• Susan (7/5): Pleasant flat close to Barcelona Sants station - Very close to Barcelona Sants station Great shower Rooms very clean, a little smaller than expected Good communication with staff Good bakery shop across the road and plenty of local shops and restaurants around The stairs are very steep and difficult to carry heavy luggage up four flights.

• Fernando (8/5): Excellent location, small and a bit pricey, but still a good choice. - The location is truly great, it is very close to Placa Sants so transportation is easy, and close to most touristic main attractions, but at the same time in a small street in a quite building. In front of the building there is a cafeteria for breakfast with coffee and pastries for very good prices and very friendly staff. You can find several decent restaurants and bars at walking distance, catering for locals and with very little tourists. There are several supermarkets close by, including a couple that open 24 hours. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It is in 4th floor with no stairs, but this is not an issue for us. It is a bit pricey for what you get because the place is small. The hot water is not enough for four people, so plan your showers. The toilet seat should be fixed properly, this is not acceptable at this price. Not sure if the TV is from this century.

• ibrahim (4/5): - The location No elevator which a thing that we didn’t notice when we booked the apartment. The water was unavailable for 24 hours which made us to go to another location Toilet seat wasn’t properly secured

• William (9/5): Great place to stay if you can handle the stairs. - Great location, good local shops. Easy walk to Barcelona Sants train station. Be prepared for 8 flights of stairs.
• Anne (7/5): Good location, but quite small. - Property is in a good location for all the BCN has to offer, and was just a five minute walk from Barcelona Sants, the main train station. We were a family of four, two adults and two teenage children (13 & 15) and found the property a little small. It was also quite expensive for what you got, when compared to what we paid for a three-bedroom apartment in Madrid. It is also on the 4th floor, with no lift, so be mindful of that. Dragging suitcases up four flights of stairs in this building is not for the faint hearted. Staff we dealt with were friendly and communications were answered in a timely manner. Overall, the property is probably suited to a couple or a younger family. There were some nice restaurants in close proximity. We dined at Birras & Tapas; Fenicia (Middle Eastern); and Ad Fundum Bar (Tapas) which were all good. Fenicia had good portion sizes, but our favourite was Ad Fundum Bar on Placa d’Osca. Quite small.

• Stéphanie (3/5): - L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et situé près des transports en commun pour l'aéroport et visiter Barcelone. Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience car il a été impossible de dormir pendant notre séjour en raison de la fête du quartier (scène musicale et bar ouvert toute la nuit juste en bas de l'immeuble). Si vous recherchez un endroit calme, ne louez pas ce logement fin août.

• Stela (10/5): Good, clean and very convenient place! - Excellent location, close to 2 metro stops, bus stop and eateries. Super clean with all needed amenities. Easy check in and check out, very fresh and cozy place. I would come again to stay there with a great pleasure! Thanks for making our stay so convenient! All was good!
• Typhoone (7/5): Very steep, 4 floors - Location is okay Barcelona-Sants station can be reached on foot in five minutes, in a very central location. The host is kind and polite. Stairs! Stairs! Stairs! Stairs! the beds and pillows are uncomfortable Heating was sufficient for winter, but there is no air conditioning for summer. After two people, there is not enough hot water for the third person. Very steep, 4 floors. I thought it would only be a problem the first day when I was carrying the suitcase, but after walking around tired every day, those stairs started to seem very difficult to me. I have no disabilities. After that I would probably go for something flatter or more accessible.
