• Jánosné (5/5): Jó helyen, kevésbé jó, de olcsó szállás. - Közel volt a fő látnivalókhoz. Gyalog pár percre elérhető a Sultanahmet tér. Nagyon segítőkész tulajdonos. Az apartman az alagsorban található, nincsenek ablakok.

• Marco (10/5): Organizzazione molto professionale, sempre a disposizione, location ottima. - Posizione strategica su Sultanhamet, a pochi chilometri i musei e gli edifici storici. Ristoranti e supermercati molto vicini. Zona tranquilla e non pericolosa. Il tram T1 consente di spostarsi facilmente ed è a 5 minuti a piedi. Va messa una porta vetrata alla doccia in bagno o si rischia di bagnare la porta esterna e in terra.

• Hannah (9/5): Excellent stay with superb, very accommodating hosts. Highly recommend - Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia. Host is very communicative and responsive and they were really helpful when we needed to drop bags a little early. It was a lovely apartment with plenty of space for us and a bonus view of the bosphorus. Overall it was excellent There are lots of stairs to get to the top- was difficult with a small child. We did have help with our luggage from the host though. Wifi dropped off a couple of times so we had to contact the host to sort this out Hot water seemed to drop in and out a bit but the host did offer to check it as soon as we let them know.

Aparatementele au fost ok, incapatoare, cu de toate in ele. Raport calitate/pret excelent, A fost totul ok. Multumim. restaurantele de langa sunt cam scumpe. Dar fiind centru, a fost ok. Parcarea a fost prea scumpa de 20E per zi.

• C. Flavio (7/5): - Ottima posizione (vicino alla Moschea Blu), alloggio caldo (eravamo in inverno) Una camera da letto è cieca e quindi è difficile cambiare l'aria. Il bagno invece ha una grossa apertura senza finestra e quindi non può essere chiusa (essendo in inverno l'abbiamo parzialmente chiusa con nylon e nastro adesivo perchè altrimenti il bagno era troppo freddo). Lenzuola un po' macchiate. Attrezzatura da cucina appena sufficiente.

• emercom15 (7/5): Clean and central - Perfect location, clean apartment, good communication. The nearby mosque encourages prayer at 6:45 a.m., which woke us up every time. A district-wide water outage of almost 24 hours occurred, not due to the host's fault, though. Yet, no alternative was provided by the host. A small amount of mold in the shower, but not a significant issue.
• Antonia (8/5): Excelente ubicación y atención, pero pequeño para cuatro adultos - Lo mejor es la ubicación y la atención de la persona que nos recibió y despidió. Era el último piso y nos subió las cuatro maletas y el día de irnos se presentó también para ayudarnos a bajar las maletas. Tuvimos un problema con la caldera y a los pocos minutos de comunicárselo se presentó para solucionarlo. También hubo una avería de agua general en la zona y estuvimos la última noche sin agua, por lo que por la mañana se presentó para facilitarnos varias litros y darnos todas las explicaciones. Nos resultó muy pequeño para cuatro personas. Sería cómodo para dos, ya que no tiene salón como tal y ahí es donde está la habitación con cama de matrimonio. Los utensilios de cocina son bastante escasos. Éramos 4 y solo había 3 cucharas, por ejemplo. No tenían sacacorchos o tostadora, ni tazas o vasos de un tamaño normal para desayuno, todos eran minúsculos. El baño también resulta estrecho.

Our host accommodated our very late checkout. Clean apt. Mr. kadir, also very helpful and helped a lot in moving bags to 3rd floor via stairs. I have to go up hill for all the attractions. Also, no elevators (that's common there for 3 floors). The stairs are circular and congested.

