Al nostro arrivo ci hanno chiesto se volevamo caffè o acqua e fornito una lista di tutti i punti di interesse della zona. La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e molto essenziale. Mobili e accessori molto vecchi. La doccia aperta costringe sempre a fare un lago per terra. Al bagno non c’è nessun mobile dove poggiare le cose.

Ambiente accogliente e pulitissimo, con camere dotate di ampi balconi. Lida e suo figlio sono persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio privato, davvero fondamentale vista la posizione centralissima. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremmo volentieri!

• Veronica (9/5): Lida te ayuda - Lida es super atenta y buscó en todo momento que estuviéramos bien y que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. Gracias Lida por todo! Además todo estaba muy limpio y teniamos una bonita vista desde la habitación. El parking puede llenarse y quizas hay que dejar las llaves del coche y otras personas lo mueven. El baño no tiene cortina ni mampara y se moja todo al ducharse, con los días te acostumbras 😅
• Vittorio (10/5): Super!!!! - Abbiamo soggiornato a Vila Lida e l’esperienza è stata davvero perfetta. La posizione è ideale: in soli 5 minuti si raggiungono sia il mare che la zona centrale della movida di Saranda. Un grande valore aggiunto è il parcheggio riservato, comodissimo soprattutto la sera, quando trovare posto in città diventa quasi impossibile. Ciò che però rende speciale questo alloggio è la signora Lida: accogliente, disponibile e sempre sorridente. È pronta ad aiutare in qualsiasi occasione, che si tratti di sistemare il parcheggio, fornire informazioni utili, effettuare un cambio in camera o perfino dare una mano con il bucato. Un posto che consigliamo senza esitazioni: le 5 stelle non bastano a rendere giustizia alla qualità del soggiorno!
• Raimondo Del Sette (10/5): Saranda in famiglia - Delizioso appartamento al primo piano di una struttura completamente ristrutturata e centralissima a 100 metri dal corso principale di Saranda con comodissimo parcheggio essenziale per il traffico del posto. Pulizia estrema e gestori gentilissimi ed attentissimo alle nostre esigenze. Un particolare ringraziamento va alla signora Lida ed al figlio Omer che ha reso la nostra vacanza di dieci giorni incantevole.

• Ali (9/5): Lindo lugar con excelente atencion - Muy buena ubicación, con acceso caminando a todo lo importante del centro de Saranda, incluyendo varias playas, restaurantes, estación de bus, etc. Linda terraza con vista bastante despejada al atardecer. La habitación espaciosa y con cocina completa. Se destaca la atención de Lida y su hijo Omer, muy amables y siempre atentos al confort de los huéspedes y ayudando con temas de traslados La habitación era para 4 o mas personas y yo estaba sola, quedaba como muy llena de camas/sillones, no necesarios en mi casa. En su lugar podría haber una papelera o mesa de luz con veladora que no tenia.

• Christopher (10/5): I'LL VISIT SARANDA AGAIN... AND 100% I'LL STAY AT VILA LIDA :) - I loved EVERYTHING about staying at Vila Lida :) The expression "A HOME FROM HOME" sums up my stay here. As soon as i arrived and was greeted by the lovely lady (sorry i never found out your name) and (possibly) her Son, it just felt like the perfect choice of hotel! Every day, the owner/manager, lovely lady asked me if everything was ok and if there was anything i needed- what more could you ask for? :) The location is perfect- 2 minute walk and you're on the beach front, the hotel is clean, charming and a lovely bright colour, too. I will DEFINITELY visit Saranda again... and i will most DEFINITELY stay at Vila Lida :) ps my balcony had a view of the sea too... PERFECTO!!!! :) Thank you for everything :) LEAVING :(

Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel et nous avions la chance d'avoir une vue imprenable sur la baie de saranda Le parking est super bien organisé et est un grand plus surtout en plein centre de Saranda! Vous pouvez faire le centre à pied et même rejoindre le port à pied (20min) pour prendre le ferry direction Corfu. Le logement est idéalement situé: 15min de Ksamil, 20min de l'œil bleu et du parc Butrint

