• Irena (3/5): Poor - We weren't satisfied that the couches were old and broken. That there was bit enough pillows and douveys for everyone. In the kitchen the pots and pans were dirty and the toaster didn't even work. Also we were told we can get the room at 1:30pm but the cleaning people didn't leave till 4:30pm. The images shown on the app don't look the same in person and the big room has no light where in the picture it showed a light with a fan.
• Marianne (8/5): Fantastic stay and my family had an amazing time! - The location was great! It’s a 1 minute walk from Parallel station and bus stop that takes you to the tourist places. There are mini markets, restaurants, barber shops, etc just downstairs of the apartment. It is very convenient! We were a total of 8 people with 3 small children and 5 adults and it was comfortable for us. We had great time as a family. Also, I was very surprised they gave me a present because it was my birthday too. The air-cons are not great especially in the summer days!Only one bedroom and the living room have air-con. The other 2 rooms have electric fans. One fan was not working properly but they replaced it promptly when we asked them. The flat is a little outdated but it was comfortable for all of us! The bedsheets, towels are clean.

• Miriam (3/5): Poor - The location of the apartment was great, you can get anywhere quickly with the metro. In the area you can also shop or eat at every corner. But if you prefer it quieter at night, this is the wrong place. It's constantly loud and because of the poor isolation you can hear everything day and night. We were there at the beginning of April and in the morning and at night it was getting quite cold and the heating wasn't working. It was really cold and not only cold but also really damp, the blankets, the clothes, everything was cold and damp and unfortunately the apartment really wasn't cleaned well when we checked in. It also seems to be moldy due to the high humidity, which was simply painted over.
• Zuzana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located close to the city centre, in a lively area of Barcelona with plenty of small shops and cafes. Public transport - metro and buses - is right outside the door. Sleeping in the main room was only suitable for someone who sleeps quite deeply as there is no door between the room and the rest of the apartment.

• Mariia (7/5): Good - We liked the apartments, large, comfortable, suitable for a big family or company of friends. Conveniently located: a minute walk to the metro, there are many supermarkets around, if you want to save money in 12-15 minutes there is a big supermarket Lidl. But for those who are very sensitive to noise or don't sleep well or who will want to stay for long time we would like to warn that the soundproofing was a big minus, especially in the main bedroom and the second bedroom, closed windows didn't help, because the windows overlooked an expensive square where something constantly happened at night, the police with alarms were there every evening. and in the process of settling into the apartment, ask about the heating system, we have been looking for a long time how it works.

• Olena (8/5): Nice location, lots of space. - The location for travellers is great - very close to metro station and a bus stop. Plenty of space inside. There's everything you need in the kitchen. The stuff is great and they react on questions and issues immediately. Somehow a balcony door got locked, the same day came maintenance team and solved the problem. The kitchen is very small - only for 1 cooker. Due to the night club situated nearby, there's a non-stop noise outside. Windows have no noise isolation. It would be great, if there was an instruction to the heating system - we only found the switch on the third day.
• Anisa (4/5): A bit more care on cleaning can make this apartment a really good option. - The apartment was located in a good position and surrounded by all needed facilities. The host was very welcoming when we arrived. The building was being renovated, which we think the host should have disclosed. The apartment is old, but hadn’t it been for how dirty it was, everything would have been fine. The floors were covered in dirt and spilled coffee, so we are talking about minimal cleaning effort. The trash bin was still full from the previous guests.
