• Catherine (7/5): Clean apartment close to beach. - Once we had found the property it, the apartment was as it described and great to have a beach view. It was difficult to locate the property initially. Then we found a post it note stuck on a wall and the keys were inside the apartment. We tried to phone host re parking when we arrived, couldn't get through and unfortunately had a parking ticket the next day.
• Daniëlle (10/5): FANTASTISCH - Het appartement dat wij hadden gehuurd,met een terras aan de voorkant is lekker ruim. Het is geweldig gelegen aan de boulevard en er is van alles te zien vanaf het grote terras aan de voorkant. Op het strand kun je bedjes huren. Er zijn voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt, wij hebben hele goede ervaringen met het restaurant naast het appartement en een visrestaurant in dezelfde straat. Je kunt je auto makkelijk parkeren aan de boulevard en in de periode die wij gingen (september) zelfs voor de deur. Er zijn gratis plekken en betaalde, die kosten 50 LEK voor een dag (€ 0.50) dus daar kun je je niet druk over maken. Het is 's avonds op de boulevard van alles te zien, de bevolking loopt gezellig te wandelen en er wordt van alles verkocht. Het dorp (stadje) is authentiek en je ziet het echte Albanese leven in een stad. Het meer en de omgeving is zeer zeker een aanrader. De host is zeer behulpzaam en reageert snel op berichten. niets

Un peu bruyant, à proximité des bars, on profite de la musique dès le matin jusqu'à tard le soir. Peu propice aux personnes en recherche de calme et tranquillité.

Supernette Vermieterin, die englisch und albanisch spricht und mir für einen kleinen Betrag ihr Fahrrad für einen Tag überließ. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

• David (9/5): Highly recommended apartment - Location and view are great, it's right next to a nice bar and many very good restaurants. A really comfortable cot is available (better than in most apartments) and both the large bed and both sofas are very comfortable as well. Good shower. Wi-fi reception in the apartment is good, on the terrace (2nd floor) video calls do not work well but with camera off calls were ok. Both the host and the cleaning lady were super friendly and helpful. We'd love to stay here again for our next visit to Pogradec. No coffee maker was available.

The owner did everything for making me feel good (replied directly for any questions). the apartment is a good choice for a short stay as it is super central, you literally step out of the door at the beach of the lake. the house is super noisy. The last two night's I could hardly find sleep, cause you can here every word, every footstep, even the toilet flash of the neighbor rooms.

Even that property is located on front of busy tourist beach front with bars and restaurants room was v quiet. bathroom and kitchenette are outdated
• Naim (9/5): Very good deal - Big appartment, fully equiped, with big balcony with lake view. Very resposive and helpful host. Very good location, right on the beach, near many restaurants and coffee houses. And many attractions for kids are close by. Laundry was done for free, if u have washing capsules. Parking right on the beach also. Low price. The responsiveness of the host at thr last day. Trees on the promenade partially hided the view.
• Sara (8/5): Very good - The apartment is large and comfortable. It is located in a great position and the view is stunning. Very large balcony, optimal in case you are having gatherings with friends. Near the apartment there is a pub which during weekends plays live music until midnight which is both positive and negative. The hostess was very kind and she previously mentioned it to us. This time we really enjoyed it, since we stayed at the balcony and we listened to some good music. However we wouldn't like that every night. The pub near the apartment with loud music. It could have more amenities, like more towels, a litter bin in the bathroom,paper towels in the kitchen and some other small things like these

Parking was provided outside the property. Great host who communicated well on WhatsApp. Apartment on 3rd floor. Minor suggestions to make stay outstanding. Consider providing a Kettle and Toaster. Hand towels or paper towels in kitchen would be an added bonus . Apart from this everything else was perfect.
• Alexia (9/5): Recommended 100% - Very nice and reactive host. We had a big bright apartment with two big beds (one was a very comfortable sofa bed). There was a TV, a kitchen and a well equipped bathroom. Great location at the lake, free parking just in front of the house, good wifi. We recommend 100%!! Only that the curtains in the bathroom were see-through. Other than that, all perfect !

• David (10/5): You won't believe the view until you see it - Perfectly clean. Huge sized apartment with an even bigger terrace to admire lake view from. Comfortable bed - also with the lake view! Private parking place in the street right in front of the apartment. The friendly hosts communicate well and in perfect English, can give recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops. Hardly any mistake, just minor things. There was no kitchen towel to dry the dishes. There's a lot of stairs to reach upstairs, but at least you get a workout.

• Lars (9/5): Top location right on the boardwalk with a 'seaview' - We had a lovely stay here. And got the option to change the rooms (we made a wrong reservation). Thanks for the flexibility. Progadec is a great place to stay. Good swimming and a lot of good restaurant options. We had good contact with Vladimir for parking the car, etc. A very friendly man. The contact with his wife was also okay but a little stressful due to communication issues. It was solved eventually and we had a nice stay.
