Tahir (4/5): the facilities should be improved - location we did not had water in apartment for two days shower leaking, there was always water on toilet floor underneath toilet, no iron in apartment, apartment was cold despite running heaters
Barham (1/5): The description doesn't match. - There was nothing to like. I did not like that there were many stairs and that when my wife and I went up to check the property, it was suitable for children and my elderly mum. Even when we were going up the stairs, we were losing our breath, and my wife had asthma, which made it even more difficult for her to go upstairs. The property owner was struggling himself to go up the stairs. We didn't stay in the property for less than 5 minutes, and he confirmed we stayed and took all our money. Also, the description on booking.com doesn't match the property and the property owner was extremely rude and said to us that he isn't going to give us the money back and we can do whatever we want and he won't give our money. There wasn't much help from booking.com, and they only gave us 50% back, which wasn't much as we didn't stay.
