Eva (9/5): - Oceňujeme nejvíce komunikaci s hostitelem, která probíhala přes WhatsApp a Booking. Naprosto perfektní a vždy reagoval/a ihned. První noc jsme zjistili problém s topením a hned ráno u nás již byl instalatér a vše vyřešil. Ubytování bylo čisté a pěkně. Zcela dostačující pro pár, který tam stejně jen přespává. Vybrali jsme ubytováni mimo jiné i kvůli kuchyňce, tu jsme však nakonec vůbec nevyužili. Každopádně v ní ale nic nechybělo. Skvělé bylo i vybavení koupelny - veškerá drogerie, opravdu skvělý a silný fén na vlasy, ručníky... Malé mínus je za lokalitu. Věděli jsme, do čeho jdeme, tak jsme byli celkem připraveni. Ale je fakt, že zejména na nejbližší stanici metra se člověk necítí dobře - velmi špinavé (ještě více než jiné stanice), neudržované a pohybovali se v něm zvláštní lidé. Ale nic, co by se nedalo přežít. Jen je potřeba s tím počítat:)

David (10/5): Just great - Older appartment but I absolutely loved its charm and vibe. Located north of the Central Park in Harlem you see a lot of special people but I never felt unsafe. Close to three subway stations and several bus stops and hence fast in the city centre of Manhatten. Several grocery stores nearby. Aircon and ventilator on the ceiling and even a balcony. Construction site on the adjacent property which was very loud.

mira (9/5): Comfortable, welcoming, clean, spacious, near the train, fun location to explore - The street we were on has a lot of construction happening which was noisy in the mornings but other than that our stay was great!

Hossein (1/5): - No breakfast. I had a horrible stay here. 1. Lots of drugdealers with pitbulls without leashes outside of hotel that follow you. 2. constuction work from 7 am to 6pm disrupted our sleep and woke us up early everyday 3. Shower glass exploded on me causing 20-30 cuts on my face, arms, legs and feet 4. lots of insects, i found silverfish, big spiders, ants and bed bugs. 5. Had to take ubers at night because of all the drugdealers around the subway If you have a family, wife, girlfriend, do not come here. no cleaning, it was all horrible, and on top if that, its expensive. Hostess was nice and respectful but this hotel is dangerous and no safety regulations has been made. AVOID!

CRISTINA (9/5): - l'host è stato disponibile e gentile nell'accogliere tutte le mie richieste. L'angolo cottura è perfetto per preparare la colazione o un pasto veloce e c'è tutto il necessario. In zona si trovano supermercati e minimarket ed è ben servita a livello di trasporto urbano, soprattutto con i bus. Invece del counter metterei un tavolo, lo spazio mi sembra ci sia; la pulizia è ok, ma migliorabile.

Markus (9/5): Tolles Apartment und freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. - Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Die Lage der Wohnung und Distanz zur Subway war kurz. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war sachgemäß. Der Gastgeber hat uns die Wohnung 2 Stunden länger bei der Abreise überlassen, da unser Flieger verspätet abgeflogen ist.

The high ceilings made it feel additionally spacious, and the interior decoration was really nicely done. The host was supportive and understanding during my entire stay. Not having an elevator. I had a lot of suitcases, so it was strenuous getting them up and down the stairs. Unintentionally created a lot of noise which disturbed the other guests, unfortunately. WiFi was also a bit spotty.
Gallino (9/5): Hermoso studio en un barrio muy tranquilo - La cocina y la habitación están muy bien amobladas . La calefacción funciona muy bien . La cama y la almohadas son muy cómodos y otra cosa muy linda es la doble ventana que daba a la calle que en nuestro caso vimos nevar . Lo único que pasó es que el internet es un poco intermitente y a las ventanas le podría doble vidrio para evitar los ruidos.

Paula (10/5): 100% Harlem 100% cozy - Puro estilo Harlem. A cinco minutos de tres líneas de metro y cerquisima de varios restaurantes y tiendas. Es un segundo sin ascensor y tiene escaleras para acceder al portal. Viajando con un carrito de bebé no era muy práctico. Lo bueno que las escaleras son bastante anchas.

Each appartment was well decorated with everything we needed. Despite being in the center of a city. It was quiet. Location was great - just three blocks from a subway stop. Of the top 10 restaurants in Harlem, three or four were within walking distance, even with my wife's broken ankle. When we first arrived it was a bit cold, until we found the electric heaters in a closet.