• Jelle David (10/5): Gastvrij! - Wat ons het meest beviel waren de lieve lieve Lida en zoon Omer, die je bij werkelijk alles willen helpen met plezier. Ze gaven ons een lijst met dingen om te doen in Sarande, en tips over wat te vermijden als tourist. Toen ik ziek was heeft Lida lekkere thee voor mij gemaakt. Wij voelden ons zo welkom, dank daarvoor. De locatie is top, op loopafstand, maar toch in een iets rustiger straatje. Je kan de muziek van de clubs wel horen, maar dit stopt op 12 uur . Na 2 dagen wordt je kamer helemaal schoongemaakt en krijg je schoon beddengoed. Erg fijn! De keuken is standaard niet volledig ingericht, maar op aanvraag kun je alles krijgen wat je maar nodig bent! Goeie airco op de kamer, de gerenoveerde badkamer is comfortabel. 1 puntje wat we misten was een prullenbak in de slaapkamer. Er was een mini prullenbak in de badkamer, maar niet genoeg voor echt afval. Dit kon je bewaren in een plastic tas van de supermarkt, maar dat gaat stinken op de kamer. Puur als tip bedoeld, wij vonden het verder geweldig in villa Lida. Lida & Omer bedankt!

Il letto era molto comodo e la stanza era pulitissima, con balconcino dove stendere, frigorifero e televisore. La proprietaria è stata veramente fantastica, ospitale e premurosa, sembrava veramente di essere a casa. Voleva offrirci acqua e caffè e ci ha consigliato alcuni posti dove mangiare e dove fare spesa a prezzi convenienti. Sempre sorridente e disponibile, ci ha cambiato lenzuola e salviette nonostante il soggiorno di pochi giorni. Veramente meraviglioso!

• Miruna (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato per pochi giorni, ma è stata davvero un’esperienza bellissima! La posizione è strategica: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Saranda e vicinissima alla fermata del bus pubblici che porta comodamente e con pochi euro (2€) sia a Butrint che a Ksamil. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi servizi utili: ristoranti, saloni estetici, agenzie per tour e molto altro. Un enorme grazie alla host, Lida, che è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. All’arrivo, stanchi e accaldati, ci ha accolti con acqua fresca e un delizioso caffè turco. Si è mostrata subito disponibile per qualsiasi necessità: ci ha dato preziosi consigli su come muoverci e dove mangiare, ci ha fornito un ombrellone per la spiaggia (comodissimo!) e si è persino offerta di aiutarci con il bucato — un gesto davvero apprezzato e per nulla scontato. Super Lida, davvero! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca ospitalità genuina, comfort e un punto base perfetto per esplorare il sud dell’Albania!

• Rubano (8/5): Ottimo - Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile, ci ha accolto alle 5 del mattino nonostante il ritardo del volo. La posizione della casa è ottima, con parcheggio dedicato e possibilità di parcheggiare anche davanti alla villa. Casa pulitissima, con pulizie ogni due giorni. Vista mare splendida e grande rispetto della privacy: tutto perfetto! La casa è accogliente e in una posizione splendida con vista mare. Non ha la tenda della doccia, come spesso capita in Albania, e manca un piano cottura (che sarebbe utile aggiungere), ma sono comunque disponibili piatti e posate. Sarebbe bello avere un piccolo tavolino con sedie sul balcone per godersi meglio il panorama, anche se volendo si può spostare quello interno. La signora di casa è davvero gentilissima e sempre presente per qualsiasi esigenza; unico suggerimento: sarebbe stato meglio essere avvisati prima che entrasse per le pulizie, così da poter mettere da parte gli oggetti personali.

She was really helpful and we'd definitely go again. The location is also perfect, its close to really nice beaches and restaurants.

• Golisano (10/5): - La struttura si trova proprio a 100 m dal mare. Pulizia ottima. Le finestre isolano benissimo dai rumori esterni ed é presente l’aria condizionata. Lo staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. La signora Lida é stata molto cordiale e ci ha dato molti consigli per non finire nelle solite trappole per turisti. Forse per mio errore perché non ho letto accuratamente, ma nonostante ci fosse la cucina dotata di un microonde funzionante, non c‘era né un fornello né utensili (cucchiai, forchette, coltelli, bicchieri, spugne, bidone spazzatura, etc…)
• Ruben (8/5): Geweldige locatie - Locatie van de villa is ideaal ten opzichte van de boulevard. Je hoort het geluid ervan nog wel maar niet zodanig als je ernaast zou slapen. De douche zit niet lekker in elkaar waardoor het elke keer een natte boel wordt als iemand hem gebruikt.
• MONTSE (9/5): - La ubicación perfecta. Lida es una fantástica anfitriona así como su hijo. Nos ayudó en todo y eso que teníamos el inconveniente del idioma. Nos informó de lugares donde ir, en qué supermercado comprar. Una gran ventaja es que tiene parking y contando lo dificil que está allí el aparacamiento es algo a tener en cuenta. A 2 minutos está el paseo marítimo Por decir algo que no hay ascensor y para llegar a las habitaciones todo son escaleras, aunque esto para nosostros no fue un inconveniente, es una información que supongo que hay que saber.

