• Alejandra (10/5): Gracias Lucia por darnos tu casa. Todo muy bien gracias. - El recibimiento de Lucia, fácil de ubicar y a la mano mucho de mi interés. El fin de semana se ubican jóvenes en la parte de afuera y no dejan dormir y duran hasta el amanecer. Pero no depende de la anfitriona.

• akin (7/5): Genel olarak iyiydi. - Karşılama çok iyi, Evde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey vardı. Tuvalet ve Banco çok küçük olduğundan dolayı sıkıntı yaladık. Evin konumundan kaynaklı olarak gece yarısı sabah 4-5 e kadar sokaktaki insanların konuşmaları evin içinde hissediliyor.

• Nenad (9/5): - Lokacija je odlična, kao i ljubaznost prilikom prijema. Prvi sprat je i lako dostupno, ima lep mali balkon. Pomoćni ležaj bi mogao da bude udobniji. Deca su ga koristila, tako da nije bio problem, ali odrasli bi već teže mogli da spavaju.
• Tomasz (8/5): Pobyt był udany - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko dwóch stacji metra i blisko Sagrada Familia. W pobliżu sklepy i knajpki. My traktowaliśmy apartament jako punkt wypadowy na miasto i tylko nocowaliśmy, wiec było OK. Dość dobre wi-fi. Generalnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. Kolejnym razem raczej wybrałbym to miejsce. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielka przez WhatsApp. W nocy było słychać odgłosy z ulicy. Przydałaby się wymiana okien - to rozwiałoby problem. Przydałby się drobny remont.

• Simona (10/5): - Bolo to veľmi príjemné ubytovanie. Lucia je super hostiteľka, ak sme čokoľvek potrebovali, vždy sme ju vedeli zastihnúť. Milovali sme raňajky na balkóne. Všetko bolo nablízku, metro, obchody, kaviarne, reštaurácie, … . Boli sme spokojní, určite by sme sa vrátili.

• maelle (7/5): - L emplacement de l appartement permet de pouvoir découvrir Barcelone même à pied sans soucis. Une vrai problématique est que très près du logement il y a une boîte de nuit et les nuits sont donc particulièrement bruyante. Avec des enfants c est donc compliqué pour dormir.

• Javierapqv (10/5): - El apartamento estuvo increíble! Todo lo necesario. Lavadora, agua caliente, hervidor, plancha, etc. Muy bien ubicado, a pasos de la Sagrada Familia. Nosotras fuimos 4 personas por lo que utilizamos el sofacama que realmente estaba muy bien, era una cama más. La anfitriona muy amable y disponible para lo que necesites.
• Fernando (8/5): Acogedor - Muy buena predisposición de la anfitriona para que estemos lo más a gusto posible en el apartamento. Estuve con mi madre y a pesar de ser un apartamento más adecuado para un pareja o una sola persona el sofá cama me resultó cómodo y mi madre durmió muy bien en la habitación. La zona es muy linda y está muy bien conectada. Tiene estaciones de metro y buses muy cerca. También se puede ir a pie a lugares como la Sagrada familia que está muy cerca. El apartamento es un poco oscuro. Entra poca luz natural pero compensa con el balcón que tiene. El baño es pequeño y en mi caso que estaba con mi madre el hecho de que la ventana del baño de a la cocina lo hace un poco incómodo en términos de privacidad. No tiene TV. Una mejora sería colocar un Smart TV con las plataformas instaladas. La mayoría de los viajeros gustan de ver algo por la noche o si el tiempo no acompaña y decides pasar más tiempo dentro.

