• Артур (10/5): - Нам очень понравилась эта квартира! Она огромная, уютная, потрясающая терраса, видно Саграда Фамилия, испанский дворик, очень тихо. Кроме террасы со спальни был еще балкончик! Квартира лучше чем на фото! Отдельное следует сказать за хозяйку квартиры, она сделала наше пребывание незабываемым, разрешила оставить вещи до и после заселение, нас это очень выручило и мы искренне благодарны ей за это и в целом общение с ней приносило удовольствие! Напротив квартиры супермаркет, расположение квартиры, вы в центре! Для путешественников будет приятно, что есть лифт! Мы надеемся вернуться сюда еще! Время пролетело очень быстро

Не приятный запах от старой швабры,пришлось выносить ее на террасу. Отсутствие горячей воды во второй ванной комнате. Отсутствие микроволновки. Нету веревки или сушилки для сушки одежды. Было бы неплохо пару бутылок воды иметь при заезде.

• Huf (10/5): Sehr gerne wieder. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat auf uns persönlich, geduldig gewartet und uns die Schlüssel übergeben und alles ausführlich erklärt bei der Anreise. Während der gesamten Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes war er jederzeit extrem rasch für alle Anfragen erreichbar. Der Supermarkt gegenüber ist sehr groß und extrem praktisch. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Küche sofort mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und speziellen Kleinigkeiten einsatzbereit. Heizung u. Klimaanlage kann man selbst einstellen u. ist flexibel u. einfach zu bedienen. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Wohnblock, in angenehmer Atmosphere und meistens wird es von einem privaten Portier betreut. ..... Wir können es daher nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed and in a good location. Nothing really other than the master bed was a little uncomfortable.

• Tetiana (9/5): Ціна якість - Квартира старенька, але загалом все добре. Нас було 5 дівчат. Квартира спокійно вміщує до 7 людей. Ванна і душ. Балкон- прекрасно. Центр міста, все поряд що треба Нам дали 2 комплекти ключі і додатково код на двері, тож не проблема якщо вас багато. Проблеми з сантехнікою. Вона стара і її треба міняти. Це був стрес при заїзді, адже я не могла вимкнути воду. Дивина теж уже старенькі і це відчувається , некомфортно на них сидіти.

• Jackie (9/5): Fabulous apartment in great area - Fantastic location, great area, close to everything. Secure. Quiet. Spacious. Two full bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Good dining area and seating area. Balconies. Easily big enough for four adults or a family. Three large bedrooms, one en suite. Owner very helpful and responsive to queries. Instructions on how to use the heating would have prevented us having to bother the owner. Needs a bread board/chopping board. One of the beds was very hard. One shower head needs properly affixing to the wall. Towels and bedding a bit sparse.

Attrezzatura e stoviglie in cucina impeccabile. Veramente complimenti al proprietario per l’accortezza nel ricreare un ambiente rilassante.

• Bea.o (10/5): Appartamento perfetto - Appartamento molto grande,eravamo io e mio marito nella matrimoniale con bagno, nelle altre 2 camere doppie mio figlio adolescente con 3 amici e il loro bagno. C'è una grande sala open space con divano e zona pranzo, la cucina in fondo separata,completa di tutto il necessario anche lavastoviglie. Le foto sono molto realistiche. Posizione perfetta per girare Barcellona, i primi 2 gg ci siamo mossi prevalentemente a piedi perché vicino alla rambla,gotico, città vecchia,vie dello shopping ecc. Poi abbiamo fatto mezzi pubblici x 3 gg con la Hola barcellona, abbonamento x turisti,usando prevalentemente la metro,la stazione è a 5 minuti a piedi,a 15 minuti c'e passeig de gracia dove passano quasi tutte le linee compreso treno x aereoporto. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e pieno di locali di ogni genere,i ragazzi hanno potuto essere autonomi senza pericoli. supermercato difronte al palazzo. Che dire...Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze

