• Susan (9/5): Great accommodation - Lovely apartment which was well equipped, clean and comfortable (although we could not find the dishwasher!) It was about a 20 minute walk to Sarande public beach, which did involve a hill. We enjoyed the kitten coming to play. It provided a lot of entertainment! It was quite a walk from supermarkets and restaurants. The wifi was unpredictable.

• Chris (8/5): Excellent value for money stay - Large, spacious apartment with lovely balcony and terrace. Well equipped, big fridge, washing machine, ironing board etc. Very good shower. Plenty of space to park directly outside the apartment. All as described and pictured. Check in was smooth and communication with the host good. Although it doesn't take long to walk into town or the beach, it is a big climb up and route is not very direct. A bit difficult to walk around town due to missing or blocked pavements. Street is quite clear so traffic moves faster, this caused a little bit of noise at night.

• Audrey (9/5): Nice stay - Big and well equipped apartment located in a quiet area (uphill so be careful if you don’t have a car), there is space to park in the street, the balcony is big, there is a washing machine and free wifi. The bathroom is new and has a shower and a bathtub and towels are provided. The mama who welcomed us was very kind and the host replies quickly to message. Good for long stay. No toiletries in the bathroom, not enough toilet paper and bags for trash cans for a 5-night stay (can request some more but feels not good always asking for something). The blanket was a bit small and not very thick without linen under it (the blanket under the sofa didn’t seem very clean). Had to wash the dishes before use as there were not very clean. Small details but they could make a big difference.

• Oneplay8 (7/5): Good - Owner was friendly and helpful, the apartment is spacious with parking in front on the main road. It is about 15 min walk from city center and 10 min from supermarket. OK if you want to be more accessible with car to surrounding towns to avoid traffic hassle more centrally. but still close. Air con, washing mashing worked well! Kitchen could be equipped better as it is quite big, the frying pan was overused and scratched teflon so we had to bought a new one for use.

• Kateryna (10/5): Very positive expirience. Our recommendations! - Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment. Big terrasse, washing machine and hospitable hosts (the host's mother lives on the last floor). Towels and bed linen were changed regularly. The street under the villa is noisy even at the night. The villa is located quite high, so the road home from the marine can be slightly uncomfortable for older people.

We enjoyed the balcony and other outdoor space. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the major bus lines and the beach. The hosts were really kind and helpful people. We would definitely recommend their beautiful place, and would stay there again.

• Romana (8/5): good for travellers who are the whole day on trip or beaches and come for night - Super price out of season. Only 4 euro more then in campsite. Very kind owners. You can not park in center. There were always a lot of space for parking. Even for a big car.
• Marianna (8/5): I think you get good quality for your money by staying here. - The owners are very nice, the mother doesn't speak much English, but we could understand each other with the help of google translate and our hands and feet. She came by every day to ask if everything was okay. Also when I sent a message via booking.com to ask something, Aulon responded very quickly and they always met my demand immediately. It's close to the center, there are supermarkets at walking distance. Beware of the roads though, they are quite steep. The way down is easy, but back is another story. Of course if you have a car that's no problem. I think the apartments on the upper floors have more privacy, as the other tenants have to pass by the terrace on the ground floor, and I stayed on the ground floor. There is quite some noise from the traffic on the road, but it's not a very busy road and especially in the evening it's very quiet.

• Anonymous (10/5): Best price/quality accommocation in Sarandë! - 1. Location: not right next to the beach, so very peaceful! I can't sleep with noise so it was perfect for me. By walking, it's not far either, a nice short pleasant walk and also 10 min away from the bus station! There is a big supermarket nearby down the hill, and also several local seafood restaurants recommended by the host. 2. House: very pretty, white villa and a beautiful garden. We had a whole apartment for ourselves and it was very big and spacious. 3. Bathroom: good pressure, hot shower, what can you ask more?! :) 4. Bedding: The bed was comfty and you can also ask for an extra blanket if you feel cold! 5. Service: I've never seen a host who replies as fast as Aulon! He's super attentive, super quick, and always at your disposal to help you with whatever you may need. And he speaks very good English so no problem at all with communication! 100/100! On top of that, Aulon's dad picked us up at the bus station upon our arrival :) Thank you very much! It's not a bad thing at all but just a simple comment: when the weather is cloudy, the hot water may not work as they use solar energy. However, they turned on the electric heater so we had no problem at all :)
