• Jens (5/5): Schön, aber nicht mit so einem Vermieter!! - Der Code für die Türen hat nicht funktioniert. Wir standen blöd vor der Eingangstür, der Vermieter ist nicht ans sein Telefon gegangen. Irgendwann wurde dann jemand geschickt der uns geholfen hat. Aber wir wurden nicht informiert.
• Carina (9/5): Great apartment in quiet location - Clean and spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, very nice and quiet location. Earlier check-in was possible upon request and check-out was very easy. Also appreciated that there was a coffee machine with real coffee. The TV - or the remote - wasn't working (which was not important to us).

Wir, eine Familie von insgesamt 7 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern, haben 3 Appartements für eine Nacht gebucht. Am Anreisetag habe ich schon am Morgen den Vermieter angerufen (nach dem 3. Versuch hob er am Telefon einmal ab), dass ein Online Check In uns technisch leider nicht möglich ist, da wir schon unterwegs sind ob wir dies nicht vor Ort regeln könnten wenn wir ankommen. Er war sofort mehr als unfreundlich!!!!! und meinte, dann sollen wir uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen (die Unterkunft ist aber schon bezahlt gewesen!!!!!!). Er legte sofort ohne zu grüßen auf und war auch nicht mehr telefonisch erreichbar. 3 Stunden später bekamen wir dann doch die Zutritt Codes und waren kurz beruhigt, dass doch noch alles klappt. Bei Anreise um ca. 20:00 finden wir die Appartements verschlossen vor und der uns per Mail übermittelte Code funktioniert nicht!!!!! Von keinem der 3 Appartements. Auch der Link für eine eventuelle Online-Registrierung ist abgelaufen!!!! Niemand ist per Telefon oder per Mail erreichbar. Die Kinder sind müde und weinen. Wir sind noch am selben Tag wieder von Bad Ischl hundemüde nach Hause gefahren weil wir keine Lust mehr hatten uns eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Ständig kommt irgendein KI-Text per Mail, sogar um 05:00 Uhr Früh wegen dem Check-Out - dabei konnten wir war nicht einchecken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wir sind wirklich schon viel auf der Welt unterwegs gewesen und haben schon in vielen Ländern in vielen Hotels, Appartements und Pensionen eingecheckt (vieles über Booking) und es hat immer super funktioniert. Aber das ist wirklich Unvorstellbar das es so etwas gibt! Wir sind fassungslos über die Unverschämtheit des Vermieters!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Tak-Wakolbinger (8/5): - Modern ausgestattetes Appartement in einer sehr zentralen und doch sehr angenehm ruhigen Lage! Der Blick vom Balkon und vom Essensbereich ist ebenfalls traumhaft, da man direkt auf die "Kathrin"-Seilbahn und die anschließenden Berge sieht. Das Bett ist gemütlich, die Couch im Küchenbereich ebenfalls! Die Küche ist prinzipiell gut ausgestattet. Eine Pfanne fehlte mir, da wir uns täglich mehrmals selbst bekocht haben! Ich werde gerne wieder einchecken in eines der Appartements, allerdings nicht mehr in "unser" Appartement...da...siehe "was mir nicht gefallen hat " ..wir hatten Veluxfenster, aber keine Rollos darauf! Das heißt man sollte ein ausgesprochener Morgenmensch sein, da das "Himmelslicht" direkt beim Sonnenaufgang "kickt". Auch die battariegesteuerte Veluxfenster-öffnung war defekt, somit konnten wir im Schlafzimmer leider nicht lüften! Die Lichter am Dunstabzug waren ebenfalls kaputt...das sollte einfach repariert werden, bevor neue Gäste einchecken! In der Küche würde ich ein Sieb und eine Pfanne hinzufügen und eine Kehrschaufel und Besen wären auch toll im Appartement, da einfach Schmutz am Boden entsteht, wenn man dort kocht und isst!

• Anders (5/5): Dejligt sted, hvis det var mere enkelt at tjekke ind. - Det var meget svært at få tjekket ind. Vi kæmpede meget længe med at få udfylde tingene korrekt så koden blev aktiveret. Ingen at henvende sig til. Alle der kom efter os havde samme problem.