• Maxiel (6/5): We were comfortable but the stay would have been perfect if the apartment were a bit more clean. - The best part of this listing is the location. It is perfectly central to everything. It is walking distance from La Sagrada Familia, and we were able to take the bus to many other attractions as there is a metro and several bis stops nearby. There are several super markets, coffee shops, and even a playground for kids nearby. We really appreciated our stay location wise. The home was fully equipped with plates, cups, pans, etc. We cooked a few meals comfortably. Our host Lucía was incredibly kind and responsive. She met us really late when we had some issues on the road getting to the place. We all enjoyed meeting her! I would have appreciated a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the place. The sheets and towels were all clean but there were little details that were missed. Sticky cupboard handles, dust on both fans, dust on lampshades and the bulbs by the bed.. There is also an area between the kitchen and the bathroom where there was a steady flow of ants coming back and forth. There was a wet mop left in a cupboard which caused a strong smell when you opened it. There is no air conditioning and it did got hot even with just two fans. There were also no cleaning supplies available so we had to buy our own.
• Flemming (5/5): Meget godt - men det manglende internet var en streg i regningen. - God beliggenhed men en del trafikstøj nat og morgenstund. Det var lidt slidt og gammelt - men rent og pænt. Vi havde fint internet den halve dag vi ankom, men allerede om morgenen på dag 2 var der ingen internet. På trods af mange henvendelser/kontakt til udlejer, fik vi ikke internet resten af dagene (3 1/2 dag). Det var specielt surt for vores nevø på 14 år, som ikke havde udenlandsk forbrug af data i sit abonnement, og måtte derfor betale ca kr. 250 efter vi kom hjem. Vi kunne jo f.eks heller ikke se TV, på vores medbragte Google-TV.
• Paulina (5/5): Tiny, uncomfortable and extremely hot; not for families with little children - Great location, really close to Sagrada Familia as well as the Verdaguer L4 subway station, which connects you to most places Extremely hot, really tiny, bathroom is weird; there is a window that connects the kitchen with the bathroom, so no privacy there. Although there is an elevator in the building and the apartment is technically on the 3rd floor, the apartment doesn’t have access to it so you will have to go up and down with all your belongings in a narrow and dark set of stairs. On the other hand, the washing machine stinks and so did the towels, so we had to dry with our own clothes and use the laundromat on Industrial (street). The TP provided was so tiny that we had to go buy more in the middle of the night, because only 2 tiny rolls were left for consumption

• Marek (9/5): Apartment in the Heart of Barcelona - Close enough to walk everywhere, located between 2 subway stations. Well-equipped apartment with super-friendly host. You have washing machine, fridge, set of kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker - anything you need travelling with children. Bathroom, albeit tiny, is equipped with necessary facilities, including hairdryer. The apartment is noisy due to historical windows, the street is quite busy and nightlife is present. Yet this is a tradeoff between the proximity of attractions and quietness.
• Marina (8/5): Great apartment close to the sagrada familia - The location is great. Close to the sagrada familia, restaurants, supermarkets, playground, bus stop. The apartment is functional. We didnt cook but the kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is very small yes but it works just fine and wasnt a big deal to us. The owner is super lovely and took the time to check us in and made us feel at home. The only things we didnt like was the bed since it was a bit too hard for our taste.

Lucía was so welcoming and lovely, and was very eager to help with any issues I had (the power blew on my first night—my fault, I had too many appliances going—and it was about 10:30pm but Lucía still answered my messages asking how to fix it!) Bathroom was spotless and the shower was hot. Bed was comfy. The washing machine leaked but that was the only problem. I recommend light sleepers bring earplugs as the road outside can be quite loud with cars and people passing by. Perfect spot for a few days’ stay. Felt very safe as a young, female, solo-traveller. Thank you so much! :)

For two people this is the perfect size place to stay The apartment is LOUD - you are above a fairly busy road with restaurants below, can be very loud throughout the night. Also you can hear the neighbours a lot! But despite this I would stay here again if I was back in Barcelona :)

The location of the apartment is great for exploring the city and you can reach several restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Less a criticism, but rather something to consider: The apartment is quite small. If you travel as a group, you should be sure with whom you travel. :) For us it was very nice and the cost-benefit ratio is great.

But that is it. The rest of our experience is negative. Bad smell inside. Old and uncomfortable beds. Non-existent door in the toilet. So far - biggest discrepancy between photos and real life among our travels.This place desperately needs full renovation.
