• Ishita (4/5): It's fine, nothing to write home about. Beware of mold in the bathroom if you are allergic. - The location is pretty much the only good thing about the place. It is close to trains, buses. It is a big place but the stay is not as comfortable. At least there is laundry facility though and heaters are provided in every room. There was black mold in the bathroom - on the ceiling, on the shower curtain. The dishes and pots were dirty and non-stick pans had the nonstick layer wearing off. There were no tissues or paper towels in the apartment. I didn't find it to provide the best value for the money I paid. The host should mention that he needs you to pay tourist tax by cash or PayPal - no other form of payment is accepted.

O alojamento é muito pouco cuidado, a necessitar de uma manutenção profunda e despersonalizado. Deu para dormir confortavelmente, mas não tem as melhores condições para refeições ou lazer.
• Robert (7/5): A charming older apartment in an ideal location for exploring Barcelona - Daniel and Natalia are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The apartment is an older but charming place located right in the center of Barcelona, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the city. In the immediate vicinity, there is a shopping center, restaurants, bars, and public transportation of all kinds. One of the bus lines even has its final stop directly in front of the building entrance where the apartment is located. As already mentioned, this is an older apartment. The beds in one of the rooms are quite uncomfortable, and the bunk bed is rather unstable. The cookware is very worn and damaged. The view from the balcony is not the best, as laundry that has apparently fallen from the drying lines above has been “collecting” below for quite some time. The sounds from the drainage pipes and the doors in the stairwell can be quite loud during the night.

• Jakub (10/5): I'm satisfied - Natalia is a great person, contact with the owner of the apartment was also great. We got the apartment exactly the one that was in the pictures. The apartment is sufficient, although it needs to be refreshed. I recommend this apartment. No wine glasses
• Andrew (10/5): A great place to stay to explore Barcelona. - We had a very warm and friendly greeting from Daniel's friend Natalia to hand over the keys, she gave us useful information about the local area. We took up the offer to be able to check-in early, a welcome bonus. The accomodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a very good shower. Highly recommended. Nothing

• maite (4/5): Decepción - La ubicación es excelente. Hay una boca de metro muy cerca. LÍNEA 1 Y LÍNEA 3 El piso dejaba mucho que desear. Es una piso muy oscuro y húmedo. Las sábanas estaban húmedas y no tenía utensilios de cocina. La pintura de las paredes no era homogénea. Algunos muebles están rotos. Sólo tiene un baño. Las sillas de la mesa del comedor no son cómodas y Sólo hay cuatro.

Дякуємо Вид з вікон на труби -типово для густонаселеної Барселони і дуже незвично для туристів.Ліжка в дитячій скрипіли.

• Paula (1/5): Un asco de mugre y una estafa - Nada Un asco. Sucio y dejado, ropa de cama y toallas viejas. Los azulejos de la cocina flojos a punto de caer (no seguro para un bebé) o pegados con cinta. No tiene mesas de noche ni cabeceros de cama, los placares si los abrís se desarman. Se nota que está en un estado de abandono desde hace tiempo y pretenden que uno pierda día de vacaciones para venir a arreglarlo. Donde hay roce de cabezas( detrás de la cama o el sillón) todo engrasado. Si contactas a booking se lavan las manos. Por el precio abonado es una ESTAFA

• Kassio (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Easy to get from/to airport and main city touristic points. The flat has plenty of space and many small shops where you can buy groceries (basics). The hosts are also very nice people and I recommend the place. If I return to Barcelona I will stay there again.

• Jasna (10/5): Nice comfortable apartmant at perfect location in Barcelona - Owner of apartmant was very helpful before we arrived. Give us all of information which we need to have comfortable stay in Barcelona. Apartmant is in very good location at Piaza Espana and near apartmant is shoping mall with 360 view of Barcelona. A lot of good restaurants is near, too bas and metro station, so you can go to another side of Barcelona whenever you want. Apartmant is big and comfortable with 3 different rooms with very comfortable beds, too you have living room and kitchen with lot of things you need at your stay, iron, hair dryer, coffe... In bathroom you can find shower gel, soap, hairwash and everything you need. Everything is so clean. Woman who wait us come earlier to help us to put our baggage and to give us all information we need. Daniel owner was so nice about all of informations. Definitely place who need 10 stars cause of everything. This place will be our pick for our next stay in Barcelona and I will recomend from all of my heart.

• Dawn (8/5): Good apartment in a good location. - This was a nice apartment in central Barcelona in a good location. Very close to the shopping center and a nice walk to the major attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Very quiet and comfortable apartment for a short stay. We’d definitely stay here again. The apartment could use some updating, a fresh coat of paint, and a few rugs.
• Agata (10/5): Exceptional - Biggest plus of the apartament is the localisation. It's 3 minutes walk from the metro station and large shopping mall with supermarket, restaurants and great panoramical terrace. Even though its the basically central Barcelona the neighborhood was quiet so we could sleep well after whole days of sightseeing. The apartaments has everything you need and it's perfect for a weekend city break. Also, the hosts are very nice and helpful. They let us check-in earlier so we didnt have to wait somewhere and carrying our lugagge around. We really loved our stay in Barcelona. The only thing- it could be a bit more toilet paper for 5 people than 3 rolls

Apartment really big , with heating and airconditioning. No problem with leaving luggage after check-out or earlier check-in.

Decor maybe needs updating. Beds weren’t that comfy really.. were sufficient, but not brilliant.

• Leonard (9/5): Accomodating & very quiet place to stay. - it’s clean and very spacious , excellent for family. There are few damages like the heater there’s crack and on the bed frame there are some missing wood.

Friendly host. Slightly dated furniture but didn’t bother us at all. There was only one portable electric heater for the apartment; it wasn’t an issue but if there had been much colder weather then I imagine the apartment would be very cold.
