• Ian (7/5): - The location was ideal to venture around the city on foot or by tram if preferred. The short walk from the Central station to the apartment also made it ideal for easy arrival from Schipol airport right to the door. The shared luggage space was small and was not monitored in any way, making me personally nervous to leave my luggage unattended there for a time. The apartment also has no means of accessibility for anyone who needs assistance as it requires climbing several flights of stairs to reach the apartment

• Phillip (4/5): Good location but very cramped space. Would not stay here again. - Location was really good. The room was tiny and cramped. My wife and I felt that it was much too small for two people -- we were always in each other's way and there were very few places to put things. Maybe for one person it would be okay. Also, the stairs are quite steep and demand care, especially when carrying luggage.

• Luis (5/5): Well Located, But Communication and Cleanliness Need Improvement - The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The privacy of the apartment was also something we truly appreciated. It felt independent and comfortable in that sense. There was a noticeable humidity smell coming from the bed sheets, and the bathroom had a strong drain odor during our stay. We reached out to the host about these issues, as well as about an incorrect WiFi password. While we did receive a response regarding the WiFi, we did not receive further communication about the other concerns, which was disappointing.
• Olga (5/5): Preisleistung eher schlecht und Schimmelbildung. - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. In Amsterdam ist man schnell zufuss unterwegs, sodass man nicht zwanghaft etwas so zentral nehmen muss. Leider ist das Zimmer sehr dunkel, und hellhörig. Die Nachbarn darüber sind früh am Morgen vom party machen zurück gekommen. Klarer Nachteil ist der Schimmel im Badezimmer. Dieser wird offenbar regelmäßig mit Chlor behandelt, sorgt aber dafür, dass der Geruch stark präsent ist. Das Zimmer ist insgesamt kleiner als 18m², eher so 12 bis 13 Preisleistung daher eher schlecht.
• Théo (7/5): Propriétaire super sympa, placement au top. - L’emplacement était super, proche, des boutiques et des lieux culturels à visiter. Le magasin de vélo juste en bas de l’immeuble est top. Propriétaire actif et adorable ! Le rapport qualité prix malheureusement reste à désirer, il manquait ou moins d’un micro-ondes pour pouvoir se faire « à manger » un minimum.

Endroit à EVITER Mensonges,pas 18 m2 mais 12m2,pas de fenêtres ouvrant sur lumière naturelle ( on ne voit pas le ciel ni le sol voir photo jointe),pas de lit King size mais 140 ,photo jointe de 70×200 pour 1 sommier et en plus très poussiéreux ,pas de lavabo dans salle de bain mais evier cuisine ,escalier extrêmement pentu non annoncé comme tel voir photo jointe ,peignoirs annoncés c est faux ,mini bar c est faux seul 1 frigo vide et 2 bières sur le lit ,etendoir c est faux. L homme de ménage est intervenu avec 1 karcher à 23h45....respect des locataires à revoir.... A EVITER

В номере была вода, чипсы и пиво. Видно что люди стараются. Уезжали мы поздно и тоже смогли оставить вещи после высиления. Находится в самом центре, всё рядом (город не слышно, но слышно как поднимаются соседи) За эту цену, всё было супер! Мы очень благодарны Отсутствие печки (хотя бы одной комфорки) Сырость, но такой в принципе весь город

• TRISH (2/5): The manager was friendly but the accommodation was very disappointing. In a dark alley. - The fact that I had to use the kitchen sink as a wash basin as well did not appeal to me. Washing my face & brushing my teeth & washing the dishes in the same sink is a definate no no. No microwave. States a view of the courtyard, yes toilet pipes. They also need to to warn you that the stairs are very steep & not advisable for an older person.