Unfortunately, on our last evening, we returned very late, and there was no hot water due to an issue with the boiler. The host fixed it the next day, but unfortunately, we had to leave by then.
• Iñigo (7/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la mezquita azul y de la zona a visitar. El propietario y su personal están disponibles por wassap y responden rápidamente. Las camas son cómodas, y te guardan el equipaje y te ayudan con las maletas, La manguera de la ducha estaba rota y rápidamente la cambiaron al decírselo. El baño es muy pequeño, la luz parpadea continuamente y es incómodo. Lo que estaba mal (los colgadores de toalla y la manguera de la ducha) lo repararon rápidamente. Las 2 habitaciones están separadas por un pavés de cristal por lo que la luz pasa entre ambas, la habitacion de 2 camas no tiene ventana en realidad. Es un poco ruidoso porque da a la calle , aunque se descansa. La cocina es pequeña con el menaje juntito.

• Rumania (10/5): Einzigartig - Ausgezeichnete Lage. Nah an die blaue Moschee, Haghia Sophia und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Herr Yunus und Herr Kadir waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Sie haben bei alle Fragen und Anliegen unterstützt.

The landlord’s communication was good and his manager of the apartment very helpful. It’s really a studio with an extra bedroom, and feels smaller than the photos. No washing machine. We were on the top floor and there are only stairs.

Сподобався дизайн інтер'єру, все дуже красиво та затишно, чисто та охайно, є абсолютно все необхідне. Дуже уважний власник та персонал. Допомагали в усьому - організації трансферу, бронюванні екскурсій, надавали рекомендації щодо ресторанів та магазинів. Вдячна за прекрасний час у Стамбулі та за допомогу, Yunus та Kadir.
• Khadeeja (10/5): - Really clean, well stocked with necessities, and perfect location - the Blue Mosque and Ayasofya are a 4 min walk away. We stayed here 7 nights and enjoyed it. The apartment is situated on an uphill road but you don’t have to walk up it - you can use the adjacent road to get to the main area of Sultanahmet. Kadir was always on hand to help - very friendly and speaks really good English. Yunus, the owner of the apartments, was really helpful, prompt to respond to messages and gave lots of helpful suggestions. In future we would prefer to book directly, as a lot of booking platforms have been criticised by human rights organisations for listing accommodations in illegal Israeli settlements in Palestine.

Appartamento molto pulito e dotato di tanti confort come microonde, macchina del caffè, bollitore oltre a olio sale e zucchero se uno vuole cucinare. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di cambiare gli asciugamani e le lenzuola gratuitamente 2 volte a settimana. Molto facile e veloce la comunicazione con l'host. Doppia ventola in bagno molto utile. Avevo prenotato l'appartamento basement. Colpa mia. A mia discolpa c'è da dire però che nell'annuncio non era ben specificato che tale appartamento si trova nel sottoscala e con una finestra sola che neanche si apre. (la ventilazione è garantita da una ventola nella finestra stessa che però quindi diminuisce l'isolamento acustico). Il letto cigola molto ad ogni spostamento ed è un po' scomodo. I rumori dalla strada si sentono parecchio soprattutto ci sono due moschee nelle vicinanze le cui preghiere si sentono molto forte, soprattutto alle 5:30 del mattino.

