location and services provided in the apartment. Mr tolga the manager was very polite, kind, hospitable and spoke good English. He helped us around alot and we can’t thank him enough 🙏 Only the wifi was weak in the second floor and most times it disconnect but it is a minor thing as we were out most of the time:)

Tolga, the person responsible, is a treasure, always there to support with information, helping with luggage, with all valuable tips. The parking is just in front of the apartment, so you leave your car and enter the apartment. The quality of the apartment is astonishing. Exaclty as described in Booking.com.

• Amrit (10/5): Girls trip in instanbul - Everything.. the entire experience was amazing... and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay even more perfect. The apartment was decorated beautifully and had under floor heating which we really appreciated. Everything was top quality within the apartment. The location was fab, 5/10 min walk to taksim Square and had a lot of places to eat on the doorstep. Was just the perfect place to stay for my birthday. My cousin was a little under the weather during our stay and staff immediately got her medication and made sure she was okay. If we needed help with anything, big or small, staff were available to call at any hour. Would definitely stay here if returning to Istanbul!!!! Can't complain about anything, the stay was exceptional
