The hosts were very nice and helpful, we got an extra blanket upon request (with a duvet cover which is rare in Albania!) and it was perfect

V sezóně občas horší parkování na veřejné silnici nad penzionem, minimarket s potravinami nutno autem cca 5 min.

Stanza della giusta grandezza e comodità a pochi gradini dal ristorante e da una splendida spiaggia. Pulizia della stanza ogni due giorni. La struttura è ottima per rapporto qualità prezzo. I dintorni e Saranda classica cittadina piena di palazzi e sporcizia.

• Philippe (9/5): - L'établissement est charmant à l'image de la famille qui nous a accueillis. L'ambiance est simple, chaleureuse. Petite structure, à l'écart de l'agitation de Saranda, la vue est superbe, dominée par l'île de Corfou. Le soir, il règne un silence absolu quand les parasols des autres structures attenantes se ferment. Il est dommage que sur la toute petite plage face à l'hôtel les touristes laissent leurs mégots.

So eine liebe Familie, Igli unser Host und seine Mami ☺️ Jeden Tag ein Lächeln im Gesicht, Omi hat uns umarmt wenn wir essen gekommen sind und hat sogar außerhalb ihr Dienst für uns gekocht weil wir Hunger hatten, wir haben sie auch schon Mami genannt.Sie hat die Villa mit ihre wunderschöne Pflanzen verschönert.😍Alles seeeehr sehr sauber und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Bin froh,nicht in der Stadt gebucht zu haben. Wir waren wie im Paradies und es war so schön ruhig, sind bis am morgen am Strand gesessen. Das Essen war soo lecker. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Alle Mückenstiche haben wir uns in der Stadt geholt ,in der Villa gibt es keine einzige ☺️man kann 20Min gemütlich ins Zentrum spazieren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Was auch toll war ist, dass bei uns immer so ein schöner Wind gewäht hat, sodass es nie eklig heiss war. Ich würde am liebsten zurück. Danke Mami und Igli für die wunderschöne Zeit in Saranda 🫠❤️und falls ihr hingeht, füttert die Tiere dort bitte

• Mirza (9/5): Very nice property right next to the beach - The location is right by the sea with a very beautiful view. The hosts are kind and helpful. The restaurant serves very tasty homemade food, and the prices are more than reasonable. Since they have their own restaurant and a private beach, there’s no need to go anywhere else — you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday. The bed in our room (Room number 3) was short and not suitable for tall people. If you’re taller than 1.90 meters, you won’t sleep comfortably because the bed is exactly that length — my feet were sticking out.

Det kan varmt anbefales. 😊 - Vi ankom meget tidligt om morgenen, kl. 08.00, og var klar over, at indtjekning først var muligt fra kl. 14.00. Heldigvis havde Igli et ledigt værelse og gav os nøglen med det samme. Det satte vi stor pris på, da vi netop havde været på en lang bustur på omkring ni timer og var meget trætte. Det var en ekstra service, vi virkelig værdsatte. . Der var faktisk ikke noget, vi ikke kunne lide. Alt var skønt – den private strand, sikkerheden, morgenmaden og også de måltider, vi spiste til frokost og aftensmad. Værterne var utroligt søde og imødekommende.

• Martina (10/5): Nádherné miesto na relax pri mori - Úžasné ubytovanie na brehu mora, súkromný prístup k moru s vlastnými ležadlami a slnečníkmi. More krištáľovo čisté. Majiteľ veľmi milý, ochotný, každé ráno pripravil iné raňajky, džús, káva, čerstvý melón. Izba krásna, čistá, s veľkým balkónom s výhľadom na more. Hneď vedľa je verejná pláž s výbornou reštauráciou. Ubytovanie je na okraji mesta, cesta do centra trvá 30-40 minút peši. Je možné si objednať taxi za 15€.

• Marie (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder! - Anreise war sehr unkompliziert. Lage des Hotels ist eher etwas abgelegen von der Innenstadt. Dafür sehr ruhig und schön. Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Jeden Tag gab es etwas anderes. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Gastgeber und Familie sehr bemüht und freundlich. Perfektes Englisch. Das Restaurant bietet viel Abwechslung, und auch einheimische Gerichte. Preis Leistung Top. Wir waren eine Woche in Saranda, haben uns auch einige Strände in Saranda und Ksamil angesehen. Diese waren zur Hauptsaison recht voll. Wir sind dann den Rest der Woche im Hotel am Strand geblieben. Sehr ruhig, schönes Wasser, eigener Meerzugang mit Liegen. Rechts daneben gibt es auch einen kleinen Beach Club mit Strandbar, und Sandstrand. Auch zu empfehlen. Hat alles super gepasst, Mietauto ist empfehlenswert um in die Stadt zu kommen.
• Cathrine (9/5): - Utsikten er helt utrolig, beliggenheten er rett ved sjøen, kunne ikke lagt nærmere. Er ca 30 min å gå inn til starten av selve sarande "by-område", dette gjorde at hotellet ligger utrolig fredelig til og man kan virkelig finne roen.

