The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the room was very cozy with excellent heating. I also appreciated the kitchen space for cooking. • Tamsin (8/5): A great apartment in a good location which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was easily reachable on foot from the main train station and we could walk or take the tram to everywhere we wanted to go. We had a very enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.

• Cindy (10/5): - The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We were 3 people in total and it felt great. It had all the amenities we needed and more. We were greeted by the host with wine and cheese which was a really nice extra touch. We enjoyed walking from the apartment to the markets that go on the weekends, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, it helped us sleep and recover really well. Sebastian is a great host in general and he really takes care of his apartment, which shows. We will definitely come back. Everything was perfect.

• Susanne (10/5): - Gut gelegenes kleines Appartement im Erdgeschoß in ruhiger Straße. Parkplätze grundsätzlich in der Straße vorhanden, Preis 6 EUR pro Stunde. Parkhäuser jedoch in der Nähe. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Freundlicher Empfang durch Karl, der uns noch Tipps gab, incl Käse und Wein. Gerne wieder Licht im Bad könnte besser sein

It was well situated by the canal with easy walking distance or a tram ride to everything, but in a quieter, more residential part of town. The apartment was quite comfortable for 3 people, and Sebastian provides special touches to make it feel like home. We would absolutely stay again!

Great local pubs for dinner. Sebastian was a lovely host checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Apartment was clean and cosy with a lovely comfortable bed!

The supermarket, trams and buses are a 5 minute walk away and it's in a quiet area, close to the shops and bars if you wanted to stay local in the evening after a day of sightseeing. • Michael (10/5): Cozy, quiet, slightly off-center apartment - The apartment is located on a quiet canal section, slightly off center. Easy to reach via bus (to Haarlemmerplein) to tram (to Erste Marnixdwarsstraat), or simply by walking (it's about a 25-minute walk from Dam Square, for example). There's a supermarket nearby that's open until 22:00 every day, making it easy to shop for groceries. The host, Sebastian, is very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. The kitchen is small, but very well equipped, including even a DeLonghi coffee machine that grinds fresh beans. The bed is large (160x200, I believe) and very comfortable. There's also a sofa in the "living room" that can be converted into another bed - we used this to accommodate our daughter. The bedroom does not, unfortunately, have a door.