• thaleia (7/5): Ευρύχωρο και φωτεινό σπίτι. - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο και δίπλα σε όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς. Το μπαλκόνι ήταν μεγάλο και άνετο και είχε θέα ένα μέρος από την Σαγράδα Φαμίλια. Καθίσαμε δύο μέρες και έκαναν εργασίες σε διπλανά κτίρια. Είχε γενικώς πολύ φασαρία. Τα στρώματα από τα κρεβάτια δεν ήταν καλά..και νομίζω ότι είναι πολύ βασικό κομμάτι της διαμονής. Το ένα από τα δύο δωμάτια είχε δικό του μπάνιο αλλά ζεστό νερό δεν είχε. Είχε μόνο το άλλο μπάνιο. Και το καλαθάκι του μπάνιου ήταν χαλασμένο, δεν άνοιγε με το πόδι παρά μόνο με το χέρι.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Great location, spacious cosy place with character that can host up to 7 persons. Kitchen and living room are a nice open connected area to come together. It's a great place to go with family. The two single beds have their legs wrongly adjusted. When my son was learning too much to one side the entire bed fell over. @host: this can easily be fixed with a screwdriver as the bed legs can be properly placed at the side. We also noticed that in one room the balcony door can not fully be locked. In theory somebody could enter the apartment through the balcony. We didn't feel unsafe though as the location and neighborhood were great.

• Terry (9/5): Good base on the edge of the main downtown area to explore the city from an accessible and quiet location. - Good location, a spacious and comfortable apartment. Our host Pepi was very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues, particularly when we arrived earlier than originally advised. She responded quickly to give us access to the apartment.
• Dee (10/5): Outstanding apartment in a great location - highly recommended. - The property far exceeded our expectations - it was spacious, stylish, spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and the location was absolutely perfect. There are so many great bars and restaurants within very short walking distance, yet the apartment itself is super quiet. There are supermarkets in very short walking distance. It's an easy walk to the Plaça de Catalunya - and therefore the top of the Ramblas, and the airport/local/open top tour buses. The host was extremely friendly and helpful - though the fact my husband speaks Spanish did help - and the cleaners and reception staff are lovely. The two balconies were great - the weather wasn't brilliant when we stayed, but we did manage to sit out and look out over to the Sagrada Familia. Wifi was great - no problems with multiple devices connected and streaming Netflix. The second double bed doesn't have the comfiest of mattresses - it's rock hard.

• Sharon (10/5): Luxury at your finger tips with exceptional views - This was a very spacious apartment, conveniently located to everything. The view from dining table to Sagrada familia and other sites amazing! Would definitely recommend. No microwave
• Karen (5/5): I would definitely not class it as LUXURY. - Spacious accomodation Aldi across the road I would definitely not class it as LUXURY. The bathroom which was shared between the 4 people staying in the twin & double rooms had no door on the toilet & no lock on the bathroom door. This is unacceptable for a shared bathroom. There is no reason why a bolt lock could not be fitted up high on the door. The twin beds were extremely lightweight & moved across the floor far too easily. They were unstable & tipped over if you sat on the edge of the bed. On the first evening my husband got out of bed during the night & ended up on the floor with the bed frame on its side & the mattress beside him. Other things to note: there is no mirror in the twin room or double room. The decor: frames with no pictures in & previous water damage are not LUXURY. The description of the property states 1 double room with en suite & 2 twin rooms. We booked it on this basis. There was actually 1 double room, which was disappointing & not what we booked. The double bed was very hard and not comfortable.
• Patricia (10/5): great stay - very well located near many Metro stations. 10 mins from placa Catalunya. Shopping and eating district all in walking distance. The appartement is well fuinished with all the commodities needed for a week long stay.
• Ross (9/5): A warm welcome - The owner Pepi who met us is such a lovely kind man! He gave us a great restaurant recommendation La Flauta. The location is great and easy access to everything you need. There is an Aldi opposite. The apartment is very spacious and quiet. We found the apartment in some areas to be quite dated in certain areas especially the kitchen and some of the furnishings. It could do with a little bit of updating to have the decor match. I would not say it is ‘Luxury’. In the back bedroom the large blue pillow cases were not fresh as the white ones. The plants also need replacing on the balcony.

• Chris (5/5): Good location but would not stay again as there was too much noise from upstairs. - Good location and the person who met us was very nice and helpful. The pictures do not represent the current status as the apartment is very dated and in need of refurbishing. The temperature control on the main shower is broken and difficult to control the temperature. We were woken one morning at 6am to what we thought was an animal scurrying across the bedroom floor. When then realised it was a small dog upstairs when we heard someone walking on the floor. It sounded like both were in the room with us and that was the end of our night’s sleep.

They also had a washer and you have a balcony and small patio. The water in master bath was very hot cold water did not work and it was the opposite in the second bathroom only cold water work.