Ci hanno dato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, come sale, zucchero, sapone per lavare i piatti, per non farci comprare i grandi pacchi che poi non avremmo finito. Tra i posti consigliati, ci hanno detto anche in quale supermercato servirci perché gli altri avevano prezzi più alti.

Elle nous a réservé les meilleures places dans le bus retour pour tirana. Nous a prêté un parasol pour que nous puissions aller à la plage publique. Enfin tout pour que nous nous sentions bien. Le lit pas très confortable. Le bruit venant de l'extérieur mais c'est inevitable à Saranda ou les gens font la fête tous les soirs. Sinon l'immeuble en lui même est calme. • Nuria Cecilia (8/5): Tutto semplicemente ottimo - Siamo stati a Vila Lida per una settimana e tutto è andato molto bene. La signora Lida e suo figlio sono degli host fantastici. Sempre molto sorridenti, cordiali e pronti a darti indicazioni o una mano. Noi avevamo l'appartamento con vista sul mare, di fatto ci siamo potuti gustare colazioni e aperitivi in casa con una bella vista sul balconcino. È un monolocale, letto comodo, abbastanza grande e se hai intenzione di cucinare Lida ti fornisce il fornello elettrico, stoviglie, pentole e padelle e tutto l essenziale per cucinare. Lida è stata veramente premurosa e ci ha cambiato le lenzuola e gli asciugamani a metà settimana, ed è sempre stata disponibile per ogni richiesta o informazione. Ci ha consigliato dove andare a fare la spesa, dove mangiare il pesce e chi chiamare per eventualmente ordinare una pizza. L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato, con l'essenziale. Aria condizionata funzionante, prese vicino al letto, comodini e armadi. L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro e alla movida, cosa essenziale perché a saranda non c è parcheggio. In questo modo è possibile spostarsi in autonomia. C è una discoteca vicina, ma non se si chiude la finestra non si sente minimamente rumore né di musica né delle persone del centro. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene che quando ritorneremo a Saranda, sicuramente ritorneremo in questo appartamento. Rapporto qualità- prezzo: perfetto Abbiamo avuto due problemini, uno la doccia che non ho ben capito perché in albania non hanno le docce chiuse, andando quindi ad allagare quasi tutto il bagno quando si fa la doccia, ma lo sapevo già prima di prenotare quindi ero pronta. Altro problema il parcheggio, di per sé c è il posto auto privato, tuttavia se gli altri ospiti ti mettono la macchina dietro, non puoi uscire, perché lo spazio è piccolino. Niente di drammatico, infatti poi ci siamo accordati che tutte le volte la sera le si riferiva se serviva la macchina l indomani mattina e quindi si spostavano le macchine nella posizione di chi usciva prima. Ad esempio noi due giorni la macchina non la abbiamo usata quindi abbiamo parcheggiato in fondo che tanto quei giorni non ci serviva e la sera poi abbiamo spostato la macchina con altri ospiti perché ci serviva molto presto al mattino. È un piccolo problema ma che è stato risolto senza drammi e in maniera molto rapida.

Gli appartamenti sono ben tenuti e puliti, la signora Lida pulisce personalmente gli spazi comuni molto spesso. La posizione è più che strategica, si trova praticamente a una via dal lungomare tra il percorso pedonale e i lidi, in modo che non si sta né al centro del casino della movida di Saranda né lontano dal centro. • GIORGOS MOSCHOPOULOS (9/5): - Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο, πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και πλήρως λειτουργικό. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, δίπλα στην παραλία και τα μαγαζιά. Επίσης, η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι φοβερή. Το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ είναι πολύ σημαντικό γιατί υπάρχει φοβερή κίνηση στην πόλη. Τέλος, η φιλοξενία της Lida είναι πραγματικά εξαιρετική, πολύ ζεστός άνθρωπος! Μας βοήθησε σε ο,τι και αν χρειαστηκαμε. Δεν έχει παντζούρια - στόρια, οπότε το πρωί σε ενοχλεί το φώς της ημέρας.

Si è offerta di lavare i nostri panni e ci ha accompagnato fino alla stazione dei bus quando siamo ripartiti. Anche solo lei, con suo marito Romeo, valgono l'intera permanenza nella struttura, che è comunque comoda e a due passi da tutti i luoghi di interesse, senza essere troppo immersa nella rumorosa vita notturna. Close to the beach, bars and clubs. Private and secure parking is very handy. Only con is that there’s no shower curtain (but almost none of the Albanian apartments have it) so the bathroom gets pretty wet when showering.
