Le confort et l'équipement était parfait pour 4 personnes et la vue depuis le balcon juste incroyable. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et flexible. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Just 20 min walk to old town and 30 to sagrada Familia. Nice beds and good air condition. Towels included. And a fridge filled with some drinks. Good Wifi.

- Fabian (8/5): Im Vergleich sehe gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und insbesondere für diejenigen die viel ausser Haus unternehmen wolle - Unglaublich gute Lage. Tolle Sicht vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Sehr strandnah (für eine saubere Toilette kann man nach Hause laufen). Nah an Metrostation und fussläufig zur Rambla und Stadt-Shopping. Zugang über Hauptstrasse ist belebt und damit sicher auch zur späten Zeit. Lärm und Essen der Restaurants im EG aufgrund Höhe für uns unproblematisch. Abstimmung mit Vermieter super einfach und Gepäck wurde dankenswerterweise bis Anflug aufbewahrt. Die Küchenutensilien sind eher einfach und zusammengewürfelt. Hat uns nicht besonders gestört, könnten aber mit einfachen Mitteln etwas angepasst werden. Betten und Matratzen sind zweckmäßig.

- Joanne (10/5): Une adresse précieuse - L'accueil chaleureux, les quelques boissons au frais, la literie et par dessus tout cette vue incroyable sur la ville et la localisation près de la plage et de la vieille ville. Tout était parfait
- Josef (9/5): Barcelona Sightseeing mit Freunde - Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, haben einige Tipps bekommen. Wir durften durften schon früher Einchecken. Lage ist Top, Bushaltestelle, Strand, Zentrum alles in der Nähe. Viele Bars, Restaurants sind in der Umgebung. Trotz viel Verkehr konnten wir bei geschlossenen Fenster wenig Lärm hören. Bett im Schlafzimmer war bequem. Wohnung schön eingerichtet, Klimaanlage hat fürs heizen gut funktioniert, zum kühlen nutzten wir nicht. Regenschirme für regnerische Stunden waren vorhanden. Küchenaustattung war super, sogar genügend Nespresso Kapsel waren hergerichtet. Bei Bedarf buchen wir wieder. Wasderdruck im Bad war Katastrophe, es gint eine Durchlauferhitzer, entweder war das Wasser kalt oder heiß, war sehr schwierig oder kaum einzustellen. Beim Duschen ist es sehr unangenehm. Der Sofa im Wohnzimmer zum Schlafen bedingt geeignet. Man hat das Gefühl es neigt von beide Seiten in die Mitte.

You are close to the beach, many restaurants on the street, close to public transportation. The apartment was good - you have everything you need. The second bedroom is a little bit small and has no windows - but we just slept there and we’re mostly in the common area where you have enough space for four people. The host was very nice. He contacted us before arriving to arrange the key pick-up.
