• Maisarah (7/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. He helped giving suggestions for directions, told us what's good and what's not and etc. Going up the stairs to the unit 😅 There's no elevator and the stairs are a little steep and small. If no elderly or children, should be fine though.
• Lina (6/5): - It’s close to the main attractions, The WiFi wasn't working well. I recommend bringing more toilet paper, furniture for bathroom, and more clothes hooks. The location is very noisy, and everything is oxidized.

• Fatima (7/5): - it is close to the main street so accessing public transport is easy. the staff is very friendly, helpful and available around the clock. the small kitchen is clean and convenient to use. all the beds were comfortable for sleeping. many small shops are available around the property so grabbing a meal is also easy and quick. and even though the wifi was a bit slow at times, we still had free wifi for the full duration of our stay. the host was very approachable and could be contacted at any time. the steps to the 2nd floor are steep so you have to be careful to not hurt yourself. the big window in the living room is very old and cannot be fully closed, so a draft and a breeze could be felt at night. it should be fixed so guests don't catch a cold. we were a group of 4, staying for 5 nights yet we were provided with 1 roll of free toilet paper. the rest we had to buy ourselves, which is not bad but it would be better to adjust the description more properly. the flush for the toilet is a bit slow and weak so you have to hold it a bit longer for it to properly work. on our first night, even though we had a late check in(after 8:00pm), the room was missing one bedding and one duvet cover, even though i specified we would be a group of 4 people. the street is also full of hotels and apartments so it's loud until the late hours. if you are a light sleeper or have a small child, sleeping might be a bit difficult. further the people staying in the rooms above ours were very loud until very late(on most nights you could hear them even pass midnight), so keep in mind that the walls are not soundproof. also in the information the app provided, it said the money would be withdrawn from my bank account but a few days before i arrived i was contacted by the host and told to bring cash. kindly adjust the descriptions in the app.
• Shalim (1/5): This hotel should be removed from Booking.com until fully refurbished. - Not much unfortunately Unfortunately the place is rotting away. I booked it seeing it was 3* rated but unfortunately, it has not been maintained well. There are leaks on ceiling, water dripping in bathroom, floor stays wet and smells very bad. door frame architrave is falling apart and due to constantly getting wet, smells. I felt unsafe and left after 1 night. They offered another room but the experience was so bad nobody in my family wanted to stay there. We did not get any refund and had to pay for another place .

• Ingrid (1/5): Quite unpleasant - Nothing Everything! The room was very unclean and smelled horribly. We only stayed one night and checked out the next day. The owner cancelled our stay in Booking stating that we didn’t even show up. Please don’t book this hotel if you don’t want to get scammed.

• Rezaei (3/5): one of the worst experiences - The Wifi speed was acceptable. Some recycling bins beside our room's door smelled bad. For the payment, I had a problem. This property does not have reception in the building. So, it can be a security problem. Our room was in grand floor. We couldn't open the window. Totally It wasn't a good experience at all.

Everything went perfectly from the beginning to the end. The welcome was warm and professional, with a special thanks to Ömer for his kindness, availability, and excellent service. The reception is open 24 hours, which is very convenient for late arrivals. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, close to the city center and major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit. Thank you again to the whole team for a great experience. Nothing in particular to report, everything went well. For a future trip, I would however appreciate a small commercial gesture or a discount as a loyal customer next time! InchAllah.. 🙂

Администратор Ömer был очень приветлив. В номере было все необходимое. Так как с нами был маленький ребенок, мы брали номер с мини-кухней. И там сами готовили, варили, жарили. Ребята в ресепшене дали все необходимые посуды. Рядом было много магазинов, можно было купить, все что хочется.

• Levente (9/5): Exceptional for the price, but a bit warm - The staff was exceptionally nice and always available if we had any questions. The room was exactly like in the pictures. Great accomodation for the money paid. Grand Bazaar is like 6-8 minutes walk. The air conditioning wasnt working properly, so the room wasna bit warm, but the staff let us hang out at their other hotels rooftop which was just across the street.

• Farhad (1/5): Bad - Location was good, and close to the historical sites. Staff were nice and tried to help, but IMO does not compensate for the facility's poor condition. The property was very unclean, and unattended. sofas, walls, carpets, were stained and dirty. Most equipment and facilities were broken and outdated, including the shower, piping, stove, and dishes. The apartment we booked didn't even have curtains, even though it faced the street and other hotel rooms! We had to argue our point with the manager that a bedroom needs curtains, until they sent someone to re-install them. Moreover, no service in English.

Comfortable beds. Two single beds in the living room area gave us less privacy from our friends who slept in a separate room, but it was not a problem for us as all we really needed was a base while exploring the city Slightly dark room, damp bathroom , initially no hot water.

• Fizza (2/5): Will not be staying there again. Please do not book - The property is located quite centrally and is easy to reach sultanahmet from there. The host is a very friendly person. We booked an apartment and the host messaged to ask if we wanted the ground floor or the top floor as we had a toddler and an elderly lady with us. We want for the ground floor. When we got there the ground floor apartment was tiny, dirty, dark and unwelcoming and we said that is not what we booked. The host then took us to the 4th floor which was very inconvenient as there was no lift and we had to walk up these narrow stairs. When we got up to the 4th floor apartment it was awful, the smell was awful, there was leakage on the ceiling in the bathroom, the beds sheets were dirty, the pillows were dirty. It was so unwelcoming and awful and we said to the host this is so bad. He we can move to the first floor on Friday, we reached Istanbul on Monday, when it came to Friday he said he can move us on Saturday. The apartment on the first floor was a lot lot better that the 4th floor.

There’s also a pay-for-parking next door which couldn’t be more convenient. It’s a little noisy at night since it’s in a busy neighborhood.

And despite repeated promises he has not returned the money

• Marian (9/5): Superb - Location is in the old part of Istanbul, relatively close to the major tourist attractions (walking distance). Close to the metro station and Grand Bazaar. Good conditions: excellent wi-fi, clean, comfortable beds, AC, small fridge. Parking on the right hand side of the hotel, if needed. Omer, the hotel manager/owner, is a fantastic guy: happy to help with all the requests. He can facilitate the transfer from and to the airport.

• Hichem (9/5): Excellent position in Fatih, very good stay ! - The appart I stayed in was supposed to be the first floor but the owner Omer was very kind and offered me the terrasse which has a beautiful view over the southern of Fatih. Laluna suite Apart is very well situated in Fatih, less than 3 min walk North to reach the grand bazaar, and less than 4 min walk East to find yourself between Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The Owner is always present to make your stay as hood and pleasant as possible, a very friendly guy. Overall nothing major to report
