• Anatolii (6/5): Fabulous Amstredam compensated all inconveniences. - Perfect location. The set of kitchen utensils was not good and not enough (no oven, an old and dirty microwave, just one teacup). Both faucets were leaking. The bathroom door handle fell off every time you closed the door. The radiator near the bed worked only during the first night.
• shane (1/5): - NOTING IT BAD Place was in bad condition I would not sleep hear smell of damp out of the room, pictures look better than what they are i would recommend nobody to stay here, we arrive bed was dirty place was all ran down we said it to the owner after paying 340 euro he offered me 50 eruo back on first day. I had to book another hotel over this i could not sleep on tbis place, I also have more photos of this place and it will only let me update 4 photos

• JasonUK (10/5): - Perfect location and quick 6min walk from the central station. So convenient for our stay and so nice and quiet, no tram or road noise. Spacious apartment was comfortable for the 4 of us. Needs a bit upgrading but still a great apartment. Shower extractor doesnt work so gets steamy in bathroom.

• Sarah (6/5): - De studio is zeer goed gelegen; midden in het centrum, vlakbij het treinstation en de tram. De studio zelf was ook proper. Er was een dubbelbed en een slaapbank, beiden voorzien met beddengoed. In de badkamer was er een haardroger aanwezig en ook voldoende handdoeken. Voor de prijs die we hebben betaald, vond ik dat er iets meer faciliteiten mochten zijn, zoals een kookplaat, een spiegel in de badkamer, wat meer servies om te eten ... Het was allemaal redelijk sober en kleiner dan verwacht, gezien de foto's online. Het bed kraakte ook enorm. Al bij al wel een fijn verblijf gehad.

• Oriesta (1/5): Disappointing overall, the location was good, but the poor conditions of the apartment ruined the experience. - The staff was polite and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was the only thing I liked about the property. The apartment was in very poor condition. It was extremely dirty, lacked basic essentials like pillowcases, slippers, and a stove for cooking. Some dishes were left unwashed, and overall, the place felt neglected and unhygienic. I was really disappointed, especially considering the price.

• Nell (3/5): Poor - The location is great , very central It just is not good value for money, it is not very clean and run down. For 250 pounds a night you would expect a lot more. Things like 1 plate and 1 coffee cup for 4 people just doesn’t really make sense. Sofa bed is uncomfy and toilet door has a glass panel so no privacy. Some windows didn’t shut so it doesn’t feel particularly safe. It is a real shame as it could be a really lovely apartment but it just fees like the owners are trying to get as much money as possible from you with not much in return.
• Lauren (3/5): Great location BUT not clean - Location couldnt of been anymore central Hosts very very easy to deal with on whatsapp Room wasn't very clean - cleaner did come back but it was still dusty and windows ect hard mould Only one small mirror ( four girls found it hard getting ready in the mornings) 2 toilet rolls provided for 4 people and 3 nights. Although I do understand it is self catering toilet roll is a basic necessity such as soap

• Ben (9/5): Superb - Great hosts, great location. Couldn’t have been happier Heating controls were a little complicated and a mirror in the bathroom to shave. How ever these are very minor points and we were really happy with our stay
• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the property was amazing. It was so easy to find right next to the city Train station which is ideal when coming from the Airport. The hosts were really helpful, we text them when arrived and they met us immediately to provide us the keys. They were so helpful and gave us great tips for the weekend on the best places to see and eat. They were also in contact with us over the weekend in case we needed anything.

• Cecilia (8/5): A pleasant stay in a convenient location in Central Amsterdam - The location where the studio was great, very near the Central Amsterdam train station and easy to find, The communication was excellent and we were expected and warmly welcomed. The room was very spacious and both the main bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. Over-all, a pleasant stay. We would come back for these reasons, The provisions could be improved with cups as well as bath soap and shampoo; while not necessary, these always provide convenience to the traveller. Perhaps more charm inside the studio?
• Catherine (8/5): Lovely Apartment in Central Amsterdam - Our stay was so cheap for an apartment a 3 minute walk from the Central Station. There was a tram line directly outside the apartment. It was extremely conveniently located. The bed and the couch were extremely comfortable. Also there was a huge television with Internet access, we were able to log into our Disney+ and enjoy a movie night. There was no soap/shower gel/cleaning products available. I have no problem supplying my own, but I would have liked to know in advance so I could collect some on my way there. I wanted to shower on arrival after travelling all morning, but was unable to do so before going out to the shops again, we were greeted with an empty bottle of washing up liquid and nothing else to clean with. Also there is a window on the door to the bathroom which may be uncomfortable for families or a friend group.

• Carter (7/5): Good - Location was convenient. Host was friendly. It was sufficient and pleasant enough. Lane was charming. It could have been cleaner. Dishes were dirty, wet and cutting board had food still on it. Limited glassware and plates. Fold out couch was broken so the guest that was on that didn't get a comfortable sleep. Everything was a bit tired. Could do with a revamp. Unfortunately with the windows open the mosquitoes came in. 😫
• Christopher (7/5): Great Location, host needs to put some attention to maintenance and make a more welcome environment - Perfect location Construction was going on out on the main road which I understand the host has no control over but we should have been warned, apartment was very noisy early morning and during the day, the ammenities were minimalist and the apartment was not well maintained. Accomodation said 4 adults but the sofa bed was broken so we had to buy our own blow up mattress. Bathroom was poor.

• Marco (8/5): Amsterdam is very beautiful. - The location is situated in a perfect street because it's 5 minutes less from the main train station. It is a very quiet zone and the neighbors are very nice. The hosts are very helpful and kind and they offer bikes rental at a convenient price. Some blankets were dirty and the hand soap was almost finished at the time we arrived. There isn't flatwares and there is a window difficult to close because the wood is ruined and old. There is a French window without protections situated about two meters from the ground.