• Richard (3/5): Worst place I have stayed at in Amsterdam and I have been coming every year for the IBC show - Easy walk from Central station and short walk to Rokin metro. Nice selection of towels and nibbles upon arrival 👍 Nice shower system and good aircon unit. Ridiculous stairs to a tiny apartment. Entrance door is down a dark and dirty alleyway. Not even a basin in the bathroom. No smoke alarm in the room. Door lock latch was missing from the inside. Bathroom had no extractor fan so stayed wet from day to day. Very basic room overall and dangerous staircases.
• mllobera (8/5): Bien para un par de días en Amsterdam - Para quien no conoce Amsterdam, debería saber que todos los espacios son pequeños, las escaleras angostas y empinadas y no se puede esperar nada glamoroso. El apartamento, muy bien ubicado, esta accediendo por un pequeño callejón (bastante común en Amsterdam) que une dos calles principales. Se ingresa por un código que te proporciona el anfitrión previo a tu llegada, subes una escalera angosta y empinada (como todas en Amsterdam) y vuelves a acceder con código al apartamento. El apartamento es una pequeña habitación con una cama de matrimonio (por uno de los laterales accedes fácil, pero por el otro ......) una pequeña mesa plegable para desayunar o comer algo 2 personas, una pequeña mesada con bacha y abajo ella una nevera. El baño con buena ducha e inodoro (pero sin lavabo, debes usar la bacha de la cocina) Suena un poco negativo, pero en el centro de Amsterdam (y alrededores también) no se puede pretender mas, por lo tanto si quieres estar cerca del centro debes ceder espacio. Aunque pequeño, está muy bien y la relación con el precio también es muy correcta. El anfitrión tiene el detalle de dejarte un par de cervezas y unas patatas fritas como para que te repongas a la llegada, también capsulas de café para la maquina de expreso y saquitos de té. También hay plancha para la ropa y secador de pelo y a unos 200 m hay un supermercado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. La experiencia y recomendación es buena, pero hay que mentalizarse que estas en Amsterdam y todo es pequeño e incomodo. Si bien hay cafetera tipo Nexpreso y Hervidor, sería necesario un pequeño horno eléctrico o micro-ondas como para poder calentar algún plato.
• María Belén (10/5): Excelente departamento! - El apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario: hervidora, secador de pelo, varios toallones, vajilla completa, heladera, cafetera con capsulas, aire acondicionado, shampoo, acondicionador y jabón, etc. Nos dejaron agua, cerveza y papitas de bienvenida. Todo muy limpio. El anfitrión muy atento cuando le pedimos unas cosas que necesitábamos. El lugar muy acogedor. Cómodo para una pareja. La ubicación excelente, zona segura y cerca de los puntos mas turisticos. La estacion de tren queda a 10 min caminando. Muy recomendable!!

Para quem tem disposição para subir uma escada estreita e ingreme e está buscando somente um apartamento em ótima localização para tomar banho e dormir, excelente opção. O anúncio fala de cozinha compacta. E não tem. Cozinha compacta é composta de, pelo menos, um fogão. E tem somente um pequeno frigobar. Não tem fogão nem microonda! Não tem forno! Ou seja, não tem cozinha. Tem utensílios básicos para refeição, mas não tem equipamentos para preparar. Apartamento só tem a pia da "cozinha". Banheiro só tem chuveiro e vaso. Prepare-se para subir uma escada estreita e ingreme.

• Kimberley (6/5): Het was prima maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - De locatie is top! Het was erg klein. De badkamer sloeg nergens op. Dit was ons niet opgevallen op de foto’s. Maar je staat letterlijk een paar centimeter naast de wc pot te douchen er is een douche gordijn maar dat vind ik persoonlijk niet echt fris. Met z’n twee even snel onder de douche was dus ook niet haalbaar. Ook was het mega gehorig. Je kon gewoon je hand volledig onder de deur door steken dus iedereen kon elke zucht horen als ze op de gang zouden staan. Ookal is dat maar één ander iemand die ook gehuurd heeft. Dit vond ik zelf niet echt een prettig gevoel. En voor de rest was het gewoon niet helemaal hoe wij het verwacht hadden. Volgende keer zullen wij dus gewoon een echt hotel boeken. Ben je iets meer kwijt maar wel wat meer luxe en privacy.

• Rebekah (4/5): Make sure your expectations and suitcases are small. - The only real benefit to this accomodation is the location. Walking distance to everything you’ll need, including attractions, a supermarket and public transport. Getting up to the apartment is a hazard with large bags, with steep incline steps. However, this is what you can expect in Amsterdam. The apartment is too small for two people and two suitcases. The towels for the shower are hand towels, these will not be useful to you unless you are a child. There is only 1 sink for the entire property in the main room area. The toilet is in the shower. And the shower is in the toilet. The property does not disclose this. If you use the shower, the toilet is getting wet. And if you need to use the toilet, you have to hope no one else wants to use the shower at the same time. Additionally, there is no exhaust vent in this bathroom to aide with ventilation/smells. The only sink for the property is in the kitchenette, outside of the bathroom area. If you’d like to wash your hands in the bathroom, the bathroom is small enough you can turn on the shower while sitting on the toilet. The “courtyard” is a small combined balcony for other properties. The only way to access this is by climbing through a window. If you want to have this open while getting changed, expect strangers to see you. Overall, not great value for the price. Would likely get the same experience for a cheaper price at a hostel.

• Luke (10/5): Amazing. Fantastic location. Albert Heijn is literally down the street. 5* - Air con. 36 degrees outside, and the air-con was directly over the bed. Had such a blissful nights sleep. Refrigerator in the studio too. 5* Not much.