• Eva (9/5): Fijne beleving - Mooie kamer, leuke plek waar je kan eten en rustig gelegen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en privé strandje, wel met steentjes. Redelijk wat trappen om van de kamer naar het strand te gaan, dus niet zo ideaal voor ouderen en mensen slecht te been. Ligging is goed als je rust wil, maar half uurtje stappen naar het centrum en de haven.

• Frank (10/5): Entspannter Aufenthalt am Meer mit der Möglichleit Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten zu unternehmen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Meer, Sauberkeit, Größe, moderne Ausstattung, kostenlose Liegen. Die inhabergeführte Unterkunft hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Inhaber und Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Liegt etwas außerhalb Sarandas. Weitere Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Kein wirklicher Mangel, nur ein Hinweis; Es geht einige Stufen abwärts zu den Zimmern. Nicht unbedingt etwas für Personen mit Einschränkungen in der Mobiltät. An einigen Abenden war das Unterhaltungsprogramm vom Nachbarhotel etwas aufdringlich, das geht aber zum Glück nicht die ganz Nacht.

Naast het terras was er een stukje privéstrand met ligbedden en parasols, waar je gratis gebruik van kan maken als je een kamer hebt geboekt bij het hotel. We konden enkel cash (in LEK) betalen, niet met de kaart. 's Avonds was er wat luidere muziek van de andere beachbars in de buurt..

• Lena (9/5): - Wir haben jeden Morgen ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit Meerblick serviert bekommen. Es wechselte sich jeden Morgen ab. Unsere Gastgebet waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Privatstrand war wunderschön und ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, weshalb man ein Auto benötigt. Das Taxi aus der Innenstadt kostet 10€. Andererseits ist die Lage toll, da man eine ruhige Bucht hat.

• Guest (10/5): Waves at Your Feet. Corfu in View. - This property is outside the city, with a view of Corfu so close, you think you’re in Greece! The hotel is right above the sea and the vista is utterly gorgeous! We were greeted with lovely hospitality when we arrived, tired, after a long day of hiking to and from Aquarium Beach and then driving to Sarandë. We enjoyed the nice shower and the comforts of our room, including a view to the sea. We also made use of the drying rack on the patio to dry our beach stuff. We were happy that there was a restaurant in the hotel, even happier to sit outside, watch the sun set, enjoy the delicious food and perfect temperature. We had a terrific meal and time to relax as a family. After a very comfortable sleep (you can control the room temp), we again descended the steps to dine by the sea for breakfast. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and we felt wholly satisfied and in awe of the beauty! There was nothing to not like! Gorgeous place and kind, attentive, talented hosts! Driving through Sarandë we did not enjoy. It was momentarily difficult to identify which building was our hotel once we’d gotten there, but we pretty quickly determined it and were fine. A bigger sign could help, but that’s not a big deal at all.
• Brigitte (10/5): - Ein sehr modernes kleines Hotel direkt am Meer mit privatem Strandabschnitt.Es sind Liegen mit Sonnenschirm vorhanden,man hat einen traumhaften Blick bis nach Korfu. Das Wasser ist klar und sauber. Es ist sehr erholsam am Strand,da Ruhe herrscht.Absolut top.Wir haben auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt,mit traumhaftem Panorama.Das Frühstück war prima. Sehr schön fand ich auch die Pflanzen die liebevoll die Terrasse,den Treppenaufgang etc.zieren.Die Zimmer sind sehr modern in schönen hellen harmonierenden Farben. Uns hat alles super gefallen. • Шимонюк (9/5): - Привітні господарі, які щиро турбувалися про нас. Номер чистий, зі свіжим ремонтом. Сніданки різноманітні — одні з найкращих, які траплялися нам під час подорожі Албанією. Готують смачно, порції досить великі. Є власний пляж. Двері у ванну були зламані й не зачинялися. Дуже гучні птахи, які, здається, звили собі гніздо просто у вентиляції 🤪 До найближчого магазину — 20 хвилин пішки. Автомобілем, звісно, швидше, але з трафіком Саранди будь-який виїзд — це зайвий стрес.