• Paola (6/5): Per sole 3 notti e’ accettabile - La gentilezza di Kadir, da 10 e lode! Definirlo bilocale è pura fantasia. La seconda stanza è un loculo dove non si riesce nemmeno ad aprire la porta senza sbattere sul letto. La strada è in ripida salita e con due moschee così vicine da non poter dormire mentre il muezzin fa il suo lavoro. Non c’l’ascensore e le scale sono ripide e strette
• Haris Dervisevic (9/5): - We spent a few days in Istanbul and truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location. Communication with the owner and with Kadir, who assists with organizing and welcoming guests, was very good. We arranged a transfer from the airport to the apartment and back. There are several good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. On our way home, the children received a small gift, and the adults were given some baklava, and we are very grateful for that.
• ROBERTO (8/5): - Posizione centralissima, bella vista sul Bosforo, camere pulite. Ottimo servizio assistenza struttura. Immerso in Sultanhamet con i suoni delle moschee e dei gabbiani del Bosforo. Molto piacevole Mancano armadi...il terzo piano è un po' ripido, ma ti aiutano quelli dello staff e ....ne vale la pena x avere vista Bosforo dal letto
• Eva (4/5): Bien ubicado pero difícil dormir con el ruido - Muy bien ubicado, cerca de los principales monumentos, aunque en una cuesta abajo. El ruido a la hora de dormir. Es un sótano y se escucha todo lo de la calle como si estuviesen ahí dentro: las pisadas, la gente hablando, los gatos peleándose, las gaviotas... Todo tipo de ruidos. Además, la cama está pegada al calentador de agua y suena mucho. También se escucha a todo volumen el llamamiento al rezo de las 5 de la mañana, aunque no es algo solo de este alojamiento, aléjate de las mezquitas si no quieres que te despierten a esa hora. Por otro lado, no hay sábanas, solo la bajera y unas mantas. Les dijimos que necesitábamos sábanas pero no nos las dieron.

• Shahid (9/5): It was overall a good time of stay and recommended for couples definitely to stay. - The host Mr. Kadir and Mr. Yunus (the owner) were very responsive, professional and helpful. The location is near to supermarket and to the main attractions of Fatih area. It is easy to reach the metro as it is somewhat closer to the metro station. The apartment is maintained very well and has the value for money. The location of residence is a bit hard as it is at downhill side with steep slope in the area which is uneasy especially for children and the old aged people to walk.

The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is simply amazing – Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace are all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the heart of Istanbul. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in Istanbul.
• Naadira (9/5): Cleanest holiday accommodation - The apartment was absolutely pristine, and housekeeping did an amazing job when they visited too. The apartment was well decorated (just like the pictures), very comfortable and had all the amenities described. It was lovely and warm (as it was very cold and wet outside, being February). It is 5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and a further 5 minutes from the Hagia Sophia Mosque. There is a lot of buzz in the area, with the apartment located amongst shops, restaurants and coffee shops. There were 3 little supermarkets very close by. When we asked for an extra duvet and towels, they were provided. Communication from the owner was regular and transfers were prompt and very comfortable (the car from the airport was like a limo inside!). There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, and, as it was very cold, the steam from the shower left all the walls, toilet and floor wet (dripping walls etc. which left the toilet roll wet and floor slippy). We didn't ask for housekeeping every day but one time we did ask for it two days in a row, we were told that as it was an aparthotel, housekeeping is only provided every other day. Note, although the advert says transfers to and from the airport are provided, it is not free (we paid 90 euros for the round trip) but it was a great service. There were four of us (two sons aged 18 and 21), my husband and myself. There was only 1 wardrobe and we were there 8 days, but there was not enough storage for us all to unpack our suitcases. As detailed in the photos, the double bed is in the main room with the kitchen and the two single beds are in the private bedroom. This meant no privacy for my husband and me as we used the double bed in the main room (my sons refused to share a bed). In my view, it would have made more sense to have the single beds in the main room and the double bed in the bedroom (which might also leave space in the bedroom for an extra wardrobe or some shelves).

• Hajnalka (9/5): Superb - Fantastic price quality ratio, location was perfect, within walking distance of all the must see sights, the apartment was very clean, bed, pillows very comfortable and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use maybe another coat of paint, but all in all, I recommend this apartment, we spent 5 nights there with my husband and 13-year-old son and we loved it.

Nice people! - The appartment was very close to the blue moschee, it was very clean, we had enough space and the owner and the staff are very nice and friendly people. They waited for us untill 2 AM for check-in and they kept our luggage after check-out, both for no extra charge. They also gave us a lot of extra informations and tips that we found usefull. There was one kettle broken and when we used it the water was pouring from the button, but it's not something important.

