- Guest (9/5): sehr zufrieden - Gute Anweisungen, problemloses Schlüsselsafe. Problemloses parken gegenüber vom Apartment. Gut ausgerüstete Küche. Genug Platz für Reisegepäck. Lieb war auch die Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln (auch wenn wir kein Kaffee trinken). In Küche hat das Vorhang auf dem Fenster gefehlt.
- heungwon (1/5): 더럽고 불결한 숙소... 푹 꺼지는 매트리스... - 비엔나 이동 중의 중간 위치는 나쁘지 않음 우선 체크인보다 늦은 저녁 8시에 숙소 체크인했는데도 불구하고 쓰레기통은 꽉차있고 침대시트엔 오물이 묻어있었습니다. 벽면 구석에 거미줄 및 식탁,의자엔 먼지가 가득했습니다. 청소가 하나도 안된상태였습니다. 집주인에 항의하니 몇분후 청소부를 보내줬는데 30분 동안 청소및 베드 교체를 기다리는 등 시간낭비가 있었습니다. 그나마 베드만 교체했을뿐, 방바닥 구석 식탁 화장실등은 청소도 하지않은 상태로 묵어야 했습니다. 정말 늦은 밤시간만 아니면 나오고 싶었는데 먼지구덩이속에서 잔 느낌입니다. 침대매트리스도 너무꺼져서 허리가 아파서 수면을 취하기가 어려울정도입니다.

- Aleksandar (7/5): Good - Location is great. Easy communication with the host (check in and checkout). The apartment is well-equipped. The bed was very soft, which I don't like, it is not my thing. Maybe it is good for somebody. Wi-Fi signal could be better.
