• Miranda (7/5): - While there is a steep hill to get to the building, the view from the apartment makes up for it. We had no problem to be able to cook at the apartment as it had most things needed. A pleasant surprise was finding a juicer machine! They also have a washing machine and provide detergent which was a great plus as well. The owners were very attentive and the communication was quick and clear. Last but not least, the internet was decent - it did fall down a couple of times but in less than a minute it was up and running - so we were able to do various video conference calls without much problem. While we knew about this from other reviews and were very aware that Sarandë is very hilly city, do keep in mind this hill is pretty steep. However, it's totally do-able (and why not get a gym work out while you're at it!). On another hand, there isn't a shower curtain in the bath - but this seems to be the case in most of Albania. Building is a bit rundown, there is a bit a trash outside of the building which of course is beyond the owner's control.

• Deborah (10/5): I loved this place, comfortable, beautiful, wonderful people! - Comfortable, even though it was a bit dated. Everything worked perfect. The view was fantastic from the balcony. Best place to enjoy the fireworks for the New Year celebration 💐 The hosts were amazing, picked me up from the bus stop, stopped for me to get groceries , and helped with my luggage. They could not have been any more accommodating. Skerdi was just a phone call away. I am looking forward to returning. It is a steep but short walk to the market as are most places in Sarande. I really enjoyed the cardiovascular exercise.
• Khomenko (8/5): If you don't mind walking uphill, this is a good choice for a family holiday at a reasonable price. - The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, even a bathtub, which helps to keep the toilet floor dry (a big problem in most Albanian apartments equipped with an open shower). The large balcony, in addition to the sea view, guarantees shade and a light breeze at any time of the hot day. The area around is unkempt. But the view from the balcony partly compensates for this. What can be uncomfortable for many families is not so much the distance to the sea (this can be assessed before booking), but rather the upward climb that needs to be overcome each time. The only (but important, especially for families) drawback in the amenities was the insufficient supply of the kitchen - the lack of an electric kettle, cups for tea, a small saucepan with lid, a cutting board, sharp knives etc.

It is very well equipped and you have all the goods for you needs. I would highly recommend this property, and I am sure me and my friends will be visiting this place and this property again! 😄