Everything was perfect - cleanliness, comfort, all amenities provided. the small but cozy kitchen, nearby cafes and restaurants. The host shared valuable city tips, and the tram stop nearby was a big plus for easy city exploration. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul.

They let us do a late check out at 15:00 instead of 12:00, and this was extremely helpful, considering that we travelled with small kids and our flight was later. The location is good, at walking distance from the main attractions. Some facilities need some repairs/improvements. But considering the overall value, these are just small details.
• Fida (8/5): Overall we liked our stay there, especially location is very convenient. - The location was perfect, almost with 10-20 minutes walking from major attractions like Hagia Sofia, blue mosque, topkapi palace, grand bazaar, emino, sulymani mosque. We didn’t need any public transport for first 3 days. One more thing old city has very steep hills but from this apartment you can avoid very steep climbs. Rest of the things in the apartment were fine, like kitchen, iron, coffee machine. The host is very responsive, so ask for suggestions and room cleanings as per your requirements. The rooms are relatively smaller, especially if you are traveling with a 2-3 year old.

• Kateryna (9/5): It was a really nice stay in Istanbul :) - The communication with the host was very easy, quick, and friendly. We were met at the apartment to hand over the keys upon arrival and got some useful information about the apartment itself and the surroundings which was very helpful. The apartment has a small bedroom, a living room/ second bedroom (without a door), a kitchenette, and is generally well-equipped and clean. The location is also perfect (especially for the first stay in Istanbul) as you have a lot of tourist attractions within walking distance. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear noises from the street, however, it is a rather smaller side street and it does not have much traffic or any restaurants directly next to the apartment, but if you are going to have some work calls, for example, it could be an issue. Also, the internet was not very fast.
• Catherine (9/5): Great apartment in a really convenient location fora stay in Istanbul. - Our flight into Istanbul arrived late and then we were held up in traffic on our way to the apartment, so we arrived a lot later than expected. Communicating with our host was very easy through 'What's App' and they were there to meet us when we arrived late to the apartment. Communication was easy throughout our stay. Clean apartment exactly as per the photos. Everything that we needed. Walking distance to the main old town sites and tram stop to travel further. Nothing

• Avtandil (1/5): Really bad experience because of the apartment - Location First of all, when we came in we found out that the room was not clean enough. Also, dishes, bed linen, pillows and towels were dirty, about which we have talked to our property owner and pillows were NOT changed again on the day 3, untill we wrote booking about all of this. After it was changed, Bed linen&towels had some stains on which we have got an answer from the property owner not to go in the details. Because of dirtiness, we had to sleep dressed for the first day. It was UNACCEPTABLE. There was a water heater in the living room, which We found not safe enough. Frankly speaking, We wouldnt have reserved this room if we knew about it earlier. Also, in the bathroom there was no lightning in toilet section, on which we had an answer that it would be changed on the day 2 but the problem remained until we wrote to booking about it.. and lastly, in the bathroom shower tap was not fixed and we had to take a shower while having it in hands. Plus, water had problems passing through the trap in time.. and one more thing. While telling him about these problems, I have got an answer what I had thinking, while booking this apartment for such a low price (approx. 60 euro per night) and We have booked it 2 months earlier.. Owner of the apartment literally told us that just because of the “low”price dirty apartment should be OK. I would not advice anyone of you to go near this apartment, as instead of thinking about Istanbul and its beautiful sightseeings, We’ve got to be nervous about our apartment stuff for the first 3 - 4 days out of 6.. This guy promised us to take to the airport after all of these things, but never did that as well.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spotless and quiet (for Istanbul). It is small but was fine for a family of 4. Excellently situated, it is 10-15 minute walk one way to the heart of the tourist center of Sultanahmet, and 10-15 minutes the other way to the Grand Bazaar. The T1 tram which gets you pretty much everywhere you want to go is 5 mins away. The service was great - washing done overnight and when we had a suspected plumbing problem, it was attended the same day. All in, I cannot recommend more. We struggled to find anything wrong. I suppose if you were planning to cook meals the kitchen equipment would be a little limited - but it was fine for simple breakfasts etc.

