• Mathis (7/5): - L'hôte était très accueillant et répondu à nos questions malgré la barrière de la langue. L'emplacement était top à 5 min de la plage et de l'avenue principale. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et le frigo était un peu sale, rideaux pas très occultants.

• Michael (7/5): Near the Ferry Port- Good Value - Clean room would work well normally. Bed, WiFi good. Decent location at the top of the stairs to the end of the waterfront promenade. The hotel is close to the ferry port and that was important for me. These are problems the very nice manager will fix I am sure. However for me the heater was intermittent and never really warmed the room enough but it helped. also I could not take a shower as the hot water would be on 30 seconds then was barely warm or became cold- I tried 3 times over an hour, then had to leave to catch the ferry.

• Francesca (9/5): Esperienza positiva - Stanza nuovissima, posizione ottima di fronte una scalinata che ti porta diretto sul lungomare, host molto disponibili e gentili per qualsiasi cosa sempre a disposizione. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, anche se un’attenzione leggermente maggiore alla pulizia renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

• Giada (6/5): Camera matrimoniale con balcone - Accoglienza fantastica. Ci hanno detto che per qualsiasi cosa potevamo chiedere a loro, anche per il cambio asciugamani. Bella vista dal terrazzo e posizione abbastanza comoda al mare. Letto comodo. La finestra sel bagno era rotta, abbiamo dovuto metterci una molletta per tenerla chiusa dato che la prima sera l'abbiamo trovata aperta al nostro ritorno. Stanza 03 camera matrimoniale con balcone.

• Karl (2/5): Wir haben zwar bezahlt, uns überlegt was tun? Sind dann wieder ausgezogen.. - Die Unterkunft wurde viel besser präsentiert. Sie war nicht am Strand, kein Hochhaus mit Ausblick sondern auf verkommenen Hinterhof. Die Zimmereinrichtung war sehr alt. Das Gebäuder sehr verkommen.

• Madina (8/5): It’s not great, but it can do for couple nights. - It was okay. I liked the location, which was far enough from loud promenade. The double room on the first floor doesn’t have windows for some outdoor fresh air. A window for some outdoor air was in the bathroom, but it didn’t open.

La chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos vues en ligne : les chambres situées à l’étage sont très vieilles, de mauvaise qualité et ressemblent plus à un petit cagibi qu’à une vraie chambre d’hôtel. À l’intérieur : deux lits sommaires avec un matelas très inconfortable, un frigo et une douche sans rideau. Avec nos longs cheveux, cela a vite été problématique, d’autant qu’après chaque douche, l’eau se répand partout dans la salle de bain. On nous a donné une serpillière pour éponger, mais ce n’est pas du tout pratique. Les toilettes mettent une bonne demi-heure à cesser de faire du bruit après chaque utilisation. Côté confort, pas de volets : seulement des rideaux rouges laissant largement passer la lumière. Les lampes au-dessus des lits ne fonctionnaient pas, et la décoration, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans la salle de bain, aurait grand besoin d’être refaite. La vue depuis la salle de bain donne sur des immeubles d’où l’on entend les gens crier dehors, et celle depuis la chambre donne directement sur une décharge. À noter également : il n’y a pas de balcon dans cette chambre, contrairement à ce que l’on pourrait croire en regardant certaines annonces. Le pire est arrivé lorsque nous avons découvert un énorme cafard derrière le lit. Nous avons appelé le propriétaire pour qu’il vienne l’enlever, mais il ne l’a pas trouvé et a voulu repartir sans le tuer. Nous avons dû insister fortement pour qu’il le fasse. Le lendemain matin, nouvelle surprise : un mille-pattes dans la douche. Ce n’est pas la maison des animaux ici, encore moins l’arche de Noé ! Tout cela est clairement lié au fait que le ménage n’est pas fait correctement et régulièrement. En plus, l’insonorisation est inexistante : on entend absolument tout. • Lauren (9/5): Great value for money - lovely stay for basic accommodation. - Well-located close to the port, and in walking distance to plenty great restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms, nice to have an aircon and fridge. There was no toilet paper provided (although there is a bidet hose, not everyone uses these). The hot water in the shower runs out awfully quickly, and it didn’t even heat up on the morning we checked out.

• Flavia (7/5): - La posizione era ottima, vicina al lungomare di Saranda. L'host più anziano, nonostante la difficoltà di comunicazione, è stato molto gentile nel darci alcuni semplici consigli. La città è davvero molto trafficata e trovare un parcheggio vicino l'hotel risulta difficile. Ho scelto la struttura guardando le foto dei bagni, che sembrano moderni e funzionali, ma purtroppo non corrispondono a ciò che abbiamo trovato: bagno vecchio, stretto e lungo, con la doccia in una piccola nicchia. Non c'erano bagnoschiuma e shampoo, e neanche l'asciugacapelli, che in una struttura sul mare potrebbe essere essenziale per molti.

Lavobostop was verdwenen dus als er iets invalt, is het verdwenen. Plankje om toiletartikelen op te zetten, hangt schuin. Dus alles schuift er af. Gratis toiletartikelen die beloofd worden op de site van Booking, bestonden uit enkel handzeep.

We had a great stay and it is excellent value! A little issue when trying to check-in as reception is not manned all the time, but was easily rectified after contacting the hotel to let them know we were waiting outside.
