• Mohammad Anowar Hossain (6/5): - We had a very stressful check-in experience at this property. There was absolutely no communication from the host prior to our arrival. I arrived with my wife and two kids and had no idea which apartment was ours or where to find the keys. We tried contacting the host multiple times but received no response. No one was present at the property to welcome or assist us, which was incredibly disappointing. After a long wait and much confusion, a kind lady from a neighbouring apartment eventually helped us figure things out. Overall, a very poor start to our stay — not the experience we expected or deserved.

• Rubab (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in very nice neighbourhood & kept & maintained very well, Moreover its very near to taksim, just 6 mints walk to taksim square, kitchen is fully equipped & works very well, Decided to stay for another 3 nights & was lucky enough to get hold of booking for required dates, The apartment is excellent value for money, would highly recomend it to fellow travelers, I would rate it 1000/10 Thanks to the host
• Plamenn (2/5): Very poor - Well, check-in was quick, so at least there was that. 1) There was no hot water when we arrived, and when I asked about it, the host sent me a series of unclear pretyped messages about how to light the gas boiler, without mentioning where it is (etc. etc. etc.), and when I kept asking for clarifications - or to speak to him directly, so he can guide me, he hid and stopped replying. (🙄?!) I travel a lot, but this was indeed a first. I wonder how hard it is to go and LIGHT THE BOILER before your guests arrive? Too hard, obviously. 2) I asked for an invoice when i) I made the booking, ii) after we arrived, iii) before we left, iv) after we left (several times). Take a guess if I ever got an invoice. I can mention a couple of other gripes - e.g., one of the bedrooms is actually the size of a closet, one of the bathrooms does not have a shower, just a toilet, cleanliness was more like wishful thinking. But it is primarily due to my experience with the host that I would never recommend this property to anyone. You could always run into a problem. And whether this host assists you - or even replies to you - is anyone's guess.

• Pavel (10/5): everything is great! I really liked it - A great place for those who love old Istanbul. Characteristic narrow cobbled streets, small cafes and shops. Convenient location. The metro is not far away, taxis arrive quickly. Nearby is Taksim Square and the famous Istanbul tram (costs 27 lira), Istiklal Street with all its shops, souvenirs, cafes and restaurants. You can get to the Galata Tower either by tram or on foot.

• Sonja (9/5): Spacious apartment close to Taksim square - I would book it again. - The apartment is very big and modern! It is close to Taksim. I loved relaxing in the living room, we watched some Netflix at night. The kitchen has everything you need. I would want to come again here. The shower could be a bit cleaner and the quality of the bed mattress and pillows could be better.

The thoughtful touches throughout the property really enhanced my stay. The location was also convenient with my family , making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this place.

• Esam (8/5): Amazing trip. - it was amazing location,,,, so near to everywhere around (taksim Square, metro,currancy offices,supermarkets ,restaurants,shopping malls) apartment was so clean , shiny,organized very well ventilated,air-conditioned rooms and reception,full kitchen with all equipments , washing machine . we were fully satisfied with all that . Atakan was so helpful in any inquiry. we really appreciated. iam fully recommend it and hope to come back again.

• Farid (8/5): Normal place - Good quite apartment.near to central Taksim square. Near to Airport transfer buses (HavaBus). There was uphill from house to Taksim central square.and it was tiring to climb . No extra bed linens during 5days. No bath shampoos

The well-appointed kitchen was a standout feature, equipped with everything needed to whip up a quick meal or savor a leisurely dinner.The bedrooms and living area was a comfortable retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Loved the view and enjoyed the coffee on the balcony. what truly set this apartment apart was its location. Taksim square was a 5 min walk and if you want to visit blue mosque grand bazar, Findikli-Mimar Tram was a 10min walk though steep I recommend it to anyone seeking a well appointed and centrally located accommodation

Host was very responsive and very helpful. Nice and quiet place in the heart of Istanbul. Everything was available for the comfortable stay - heating, washing machine, kitchen amenities etc. Everything was great!
