• Karene (8/5): Great Apartment! Would stay again! - Great space for 2 families, loved the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Walkable to many areas in the city. A/C in the unit was a plus! The character, tall ceilings and beautiful large doors were a great add to our Spanish holiday. The bathroom doors had to be propped open to air out, doors automatically shut. Would have been great to have a door stopper to keep open when not using. Would have liked a few extra towels for shower - we couldn’t figure out how to work the washer/dryer combo.

• timcarter (9/5): Great apartment, would go back for sure, and recommend to others. - Fantastic location. Host was very professional and communication easy. Very well appointed apartment. Lots of space for a group of seven.
• Spencer (10/5): Excellent apartment and location! - Large spacious apartment that could accommodate two families. The location is excellent, in the heart of the gothic quarter with many restaurants, bars and markets nearby. Host was responsive and friendly. There was an unpleasant smell that came from outside the apartment and was very strong at times.

• Anthony (10/5): Great pre-cuise stay in the Gothic Quarter. - We arrived from the USA on very early flight and were able to check in several hours before the normal time. While this was convenient, we did have to drag bags around for a bit before getting the keys. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable and the location was amazing. Plenty of room for 6 travelers with lots of sleeping areas and 2.5 bathrooms. We were in Spain for 2 weeks and doing some laundry was essential. Maybe a guide on how to do laundry would be helpful as the washer and drying situation was a little challenging to figure out since we are from the USA and our systems are different.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Would stay here again - Plenty of towels and pillows. lots of space for the group to gather or spread out. Comfy couch and chairs. Good beds. Clean. Great location for easy access to Metro and local shopping/ dining. Beautiful entrance once inside the building. :) Updated bathrooms. Comfortable for our larger group. Would work great for families with kids as they could stay in "the bunk room" Airconditioning was spotty. Coffee maker leaked. No elevator but is only up one flight of stairs.

• Candyce (10/5): Great space in the gothic quarter for families. - Great location and the apartment was perfect for our family with small kids. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty bathrooms and the water was hot with great water pressure. The checkin process was easy and the host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. There were many restaurants and local shops within walking distance. It was only 15 minutes from the airport and accessible by public transport. I would recommend this place to families or a small group of friends. We hope to stay again someday. Nothing, it was wonderful.
• Concepcion (9/5): Great location and beautiful property inside but not for someone with problems climbing at least 15 steps. - The location was great. It was a bit tough for my elderly parents with the stairs but that was partially my fault. Maybe they need to stress the number of steps to get to the property which would have helped me decide. Staying that it is only 1 floor up does not give a good picture of how high it was.
• Anonymous (8/5): Great location, noisy at night time. - Amazing location, lots of space for 6 girls with lots of luggage. Very clean bathrooms and bedrooms. It was quite noisy at nighttime, we were home most nights by 1130pm and the kids from the homeless/refugee shelter that’s located across the corridor were very loud, possibly needed earplugs at night. There wasn’t any bed blankets just a bed sheet and sometimes it was cold. Needed a blanket.
• Garry (10/5): Amazing accommodation, amazing location and value for money. - The apartment was perfectly situated in the old Gothic Quarter of the city. Walking distance to the beach, to restaurants and bars. Shopping was close by. When not walking we used public transport-trains and buses which were readily accessible from this location. Nothing.

• Marcin (5/5): Nice and terrible in the same moment. - The location of the apartment was great. Appartment size is great for 6 adults + 2 kids (bunk bed). Contact with stuff on average level. There are only 2 windows that can be used. Others lead to a well, where it smells terrible. We had no hot water for the 4 days we stayed.
• Penelope (9/5): Beautiful comfortable apartment in the heart of Barcelona. - Great apartment for two families - very spacious and comfortable. Had everything you needed and the location was fantastic. Right in the middle of the Barrio Gotic and close to bars and restaurants and shopping. Joan was very helpful on check in and allowed us to check in early which was really helpful. Gave us lots of local recommendations. It was a little noisy at night but to be expected in this area over New Year. Nothing else!