• Namig (5/5): Невыносимая духота ,невозможно выспаться - Местоположение,капсулы для кофемашины ,чистота Ужасная духота в апартаментах,термометр показывал 28 градусов в помещении ,спать просто невыносимо,даже вентилятора нет(Солнце разогревало апартаменты через мансардные окна на потолке,на которых даже не было жалюзи,чтобы спастись от жары.К тому же,утром солнце сразу бьет в глаза,не давая спать. Самое ужасное,что не было никаких шампуней или мыла, что очень некомфортно ,так как по приезду всегда хочется принять душ.Мыло сами купили в магазине.Попасть через входную дверь по коду,высланному хозяином,невозможно.Код неверный,не знаю,зачем хозяин это делает,по отзывам читаю,что эта проблема у всех.Спасибо случайно входящим жильцам,благодаря им мы попали внутрь .На запросы о мыле ,духоте,хозяин просто игнорировал.Заметно,что хозяин сам повышает себе рейтинг,ставя себе 10 ,но лучше бы он постарался удовлетворить базовые потребности клиентов,всем было бы хорошо

• Gergely (10/5): Kicsi, egyszerű, de szuper kis apartman. - Nagyon szép, rendezett lakás. Minden megvan benne ami kell, még mosogatógép is található. Van kávéfőző, hozzá kapszula, cukor, tejszín, ez nagyon jó. Kisgyerekkel mentünk, nem volt nagy gond, de egy mikrohullámú sütő jó lett volna a melegítéshez. A parkolás okozott egy kis fejtörést, nehéz az utcán parkolót találni. Jó lett volna, ha a fűtés állítható.

• János (4/5): If it is the only option - The apartment is modern and well equipped, clean and pretty. - The entry code didn’t work and we ended up waiting outside in the cold for 30 minutes. We tried to call the number given on the page and messaged the host numerous times without any response. Thankfully someone was already inside so she ended up letting us in after persistent knocking. - The advert falsely indicates that parking is available. In fact, there are only 2 parking spaces in front of the building, which were occupied, however I specifically asked for a parking space. The only option is to find parking on the streets, for which you have to pay. We only spent one night on a Saturday so we got lucky, but for longer stays this is far from ideal. - The heat thermostat is locked so you cannot adjust the temperature in the room. We couldn’t sleep because it was set too high. - The host is not communicating, only via prewritten default messages. - Only online check-in is possible and it is mandatory to upload ID to a website.
• Maria (6/5): Für 2 Nächte aushaltbar - Lage perfekt. Einrichtung modern und toll Bad für 3 Personen im App unvorteilhaft. Duschabtrennung sehr kurz. Keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit direkt über den Betten ist schrecklich. Temperaturregelung nicht individuell regelbar. Es war drückend heiß und Fenster über Kopf ( Dachfläche) nicht zum Lüften.

• Antoine (9/5): - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort. L'appartement a été remis à neuf et contient un super équipement. Il est de plus idéalement placé par rapport au centre ville Plutôt que de nous expliquer où ne pas se stationner, il serait bon d'indiquer où le plus proche parking se situe. 3 messages nous rappelant qu'il faut payer sa taxe de séjour sous peine de 50€ de pénalité, c'est limite menaçant.

• Anastasia (10/5): - Замечательные арартаменты, гостиная с диваном и спальня. Есть выход в небольшой сад. Рядом с апартаментами спуск к воде и отличной детской площадке. Мы были безумно рады такому расположению. Рядом с апартаментами стройка, гугл карты не могли нам правильно выставить маршрут. Но это не относится к апартаментам. Это скорее всего уточнение для гостей на машине.
• Viktória (1/5): Hanyagság, figyelmetlenség! - Semmi Nem kaptam kódot. Egy órahosszát várakoztunk kisgyereinkkel az esőben és nem tudtunk bemenni. Többszáz kilómétert tettünk meg, nagyon fáradtak voltunk és mivel nem tudtuk elfoglalni az apartmant, így a szomszédos városba elutaztunk és egy szállodában tudtunk csak megszállni, mely nagyon drága volt.

• Sonja (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt ! - Kein Parkplatz aber man findet parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gegen Parkgebühr. Optimal zum schlendern durch die Stadt. Sind auch mit der schafbergbahn gefahren. Unbedingt zum börni Burger gehen. Urig aber grenzgenial lecker! Aufpassen bei der Zufahrt zur Kathrin Seilbahn. Wurden bei hin- und rückfahren geblitzt.