• Laura (6/5): Great location and ok for one night but a bit small for multiple nights. - Great location close to Amsterdam Centraal train station. Really handy to be able to leave your luggage there too after check out. Owners are friendly and helpful. It is very small. The shower is over the toilet so everything gets wet and I found it quite claustrophobic. The bed is a very tight squeeze for two adults (my partner id 6ft2) but it was comfortable. But it was clean and was fine for one night.

• Nicola (7/5): Good - Very central with lots of amenities close by. The bed was very comfortable and the appartment was spotless. The building is very noisy with lots of doors slamming and lack of privacy with the appartment opposite being able to see right into the room. It would also have been nice to have bath towels for the shower instead of hand towels.
• Salma (3/5): Great location, not so great everything else. Good if you are just 1 person looking to stay central - The lock sounds secure so that’s good. Location is very good, central to most tourist place (albeit down a bit of a dodge alley). Once you get used to the place and its cramped humidity it is slightly workable and for the location and comparing to other places in Amsterdam. Won’t be coming back though mind you. A lot of mold trapped with a toilet/shower room without any window or filter/extractor fan with a shower that drips so the floor never dries. The only way to clean the floor is a mini window brush you’d have to get on your hands and knees to use. The bed is pretty hard with an almost waterproof under sheet which wasn’t pleasant trapped heat, pillows that have been ran over a few times and could do with new ones. The duvet was essentially a blanket so make sure to go with someone your happy to spoon to grasp onto warmth for. Also thought it was a nice touch not removing their personal possessions from beneath the bed so there’s some utter random tat under there which creates a bit of an unsettling vibe. The heater is fine once it gets up to heat, although it’s limited to 22C, asked for it to turned up and not sure if that actually happened as the temp still said the same. The only natural light source from the windows is actually a ‘balcony’ for the flat below and above that all can access too via open thin windows. We saw multiple men pass while changing, not very nice. Which added to the unsettled-ness of this property. Wardrobe space is pretty slim, as is the whole floor space of the place.

• Kate (6/5): Great location. poor contact in case of needing help. - The location was excellent. Room was clean and very quiet. Transport from airport was included so it was a bonus. Very small room. I have asked for certain items while booking it - i was told there were basics there like microwave, dressing gown, kettle... Only kettle was there (and it smelled inside), no microwave or dressing gowns. After going out on first night could not get in as the code wasnt working. Tried to call the number provided if needed help but nobody answered. My partner almost got a panick attack as we thought we will have to break in or stay outside for the whole night. Thank god after almost 20min of trying the door opened - did not receive any reply to my messages at all... The stairs to the room were extremely steep. We are young and fit so we have managed but if you are older or intend to go out and get drunk you will struggle or just fall down the stairs.
• Rachel (4/5): Definitely wouldn’t recommend - The room is near to the town centre however is only accessible by a door in a dirty ally way. The staircases to the unit are steep and narrow, very difficult to get suitcases upstairs. There is no luggage storage area unless you want to leave in an open cupboard area behind the front door. The room itself is cold, damp and has very little natural light or air. The heater worked occasionally, no remote for aircon, no ventilation in bathroom and everything stayed damp. TV had no reception and there was no toaster in kitchen. The room was noisy, you could hear other guests in the room next door and coming up the stairs. The cleaner was nice but saw no other staff.

• Christopher (8/5): Great little apartment - Great location within walking distance of most attractions. The apartment had everything required for a comfortable stay. Keyless entry to both building and apartment worked very well. Nothing.
• Kate (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Everything we needed at a good price. Handy to have a fridge and great shower. Easy to find and to check in. The stairs are steep but it's fine, just hard work carrying a case up. I'd seen in the comments about steep stairs so was expecting it.
• Cat (5/5): Passable - We liked the privacy given & the shower was great. Coffee machine a wee bonus too. Was left 2 bottles of beer, pringles & a carton of fresh drinking water. Location was ideal for city centre. There was no windows. Plate glued to bathroom wall to mimic the look of an extractor fan. Bathroom ceiling had mould specks. Heating wouldn't go above a certain degree. The bed was fresh but after sleeping in it for a night, I could smell & feel damp. The iron wasn't working & the kettle was dirty to the point I couldn't get a cup of tea. No courtyard patio either. A lot was promised but not there. We could have asked for iron board but it was an inconvenience for us so didn't bother. I have came home with sore joints & my asthma has flared causing tightness in my chest.
• Meaghan (1/5): Bad - The room was extremely damp, the window leaked water all over my suitcase, and there was mold in the shower.