• Bea (10/5): Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem schönen kleinen Hotel - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und groß, mit Balkon zum Meer. Etwas außerhalb von Sarande, deshalb viel ruhiger wie am Hauptstrand. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bemüht. Jeden Tag wechselndes Frühstück, Liegen sind Inclusive und selbst in der Hochsaison immer genug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen Nichts

• Daan (10/5): We zijn blij dat we ervoor hebben gekozen om in sea breeze te slapen en deze fantastische familie te supporten - De rust, de locatie was net iets veder uit het centrum maar dat was helemaal prima. We hebben echt genoten. Het is een familie bedrijf en dat kan je ook merken. Ze stoppen er echt al hun liefde in. Elke ochtend weer. Ik heb niks zo 123 dat niet beviel. Er stond op de booking.com site dat er bij de faciliteiten een bad zou zitten, maar die was er uiteindelijk niet. Maar dit was veder ook geen probleem

• Angela (9/5): Perfect for a more quiet and relaxing stay - We loved our stay at Sea Breeze! We really enjoyed that it was a bit out of town so nice and quiet. The small private beach and sunlounges were perfect! Daily breakfast was so fantastic and the staff so kind and friendly. The perfect spot if you are looking to relax and swim in the sea. And a doable 30-minute walk to Sarande. We really enjoyed our stay here, were well taken care of by staff and would highly recommend and stay again! Dinner at the hotel was served from 8-10 pm, so a little bit late for us. But the food was lovely.
• BRUNO (8/5): Vistas espectaculares - Acceso directo al mar, rico desayuno y cena bajo demanda. Personal muy amable. Los atardeceres increíbles! Hace falta un coche para desplazarse y no había amenidades en el baño.
• Martin K (10/5): Wunderbare Entscheidung außerhalb des rummeligen Saranda! - Individuelle persönliche Gastgeber, die Frau kocht klasse, das Zimmer (oben buchen!) wunderbar und top, groß genug, herrlicher Blick direkt am Wasser, top Klimaanlage, kleiner Strand, Ruhe. Der Tip zum Runterkommen!! nichts!

• Maeliosa (10/5): So close to the sea you could almost touch it. Nice villa, family run, spotless, Go book it! - Beautiful villa, so close to sea you could almost touch it! The villa is run by son and daughter and they do an excellent job. Great breakfasts, varied each day. Dinner was nice in the evening also. You can hear the sea from your bedroom at night. Great value for a nice location. Air con, shower all good. Room spotless and serviced each day. Quieter than Sarande but lovely spot for couples. The road to the town is in bad repair and could do with rubbish being disposed more carefully. But this is not Sea Breeze Villas fault. We arrived late September so not a lot open in the immediate bay.
• lucia (10/5): Consigliatissimo - La posizione la rende eccellente per un soggiorno di assoluto relax al suono delle onde e dello scroscío del mare. Provvisto di spiaggia terrazzata privata che affaccia su un mare con acqua limpida. Ottima e abbondante colazione che l’host, Ola, serve ogni mattina con delle varianti per renderla più piacevole. Ospitalità esemplare, camere ampie, arredate con gusto e provvista di tutti i comfort. Parcheggio in strada vicino alla struttura con posti sempre disponibili . La struttura e l accoglienza sono state eccezionali . Però va precisato che il centro di saranda dista circa 40 minuti di strada a piedi con varie pendenze quindi da mettere in conto o pensare di usare un taxi (prezzo forfettario 10€) o ammattire alla ricerca di un parcheggio in saranda se siete automuniti .

• Catherine (9/5): - Breakfast was delicious - hot and plentiful, served in the open air dining room right on the water. The villa has been beautifully built to a high standard. Everything is very clean & well presented. The hosts are attentive and friendly. The room itself could do with glasses, and as there is a kettle - cups & tea & coffee bags with milk given at check in. I don’t drink either tea or coffee but it seems odd to have a kettle in a room and nothing else. Also shampoo & body wash rather than one small bottle. Small things but they will make a difference.

• Carlijn (10/5): Ontspannen dichtbij Saranda centrum! - Top locatie net buiten het drukke centrum incl. privé strandje! Heerlijk ontbijt, wat iedere dag anders is. Daarnaast is het restaurant heel de dag geopend, heerlijk voor lunch, diner of drankjes. Lieve behulpzame familie, je voelt je erg welkom! Kamer super netjes verzorgd en hygiënisch. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Echt alles was top, we hebben genoten!
• Ilga (10/5): Super schöne Anlage - Der hoteleigene Strand war phänomenal. Liegen und Schirm inklusive. Die Zimmer waren großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Ebenerdige Dusche. Frühstück war super und jeden Tag anders. Familienbetrieb mit Charme!!! Nix :-)

• Margret (10/5): Lekker rustig gedeelte buiten de drukte van Sarande . - Lekker rustig, direct aan een prive strandje met heerlijke ligbedden. Het diner was maar matig.
• El Hachemi (10/5): Sarande les pieds dans l'eau - Un propriétaire extrêmement accueillant, et la chance d'avoir eu notre chambre vue sur la mer prête dès 10h ! Les lieux sont tout simplement à couper le souffle. Une plage privée avec matelas, parasols et tout ce qu'il faut pour se rafraîchir. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec des produits frais et délicieux. Un véritable havre de paix, les pieds dans l’eau, pour un séjour inoubliable ! Chambre Absolument rien !