• Abdullah (10/5): Absolutely lovely! - The location, the friendly staff ;Mr.Feŕat specifically. Upon arrival, there were hand-made bracelets for my wife and mum on the table! Lovely touch, indeed. The kitchen is well equipped with things you might need to cook. The air-conditioning was convenient, given the weather was quite hot during our stay. The apartment decor was lovely and cosy! The window facing the sea needed an extra curtain for more privacy.
• Julie (9/5): very confortable apartment in the centre of the old town - Beds were confortables, this was a very nice place to explore the old city, with main touristics attractions just a few minutes by walk. Lots of small grocery stores nearby, perfect for cooking something in the flat! Oil, salt etc. was provided in the kitchen, we highly appreciated that :-) we would have wanted a little bit more kitchen ustensiles, like more plates, forks, etc. but in the end, we could manage everything we wanted to do in the kitchen (there was enough ustensiles, but a little extra would have been appreciated)

Helpful hosts. We were able to leave luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Top floor apartment curtains too thin, one section missing - therefore morning light would wake you earlier than I wished to.
• Umair (8/5): Good, though some issues. - - Very helpful staff and manager, easy to contact via Whatsapp. - The apartment was clean and well-equipped. - Spacious bathroom with good shower, though the bathroom itself is not very well ventilated. - Close to all main attractions. - Overall, it's a decent value option in a well-located part of old Istanbul. However, I would advise anyone with very young children (i.e. with a pram) to look elsewhere. - The apartment is close to the key attractions as mentioned; however, accessibility is an issue: the street it is located on is both narrow and steep. It is quite a challenge to access with a pram and/or significant amounts of luggage (unluckily for us, we had both). And whilst the weather was good during our stay, it did rain heavily one night and the street basically turned into a river - which would make navigating it even more difficult. - The building is also rather narrow; again, not particularly suited to staying with young children. You also need to be careful around the marble staircase. - The apartment is well-equipped though could do with some changes: the flooring showed signs of wear and tear; the pillows are very soft, the TV is rather small etc.

• Ana (9/5): Superb - The apartment is a short walk from the Blue Mosque and from the tram station. There are many small markets in the area. It is more than OK for a short stay. The host was nice, very responsive, allowed us to check in earlier than officially scheduled. The apartment had an iron and hairdryer (even though the latter was pretty weak). The heating works great, we felt quite cozy. There was coffee, sugar, water, salt, pepper and cooking oil. 1. The bed sheets and towels were not nice smelling. The towels had yellow stains and there were long black hairs on the sheets/pillows. I think the towels are due for a replacement with new ones. 2. We stayed at the last floor and the stairs were narrow and steep. If you have a heavy luggage you will suffer. 3. There is major noize from the mosques in the vicinity. One of the mosque speakers is in 15 meters from the window and it’s quite loud. Please get earplugs, otherwise your sleep will be interrupted at 5 AM every morning. With earplugs the problem is easily solved though, plus it’s a common thing everywhere in the old town since there are mosques everywhere.
• Aleksandra (10/5): Best Accommodation in Istanbul - Another fantastic stay in Duru Apart Istanbul! This was the third time we stayed at these apartments. Unfortunately this time we had only two nights, before our flight back to Australia. We stayed at the basement apartment for a second time, three months after our first stay. To our surprise the apartment was renovated, freshly painted and spotless. Obviously the owner, Mr. Yunus, puts lots of effort to keep his apartments in top shape, the cleanest in Istanbul. To all the praises about cleanness, well equipped kitchen, nice furnishings and comfortable beds, I should add, that the apartments are situated in the best location of Old Istanbul. They are very close to all the main attractions and public transport. These are the reasons we stayed at Duru Apart Istanbul three consecutive times and would like to recommend them to anyone comming to the beautiful city of Istanbul!