FERNANDO COSME (10/5): Genial - El apartamento mejor de lo esperado, pensábamos por las fotos que era más pequeño, pero nos sorprendió, estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario, también está muy cerca de las paradas de metro 125 street lineas 1,2, 3, 4, 5 y 6. Cerca hay muchos restaurantes y Delis. Todo bien

Marcos (9/5): Todo genial. - El estudio es pequeño pero funcional, la habitación es cómoda y está todo genial. En cuanto a la ubicación, está en Harlem, tiene cerca varias estaciones de metro que te permiten moverte por todo Manhattan con facilidad así que aunque parezca que está lejos no está tan a desmano. Tampoco me pareció una zona insegura y eso que volvíamos por la noche. También nos facilitaron una sala para dejar las maletas el último día hasta coger el avión. Muy recomendable. El único pero que le pondría es que las escaleras para llegar al apartamento son muy empinadas y no hay ascensor por lo que no son demasiado accesibles pero en general todo perfecto. Muy recomendable.

Melina (8/5): Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! - Das Apartment war sehr gemütlich, groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war spannend, teilweise laut aber wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Subway war 5 min entfernt. Es gab ausreichend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment liegt Zentral in Harlem, mit der Subway war man schnell Downtown. Das einchecken mit Code ging problemlos. Die Besitzerin hat uns zeitnah über alles informiert und hat auf Fragen sofort geantwortet - super freundlich. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit einer guten Ausstattung. Wir waren 1 Woche dort und wären gerne länger geblieben. Das Wasser in der Dusche/Badewanne lief sehr langsam ab und Haare haben sich in der Wanne gesammelt. Das Bett könnte etwas größer sein aber es war bequem.

Közel volt a metro megálló, amivel könnyen meg lehetett közelíteni szinte minden nevezettséget. Sajnos a fürdő nem volt teljesen tiszta, a kádban hajszálak voltak. Az ott lévő plusz takarók foltosak voltak.
peter (10/5): - The room was very clean and the facilities were great it's a lovely big old house which felt very safe, there is a supermarket and deli at the end of the street, we used 125th street subway station which is a 5 minute walk and you can walk to central park in 15 minutes, Harlem also has some good local restaurants close by. The owner and property manager were really helpful and friendly particularly when I misplaced my key 🫣 they also let us store our luggage for a few hours on our last day, the communication was perfect with very clear instructions for entry on arrival, I can't fault the place. Nothing it met all my expectations.

Ahtec (4/5): Un voyage de rêve qui a vite tourné en cauchemar.. - J'ai aimé la propreté et la gentillesse de l'hôtesse qui a toujours répondu aux messages rapidement et avec bienveillance. Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'il n'ait pas été mentionné qu'il y avait des travaux dans la rue sur laquelle donne l'appartement. La route est en très mauvaise état et il y a des panneaux sur la route et dès qu'un véhicule roule dessus ça fait un bruit horrible dans l'appartement. Ma fille a cru à des coups de feu tellement c'est violent. Comme New-York est la ville qui ne dort jamais, impossible de dormir car des véhicules passent tout le temps.. Nous avons essayé les bouchons d'oreilles, de dormir avec nos casques audio. J'ai économisé pendant des années pour me p payer ce voyage et je suis déçue car il est indispensable de pouvoir dormir lors d'un tel voyage..je pensais qu'il était pas possible de louer un appartement à ce prix dans ces conditions.. Nous avions l'impression de dormir au milieu de la rue tellement c'était bruyant. J'ai fait part de cela à la propriétaire qui n'a pas pu faire grand chose malheureusement.. De plus l'emplacement n'est pas aussi bien que le disent les avis. De longs trajets en métro. Puis le quartier n'est pas sûr. J'étais seule avec ma fille et nous n'osions pas rentrer après 21h-22h00.

Because the addresses were similar and because no one called my attention to the fact that the address had changed, I ended up in the wrong place late in the evening. I then had to walk several blocks, with my luggage, in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Not a good experience.

