• Şeyda (8/5): Ailecek altı gün rahat bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik, genel olarak tesis beklentilerimizi karşıladı. - Konum iyi merkezi yerlere yakın , mahalle güvenli, mutfak eşyaları yeterli, çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi, mikrodalga , fırın, Ütü mevcut, her odada yeterli dolap mevcut, ev havadar, asansör mevcut, eve erişim kolay, iki duş ve iki tuvalet olması güzel, erken checkin yapıp bavullarınızı bırakmamıza izin vermeleri çok hoştu, yatak ve yatak çarşafları temizdi herkese havlu mevcuttu, bahar döneminde konakladığımız için klimayı kullanmadık o nedenle değerlendiremedik, sıcak suda problem yaşamadık, el sabunu ve bulaşık makinesi deterjanı vardı, master oda ve iki kişilik oda konforluydu, çevrede birçok market, fırın ve iyi restaurantlar vardı. Ev genel olarak temiz teslim edildi ancak koltuk altları yatak altları yeterince temizlenmemişti, toz topları vardı, salondaki koltuk takımı eski ve yırtıktı, duş perdeleri kirliydi, Ütü masası eski, yataklar eskiydi, iki oda çok küçüktü, uzun kaldığımız için küçük bir el süpürgesi olsa iyi olurdu.

• Aylya (8/5): - Хареса ни местоположението на апартамента. Съвсем наблизо има пицария и магазин. Малко трудно намерихме точно кой апартамент беше нашия. Етаж 1ви, всъщност е етаж 3ти или нещо такова. Ако нямате интернет или батерия, няма да можете да влезете в апартамента. Има 4 стаи, 2 от които с единични легла. Съотношение цена качество е добре, но стаите можеха да са и по- чисти. Стаите с единични легла нямат никакъв изглед и имат много малки прозорчета. Апартамента има нужда от освежаване и проветряване.

• Gismonde (8/5): Apparetement agréable. - Grand appartement avec une grande pièce de vie et 2 salles de bain. Tres bien situé dans Barcelone. Manque de vaisselle pour 6, appartement bruyant, mal isolé phoniquement.
• Maja (6/5): Det var en fin lejlighed. Der var dog meget larm fra gaden og inde fra bygningen af. Naboen til lejligheden åbnede døren - Nemt at tjekke ind og rent Det var meget larmende. Larm fra gaden hver dag, larm fra bygningens elevator, meget mørk lejligheden uden mulighed for meget sollys.

• Gwenael (7/5): Correct pour un séjour à plusieurs personnes compte tenu de l'espace et des 2 sdb et de l'espace - L'espace, les 2 salles de bain La propreté de la vaisselle, le manque de bon sens dans la cuisine : pas de bouilloire, pas de cafetière (juste une vieille machine à café sale et compliquée...) Malgré les 70€ inclus dans le prix booking, notre hôte nous indique que cela correspondait au ménage à l'arrivée. Mais que le ménage de sortie n'est pas inclus et que ce sera nous de le faire nous-mêmes!!! Jamais entendu une chose pareille, comme si certains locataires allaient accepter de recevoir un logement sale au début de leur séjour! C'est un sérieux malentendu sur lequel il faudrait se mettre d'accord! Équipements en fin de vie pour certains : encadrement de lit par exemple, joints des portes de douche

• MAGDA (8/5): Příjemné místo pro pobyt v Barceloně. - Toto ubytování mohu jen doporučit. Skvěle se odtud dostanete do centra i na letiště. Vybavení moc hezké. Chybělo více nádobí v kuchyni. Také dům je trochu hlučnější, ale pobyt nám to vůbec nenarušilo.

Super sejour dans cet appartement ou nous aurions voulu rester plus Attention à la fourriere. Payer via une application pour se garer dans la rue. 30 minutes après notre arrivée la voiture avait été emmenée

• Riccardo (8/5): Ottima posizione, vicino a tutti i servizi per spostarsi. - Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro, vicino alle ramblas raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi, vicino al mercat de Sant Antoni e ad un supermercato Lidl. Zona tranquilla e ricca di parcheggi per l'auto. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la consegna delle chiavi, risolto abbastanza velocemente e con tanta cortesia da parte dell'Host. Consiglio di controllare bene le informazioni prima di arrivare in modo da non incorrere nello stesso problema.

We have the telephone that rings from 10pm to 9am, and we didnt even turn the music on, we only talk and telephone is ringing says that the neighbors reported the loud noises, and we didnt even talk in next 5 minutes, the telephone rings again. It was so annoying.

