• Singh (1/5): AVOID THIS PROPERTY Over 1 month later still waiting for my damage deposit - Very disappointing stay – would not return. On arrival, we were left waiting outside for around 2 hours as we were not allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. When we were finally allowed in, the apartment was still being cleaned and was not ready for another 2 hours. The cleanliness was well below standard, with dust and hair visible on the floors in all rooms. There were serious electrical issues from the start – no lights or internet initially. We were even initially blamed for the internet not working, before it became clear this was an issue with the property itself. In addition, the oven and microwave did not work until Wednesday afternoon. We had already bought groceries for the week expecting to cook, but this was not possible, forcing us to spend additional money on eating out. To make matters worse, contractors were entering the apartment over 3 days of our 5-day stay to fix these issues, which caused significant disruption, reduced privacy, and meant we could not relax or leave our belongings comfortably. Overall, the apartment was not fit for purpose for the majority of our stay. We paid a €300 damage deposit, which over a month later has still not been returned. During our stay, we received one noise complaint which was resolved immediately. However, when chasing the deposit, we were later told it would not be refunded due to this single complaint and because bicycles were left outside the apartment. These were placed safely and not obstructing any walkway, purely due to contractors constantly accessing the property. The deposit was clearly stated as a “damage deposit,” no damage was caused, and no evidence has been provided. Despite this, the full amount has still not been returned. I have since been in contact with to try and resolve the issue. They ultimately had to step in and offer a goodwill payment themselves, as the property failed to respond to their emails and calls.

• Valeriy (8/5): Kinda fine overall - “The accommodation was clean, tidy, and comfortable for our stay. The location was nice, and the host was and responsive. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience The electricity turned off outta nowhere until has been fixed

• Pavels (7/5): Good - Great location, good size, Complex and lengtht registration process and entrance instructions. Not the most comfortable beds, no coffea.
• Eleftheria (1/5): Bad - Everything was bad. Do not go It is too expensive it isn’t worth it the accommodation was rusty and very dirty. It also had insects everywhere. the parking space we had paid for they didn't give us the remote and the car was locked inside and the garage wouldn't open. Then we lost it all evening and we went home

• Justinas (8/5): Perfect for bigger Family - Perfect place for family and 4 kids, separate rooms, kitchen, dinning table, all equipment, private terrace. Dishwasher broken.
• Caroline (9/5): Superb - Comfy beds, good blinds to make the rooms dark, nice heating and airco system (we were there when it was colder). for a family w 2 young kids I would highly recommend. overall really good. missed a water boiler to make some tea and some kids cutlery & bowls.

• Mirjam (7/5): Great location for family vacation - The location of the apartment was fantastic - the beach, supermarkets and everything necessary was in walking distance. Really comfortable, especially as we were travelling with 2 small kids. Plus the apartment was on the ground floor - easy to access with a stroller. Nice big table in the living room. The apartment had all the necessary equipment - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker. The apartment seemed a bit worn but nothing too bad. 2 bedrooms did not have air conditioning - it got really warm in them. Would have been great if we could have had a smaller extra bed for our 2-year-old (baby travel bed or something similar) - we were given a big air mattress, which could not fit in any of the bedrooms so one of the parents had to sleep on the air mattress with the child in the living room the whole time which made things a bit uncomfortable. We were travelling with 6 adults and 2 small children.