Jan (7/5): Für einen Sightseeingtrip, wo man nur zum schlafen und frühstücken im Appartement ist, völlig ausreichend. - Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet. Für einen New York Aufenthalt, an dem man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist kann man es gut buchen. In 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn, von wo aus man mit der Expresslinie in 10 Minuten an der Penn-Station ist. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und das Bett ist im einer zweiten Ebene. Daher ist es hier sehr warm. Das Appartement könnte ein wenig sauberer sein. Durch die uns Fenster eingebaute Klimaanlage ist es teils sehr laut (wir hatten auch noch eine Baustelle vor der Tür und es war Tag und Nacht sehr laut, hierfür kann der Vermieter aber nichts).

Fernanda (10/5): Excelente todo - Realmente nos encantó quedarnos durante 8 días en el apartamento. El anfitrión siempre fue muy amable y atento. Es muy limpio, completo y la ubicación está excelente a muy pocas cuadras de la líneas de subtes que te acercan en pocos minutos a los atractivos más importantes de NY. Volveríamos a elegirlos sin dudas. Muy recomendable

Vischi (10/5): Veramente soddisfatti - Posizione eccellente vicino a metro e negozi. Casa molto accogliente e pulita con tt l'occorrente anche per preparare pasti per due persone. Il contatto con le persone di staff non c'è stato perché tt tramite codici ma per qualsiasi esigenza rispondono subito, sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili a farci lasciare la valigia anche oltre orario di checkout. Zona tranquilla. Si poteva riposare bene ma di fianco c'è una casa in ristrutturazione e purtroppo al mattino presto iniziano a lavorare.
Kai (8/5): - Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Harlem, schnelle Wege zur Bahn oder Supermarkt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Kontakt war super, alle Informationen wurden im Vorfeld bekannt gegeben und Fragen wurden superschnell beantwortet. Wir waren 9 Tage dort und zur Hälfte der Zeit wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Top, da haben wir gar nicht mit gerechnet. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck in einem verschließbaren Raum abstellen. Harlem Getaway ist super und kann nur empfohlen werden!

Gabriele (10/5): Siamo stati veramente molto bene. - Quartiere tranquillo. Un sacco di negozi utili a portata di mano. Giardino privato. Quasi 10 min a piedi per la metro rossa e 15 min a piedi per la metro blu e arancione. Proprietario gentile e rapido nelle risposte. Prezzo molto elevato, ma non sono riuscito a trovare a meno neanche in zone meno servite.
evangelikee (8/5): Cómodo para ver NY - Cerca del metro (muy bien situado). Contaba con todo en la cocina: sartén, olla, colador, etc. No había abrelatas! Bastante chico el apartamento. Que no significa que esté mal, simplemente que en las fotos lo percibí más grande.

Carolina (9/5): - A comunicação foi sempre fácil e rápida. A localização é muito conveniente, por estar ao pé do metro, de supermercados, de cafés e de restaurantes. A rua é calma, apesar de ter obras no prédio ao lado que começa a fazer barulho às 7am, mas que era a hora a que tínhamos programado acordar. O loft tinha tudo o que precisávamos e ainda café. A limpeza poderia estar melhor, mas nada que estragasse a experiência.

Natalia (9/5): Fajne budżetowe miejsce - Gorąco Polecam!! - Mieszkanko było bardzo czyste, spore na dwie osoby. Super plus za kuchnie i dostępne sprzęty. Dwa pokoje i w obu klimatyzacja oraz telewizor. Super kontakt z właścicielem, gdy zepsuła się klimatyzacja w ciągu godziny pojawiła się osoba by to naprawić. Wymiana ręczników i pościeli w połowie pobytu. W łazience suszarka, pasta do zębów i płyny do kąpieli. Łazienka spora, duża szafka. W sypialni dobre łózko (chociaż nie polecam dla bardzo wysokich osób), szafa z wieszakami, deska do prasowania, mop, miotła i żelazko. W kuchni dostępne sztućce, zastawa kuchenna, garnki, mikrofala, toster, kuchenka, piekarnik i duża lodówka. W nocy cisza. Dość blisko do stacji metra. Super stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam!! Przyjazd z Europy do USA to dość długa i daleka podróż, więc kilka rzeczy zabrakło nam w mieszkaniu jak deska do krojenia, lepsza patelnia (ta w mieszkaniu miała braki w teflonie), nożyczki. Kontakty (gniazdka) trochę słabo się trzymały wiec lekki strach, ale nie było jakiś większych problemów. Okolica dość spokojna, jednak trzeba pamiętać że to Harlem i nie polecam chodzić samemu w środku nocy. Trochę mieliśmy problem z regulacją wody pod prysznicem.