• Catherinne rozo (8/5): Escapada a Barcelona - Estaba bien respeto al precio y calidad, tenía aire acondicionado importante para el verano ya que hizo mucho calor. Una recomendación es que cuando limpien el apartamento abran las ventanas para que se ventilen las habitaciones y no huela a encerrado por qué había alguna habitación que no olía bien. Y dos de las 4 habitaciones dos eran pequeñas y le faltaba arreglar un poco, como la pintura. En el baño más grande hacer un poquito mas profunda la limpieza ya que en la ducha había humedades en alguna parte.

• Sam (5/5): OK-ish, but will not come back :) - We really liked the area. Nice neighbourhood: market, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 30min walk from Placa Catalunya, not far from Poble Sec, which has a lot of restaurants... N°1 issue: noise. Each room has a different noise source that prevented us from sleeping well (street, stairs, neighbours), even with earplugs. Check in instruction were not clear. Website said "keys at the reception". But there's no reception. Client service was helpful on the phone and we got a "magic link" to open the door. Requires an internet connexion to open the doors, though. Shower bar in the 2nd bathroom was broken and unusable. It's an easy fix, just replace it! We wished there were a bit more kitchen ustensils, like a ladle, vegetable peeler... and coffee filters. Pretty sure almost every occupants will buy some (we did), so leave a few of them for the next ones. Same for trash bags (only one) and dishwasher pods (only 2)... btw, dishwasher was full of dirty dishware when we arrived :-/

• Rodriguez (8/5): Well located. Autobús transportation passing in from of the building. - Well located. In general in good condition. In a 3rd floor but there was an elevator that was very useful for a family member with recent knee surgery. Bathroom lock missing and one of the toilets w flushing mechanism defective. Shortage of soap and toilet tissue but not a big issue. Separate issue from the apartment, We parked in the street passing in front of the building in a space left by another vehicle and our auto was taken to a place where we have to pay over 200E after discounts. No sings w clear warnings about the parking restrictions.
• Hemant (3/5): Below our expectations. - Location was good. The staff accommodated us by allowing to leave our bags early. Also helping us find places around. Apt was for 6 people, we were only 4. There not enough plates, cups, glasses! Toaster oven & microwave needs to replaced or cleaned properly. Simple locks or latches were not there! No one came to drop off physical key when there were supposed to. Lucky I had data plan otherwise difficult to open the place!! Other family members did not have data plan so they had to travel with me. There were no shower gel/shampoo. They could have improved and made our stay more comfortable. It does not cost too much to make simple improvements.
• Victor (3/5): Very old apartment in need of urgent renovation - It was spacious. It really needs an urgent renovation. Pictures taken seem to be at least 15 years old. The reality is that it felt like book an apartment that had been closed for a long time.

• Martin (7/5): Good apartment for a reasonable price - Spacious apartment in a very good part of Barcelona for a reasonable price. The apartment was quiet, there was everything you needed for the stay. Neighbourhood is amazing, lot of shops, markets and cafes around. Walking distance from La Rambla. Communication with the owner was very good. There was a weird smell in the apartment, similar to the places where people are smoking. Even though apartment was clean, when you feel such a smell everything seems dirty. I guess it just needs a new layer of painting. The second bathroom is really small, just to be aware of that. The kitchen equipment is rather basic.

• Serena (6/5): Pleasant - Good location in that close to the tube, and close to supermarkets if you want to cook and eat in the apartment. I recommend google mapping 'Bonpreu' for a reasonably priced but good sized supermarket. You'll find everything in there. And there's a great fruit shop on the corner of the street where the apartment is. *Worth noting though, there are no condiments at all in the apartment, so you have to literally have to buy your salt/olive oil etc to cook a meal. Hosts were nice, explained everything really well and gave good recommendations on how to get around. Depending on where you sleep, you either hear the road or other people in the building. No-one was causing a problem but the walls are so thin, you can hear other people close doors, using the showers/bathroom/washing machine. It's the water pipes that are noisy I guess, but we all managed a reasonable night sleep end of November but not sure what it would be like in peak season. The single rooms are teeny tiny. Size didn't matter to us as we just needed somewhere to sleep but thought it was worth mentioning.
• Anonymous (10/5): Good apartment in good location for company. - Nice, beautiful apartment in a good location. There is enough space for everyone. Good layout, there is storage space and 2 bathrooms. Good design with taste. There are enough dishes, there is sugar and salt and some small thing. It was a pleasant experience. Easy entry for everyone via the link. Very convenient without keys. But on our last day in the house, the lights were turned off, we took the keys to be able to go out and come in - to forget to leave them. Sent by mail. The apartment owners are very kind and helped in everything. All questions were answered in a timely manner.
