• Nathalie (9/5): Very nice appartment! - Appartment was well furnished, with complete pots and pans, glasswear and plates, very complete. Very big fridge with freezer, and an oven was a bonus! Shower is a bit small, but plenty of hot water. Washer in the appartment was very usefull. It was a washer/dryer in one machine, the drying portion did not work properly. Fortunately, a drying rack was provided. The couch in the living room is too low, making it difficult to rise once seated. 102 steps to climb when the elevator was not functionning... After a long day of 25 000 steps in the city, it was a good climb. But fortunately, it was repaired within 24 hours.

• Derk (10/5): Erg fijn en schoon appartement op een toplocatie midden in Barcelona - Goed verzorgd en zeer schoon appartement op een zeer goede locatie midden in de stad. De buurt waar het appartement ligt (l'Eixample) is een erg leuke en levendige buurt met weinig toeristen. Prima plek om Barcelona te ontdekken. Als je de deur uitloopt sta je al midden in de stad. Van omgevingsgeluid heb je geen last omdat het appartement aan de achterkant van het gebouw ligt.

• Sandra (8/5): Very good - Nice apartement, clean and cozy. Very good location, public transport stops were very close. The heat working was confusing. Most of the time it didnt worked. So the rooms were quite chilly. Also there are windows, but not a single view. But it wasnt a big deal.
• Milsom (9/5): Great Apartment in Lively Central Location. - Great communication from the host. Easy to check in and access. The location was wonderful. Near a walking promenade called Carrer del Consell de Cent, which had great restaurants and did not feel touristy. Really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and the apartment was ideal for us. Bathroom a bit tricky as we were three persons and bathroom on far side on one bedroom.

Love the place, though may want to look at these items: The washer & dryer were very load & unstable. Sounded like a loud engine. We had to turn off & line dry. Coffee table may have a leg broken, it kept slipping out. Shower leaked in floor.

• Carol (9/5): The best thing I could say is that we would stay there again, without a doubt. - The apartment was beautiful, well-furnished and clean. The location was superb. It was close to metro stops, restaurants, food markets, etc. The apartment is on the fourth floor. The elevator was not functioning a few days. It was a long walk up.
• Gabriel (10/5): Everything was very clean and we didn't have any issues during our stay, will definitely recommend this place! - The location is great, the apartment is in walking distance to a lot of the tourist attractions, there are many restaurants nearby, some places you can get coffee and supermarkets. The surrounding streets get very lively in the evening as well. There is a bus stop just outside the building and metro stations in close proximity. Since the apartment doesn't have a street view, there's no car or people noise at any time, so you can get a really good sleep. A big plus is that there is A/C both in the living room and in the bedroom. Besides that, you get everything you might need for you stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, towels. The bathroom is a bit narrow but still big enough, we didn't have any issues with it. The check in instructions and how to reach the apartment are as straight up and clear as possible, no issues whatsoever with that. From the airport you can take a train for a bit less than €5 per person and then walk for another 10 minutes. The elevator is quite small (for 2 people only) and incredibly slow so I recommend taking the stairs down if you can, essentially if it's at the ground floor and you need to call it up. There is no balcony and there are no views from the windows since it's located between buildings, but this is the trade-off for being so quiet.