• Jack (5/5): Not the experience we expected, due to unhygienic towels. - It’s a spacious apartment on a good location. Facilities are okay in the sense that there is a kitchen with some equipment, bathrooms are pretty good, living room with tv. You feel safe in the apartment although the elevator is pretty old and typical. Communication goes well (albeit in Spanish only), responsive via the app. Most of all: the towels smell bad. It's not that they haven't been washed, but if they get damp they start to smell really bad. the towels are suffocated and cause a pungent odor that lingers throughout the bathroom. Linked to this; there are no towel racks so you have to dry towels in your closet. Next, the beds are not very comfortable. Especially the double bed has a very hard mattress. Finally the TV is not working well; the signal drops regularly which probably is related to a bad cable connection (easy to fix).

Which meant we couldn’t use one of the bathrooms. This wasn’t the fault of the owner, but we were never informed of it until we got there.

• Jane (6/5): Outdated and in need of maitainence - Great communication with the host, very helpful and quick to respond. Met us as arranged and took us up to apartment. It is in the upper levels (attico) . Excellent location and great views from lovely balcony with glimpses of Sagrada Familia. Big apartment with plenty of room to spread out. There was a 20euro per person cleaning fee that we were not made aware of until the key collection info came through. This was to be paid in cash and was told it was for the sheets and towels to be cleaned when we left. There was wet washing on an acre in a bedroom, clothes in a wardrobe and cleaning products and some wet washing in the machine when we arrived. The second bathroom had had evidence if water damage and there was no door to the toilet and shower area . The second bathroom and room with wet washing was damp smelling the whole time we stayed.The electric kettle did not work and couldn't be replaced during our stay as it was a public holiday and apparently could not be replaced. But the host did respond to say they would replace it immediately we left! The double bed in second bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable we had to move to the spare room to be able to sleep.

• Jen (10/5): Location, size, comfort, and sunrises! - What an amazing apartment! Spacious, incredible sunrises from the three balconies, and comfortable. The only issue we had has nothing to do with the flat itself: not finding a safe place to pull over the rental car and unload before returning it (you don’t need a car in Barna, so turn it in as soon as you arrive if you drive in). My apologies to the sweet man who greeted me; my husband and son were outside freaking out not knowing where to pull over. We must have seemed very rude.

We couldn’t get the A/C to work and no instructions, couldn’t get the the fans to come on, Wi-Fi didn’t work and cold water for baths. The owner came to fix the A/C no problem, but then we woke up this morning to a hot house. Also cleaning fee for one day is too high, compared to other properties.

The showers were sometimes cold and we couldn’t work out why as the boiler was operating fine and there was hot running water in the tap.

• Martijn (9/5): Excellent apartment at a great location - We had a great stay for a long weekend. Location is excellent - walking distance for the most part and otherwise not more than a 10 minute taxi ride away. Apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds). Note that the beds are a bit on the short side so if you are 1.90M+, it takes a little getting used to but the beds are otherwise fine. Very convenient that there is a supermarket across the street and some nice restaurants in the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this place!

Good location near metro station and 10-minute walk to Plaza Cataluna and Rambla. A bit too expensive but no doubt inflated because of MWC23 that week. They also charge per person and not a fixed price for the apartment. € 168 per person per night, excl.tourist tax and cleaning fee.
• Maria (8/5): I had a lovely and comfortable stay and the person who let me in was accommodating and super nice. It’s a great place to - The apartment is large with a lovely balcony with really nice views. One of the bathrooms had a rain shower that was just amazing! Some of the furniture was very old and not in the best condition. One of the glass sliding doors to the balcony couldn’t be locked. I don’t think it was unsafe because of how the balcony was placed, but it felt a little unsettling not to be able to lock it.

Temp control worked well. We were not there much throughout the day. Beds were comfy. We were two couples and the two separate bathrooms was a plus.

Really a super apartment with all you need. No hesitation in returning there. It was all perfect, and with no negative aspects.

It is nicely decorated and the host gave us good tips on where to go out for dinner. We were not told that we needed to pay one part in cash if this was said before we would have been ready to pay that part in cash. At the end, the host made an exception for us which was nice from him. In addition to this, the sink from one of the bathrooms was broken and had an unpleasant smell.

The terrace is a great addition and is in walking distance to all the main parts of Barcelona. It is opposite an Aldi which is very handy and has some nice cafes and bars just on the door step.
