• Filipe (7/5): - Very accommodating and easy-to-reach host. The location is excellent, and it is fairly easy to find street parking nearby. However, the bed was not very comfortable, and the bed linen did not seem perfectly clean. I would not necessarily discourage people from staying here, but improving the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the sheets would make the stay more enjoyable in the future. bedding quality

• Alex (7/5): - The host was friendly and fast at replying to our messages, check in was very easy and the accomodation is quite spacious, containing even a washing machine and a little kitchen. The living room contained very dim lights, you couldn't see a thing. The accomodation was not clean at all, very dusty, old looking, it felt like it hadn't been touched in years. The water drainage in the shower was poor and it was extremely hot inside, the air conditioner barely keeping up.

• Sixtine (1/5): Je déconseille ce logement. - L’hôte était réactif. Peu cher. Je déconseille ce logement et je doute comme plusieurs commentaires de la réalité de certains avis qui mettent 10/10. Les photos sont trompeuses en réalité le logement est sale (sol, serviette, salle de bain…). C’est un appartement à moitié rénové, de très mauvais goût. Le faible prix ne justifie pas l’état de vétusté dans lequel se trouve l’appartement. Je n’ai pas fermé l’œil de la nuit car je ne me sentais pas en sécurité.

• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - Located in an excellent location where you can choose from two different streets. on the left, you can go to visit the Rozafa castle, the lake, or on the right go towards the center. In the city center, the room is equipped with all the basic utilities needed for a good stay.

• Lily (7/5): Good - It has everything you need, it’s just a bit makeshift - unique design, decorations, kitchen, lighting etc. The location is great, on the main road, walkable to the main area and also walkable to the castle. The owner works in the shop downstairs and he is very friendly. The wifi works great. It is on the second floor so it gets very hot. There is an aircon only in the bedroom which worked okay. The kitchen cooker is a camping gas cooker style thing with butane cans. We found that a bit odd as it’s not a permanent set up.

• Anonymous (5/5): Hot!! - The owner was really nice and the property was in a really good location close to the centre of Shkoder and was spacious inside. It had a washing machine which was useful. It is unbearably hot in Summer as the aircon blew hot air only and we wanted to be in the apartment as little as possible because of this, we literally only slept here.

• Munaiba (3/5): Awful stay - Bed was okay The property was very dusty and dirty. Bed sheets absolutely stank! Pillows were so worn out and old. The bathroom was nasty and the toilet was so disgusting!! The kitchen sink was filthy with scraps of food left in it. 4 conditioner liquid bottles for washing clothes were filled with water and no soap inside which I found very sneaky & sly. Despite getting what you pay for I don’t believe at all that a guest should have to experience such filth and as a host I’d genuinely feel quite embarrassed hosting a guest in such dirt.

Also it was located very close to the center, there were restaurants and coffee bars nearby.I had a great time and I highly recommend for 1 night, 2 or 3 night :)

• Freek (3/5): Mouldy, dirty, unhealthy - The apartment is very spacious and the center is at walking distance. The apartment was a bit dirty. But worse, it was very mouldy. 75% of the apartment was covered in tapestry which obviously only makes it worse. Also the towels were smelly and the bed linen was falling apart. The next morning I woke up with irritated airways, which is not surprising considering the state of the tapestry. I understand that I shouldn't expect a luxury room for this price, but it should be healthy.