• yupeng (5/5): 房间很好，但是遇到问题完全无法联系上房东。 - 房间布置挺好的，环境舒适，干净整洁。 在距离入住还有几个小时的时候，房东发消息说要么交200欧元押金，要么就不能入住。我们只能被迫交了押金。房东声称退房后一个工作日就会退还押金，但是我们支付押金后就再也联系不上房东，最终与booking客服沟通后，我们在退房一周后收到了退回的押金。 在房东提到的入住时间后，我们准备入住时，发现房东提供的密码无法开门，我们也打不通房东的电话。直到半个小时后，使用密码又突然能打开门了。我们带着所有行李，在风雨中焦急等待了半小时，期间尝试了所有方式，均无法联系上房东。非常糟糕的体验。 此外，房东以要符合相关法律为由，要求提供了护照信息，但是我在奥地利其他地方住宿时，均未被提出这个要求。

• Stefan (9/5): Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis hat sehr gut gepasst. - Die Lage war perfekt. Der Zugang mit dem Schlüsselcode ein wenig kompliziert, aber nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter hat alles perfekt gepasst.
• Çağlar Göktan (1/5): Sakın rezervasyon yaptırmayın. Kalmayın. Don't make a reservation, don't stay - Hiçbir şeyi beğenmedik. I made a reservation at 10:55 PM, but they said it was only accepted until 11:00 PM. We agreed to the rules and made a reservation. The hotel door requires a PIN, and because they didn't activate our PIN, we were locked out. We emailed and called the hotel owner, but he never responded. We stayed at the door for two hours, waiting for a response from 1:30 AM, but eventually, we went to another hotel. Even though we asked the hotel for a refund, the owner absolutely refused. Don't stay here or book. I definitely don't recommend it. Tesise 22:55 da rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat 23:00 e kadar kabul edildiğini söylüyor. Bizde kurallara uygun dedik ve rezervasyon yaptık. Otel kapısı pin ile açılıyor ve pin imizi aktif etmediği için kapıda kaldık. Otel sahibine mail attık aradık ve kesinlikle cevap vermedi. 1:30 2 saat kapıda kaldık cevap bekledik ama sonunda başka bir otele gittik. Bizde otelden iadesini istememize rağmen kesinlikle otel sahibi kabul etmedi. Sakın burada kalmayın ve rezervasyon yaptırmayın. Tavsiye kesinlikle etmiyorum.
• Lisa (7/5): - Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr schön hergerichtet und hat alles bei haltet was wir gebraucht haben Leider sind wir anfangs nicht in die Unterkunft gekommen und konnten telefonisch niemanden erreichen. Erst nach ca 30 min wurde Kontakt aufgenommen und wir konnten in unsere Wohnung. Am nächsten Tag ist unseren „Nachbarn“ wohl auch das selbe passiert.

• Martina (7/5): - Ubytování bylo čisté, moderně zařízené. K dispozici byl kávovar na kapsle, mlíčko, cukr, to bylo velmi milé. Příjemně barevně sladěný interiér. Čisté. Nové. Dobrá výchozí pozice. Kousek promenáda u řeky a dětské hřiště. K ubytování v podstatě okamžitě po rezervaci, super záchrana. Ač je před domem asi 5 parkovacích míst, zaparkovat se tam nesmí. Parkování v dané lokalitě je komplikované, stání jsou pro rezidenty daných č.p. Parkování na ulici zakázané. Místa ve městě počtem limitovaná, plná a hrazená. Vedle v ulici probíhá stavba. V bytě je cedulka, že klienti nesmí parkovat na žádném parkovacím místě u domu, že hrozí odtah, ve vjezdu nebo před garážemi. Hledání parkovacích míst je nemilou starostí, kterou by bývali majitelé mohli klientům ušetřit. Buď parkovací místa dát k dispozici nebo kromě zákazů dát na pokoj i plánek sousedství, kde zaparkovat lze a za jakých podmínek. To mě mrzelo asi nejvíc. Pokud bych byla hnidopich. Byt je hodně tmavý prakticky bez výledu a miniaturní. Díváte se do tůjí oknem. V místě, kde by výhled byl, je koupelna. Kus hory je vidět, když si stoupnete hned k francouzskému oknu u terasy nebo sednete na terasu před domem. Pokoj naproti je pravděpodobně jen do zdí/plotu. Závěsy/záclony sotva rozměrem stačí na zakrytí okna. Z chodnicku je do bytu vidět i po zatažení, protože jsou úzké a rozevírají se. Chyběla lopatka a smetáček. Ráda po sobě alespoň zběžně uklidim a neroznasim drobky po bytě. Na cedulce bylo uvedeno, že pokud dojde papír nebo něco, lze doplnit v místnosti č.4. Čip nikde jinde neungoval, pin také ne. Tedy jsem to asi špatně pochopila nebo info není aktuální? Nevím. (Místo čipů bych uvítala karty, méně pravděpodobně se ztratí.)
• Carmen (7/5): - Das Appartement liegt super zentral. Es gibt KEINE Parkplätze und bei den Fenstern direkt über dem Bett gibt es KEINE Beschattung.
• Laszlo (9/5): - Hirtelen kellett szállást keresnünk aznap estére, jó választás volt, gyors online és e-mail-es ügyintézés. Rendezett, tiszta környezet, gondozott kert, modern felszereltség az apartmanban, kifogástalan berendezés és kényelem! Parkolási lehetőség sajnos nincs az apartmannál, erre fel is hívják a figyelmet, de ez sem olyan vészes, mert a szomszéd utcában (kb. 150 méterre) nagy területen lehet lerakni az autót, ami ingyenes. Az árszínvonal a hotelekéhez hasonlít, de reggeli nincs az árban.

