Vermieterin jederzeit erreichbar und bemüht:) Sicht aus den Fenstern leider auf Nebengebäude (aber die Innenräume sind dafür sehr schön) ;)

Host: 11/10 – extremely helpful. She went above and beyond by assisting me in calling the town council regarding a parking issue.
Temperature: Excellent – the apartment was very comfortable, not too warm or cold. The beds and blankets were high quality and cosy.
Apartment Size: Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 5–6 people.
Kitchen: Large and well-equipped, suitable for both cooking and baking multiple dishes.
Cleanliness: Very clean and well maintained.
We travelled with our 2‑year‑old toddler, and the baby chair, cot, and baby utensils were very useful and much appreciated. Parking nearby is quite expensive, around $8 per day.
To make the apartment more baby‑friendly, a diaper bin and a plastic children’s cup would be helpful, as we were a bit concerned about using regular glass cups.
Additional cot bedsheets would be useful in case of nighttime accidents.
Although the cot has brakes, it can still move if a toddler kicks hard, and there is a gap, so parents should be mindful.
The rubbish bins were a bit small for our needs; it would be more convenient if each room had a moderately sized bin.

- Nils (9/5): Perfekte Lage und schönes Appartment für Familien. - Perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Bad Ischl. Sehr schönes Appartment. Direkt daneben ausgezeichneter Bäcker für Frühstück, Cafe, Torten. (Auf völlig anderem Niveau als man es zB in Norddeutschland oder gar Berlin kennt.) Ausstattung komplett, Betten gut. Leider wird das Appartment Ende des Jahres nicht mehr vermietete. Sonst jederzeit wieder. In der Bäckerei wird noch echt gebacken und das findet natürlich nachts statt. Man bekommt das mit, da direkt unten im EG Produktionsräume sind und die Backwaren über den Hof transportiert werden.

- Anand (9/5): Superb - Location. Close to the station, bus stops, Billa and Spar supermarkets as well as the tourist information centre. Plus a number of places to eat nearby. Lack of lift (minor issue since it's on the 1st floor). Providing a map of the locations or a list of good places for groceries and recommended places to eat would have been good. However this can easily be figured out by taking a stroll across town.