• GHP (5/5): Das Appartement war stylisch und macht was es soll - Das Appartement war modern ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage zum Zentrum war gut. Es waren viele kleine Dinge, die uns das Gefühl gaben, nicht ganz willkommen zu sein. Verstörend waren die fehlenden Parkmöglichkeiten und die eher unfreundlich wirkenden Verbotsschilder.
• Wolfgang (9/5): - Super Ausstattung. Lage Super. Ankunft mit Code und Passwort war etwas holprig. Man sollte die Modalitäten stärker hervorheben. No Go - Anreise an einem Feiertag und kein WC-Papier!!!! Mit 2 Kinder eine Herausforderung!!
• Christian (9/5): Alles super - Die Lage ist ideal! Nicht weit vom Zentrum, trotzdem sehr ruhig! Kaum Parkplätze
• Roland (6/5): - Zugangscode hat nur bei der Haustür, aber nicht beim Appartement funktioniert. Kommt wohl öfters vor. Im ganzen Appartement eine Kommode als Ablage, dafür ein viel zu großer Esstisch. Man muss also aus der Tasche leben. Ausziehsofa wirkt durchgelegen und ist nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Keine Parkplätze. In der näheren Umgebung (1km!) nur Kurzparkzone.
• Monika (8/5): parkování, turistická daň - v popisku inzerátu je uvedené parkoviště poblíž, až v detailu se člověk dočte, že parkoviště není přímo u objektu, ale je poblíž za poplatek, popisek mi tedy přišel nepřesný. v celkové ceně bylo uvedeno, že cena je včetně daní a poplatků, v místě ubytování po nás ale přesto bylo požadováno zaplatit turistickou daň

Appartement très propre et bien décoré, avec tout le nécessaire Appartement trop petit pour 4 personnes. Difficultés à trouver un parking à proximité. Pourquoi faire payer la taxe de séjour en cash et non pas via l'application Booking comme pour le paiement ? Ça demande de s'organiser pour avoir le compte juste.

• Petr (8/5): - lokalita je dobrá informace ohledně parkování jsou nepravdivé, po příjezdu jsou striktní pokyny ohledně parkování přilepeny na vnitřní straně vchodových dveří. Parkování není součástí pobytu a v okruhu 500m je pouze městské placené parkoviště.

• Zheng (5/5): - appart 7 doesn't have shield on roof window and it makes the room super hot and bright as early as 5 AM and impossible to sleep well. In addition, the host doesn't respond to questions sent on booking message.
• Gernot (9/5): Sehr nett, sauber, gute lage. - Gute Lage, alles zu fuß erreichbar, parks und Wiesen frei die kinder in 5 min erreichbar. Insektenschutzgitter wären eine gute Idee, es gab viele gelsen.

Proprietarul puțin irascibil, ne-a pus să mutăm mașina de pe locul de parcare, prin ploaie, chiar dacă eram cu un copil de 16 luni, doar ca să parcheze el acolo. Menționez ca avea unde să pună mașina. Cea mai apropiată parcare la 10 min pe jos, cu plata, deci nu are parcare la proprietate.
