Ponto de metro próximo e tem uma varanda perfeita pro final do dia com uma vista linda. O mcdonald fica na esquina e tem opção de alguns bistrôs bem agradáveis ao lado da entrada. O apartamento é completo com uma cozinha compacta e tem um mercado bem próximo.

• soojin (10/5): - 방, 거실, 주방, 세탁실, 화장실이 모두 분리되어 있는 구조에 테라스까지 있어서 공간이 정말 넓고 쾌적했어요. 무엇보다 채광이 정말 좋아요! 제가 머물 때는 날씨가 좀 추웠는데, 낮에는 블라인드만 올려도 햇볕 덕분에 실내가 충분히 따뜻했어요. 밤에 많이 추울 때만 히터를 살짝 켰습니다. TV로 유튜브, 넷플릭스 등 OTT 시청도 가능하고, 세탁세제도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있어서 정말 편했어요. 식기류랑 조리도구도 다 갖춰져 있고, 와인 오프너랑 맥주 오프너까지 준비되어 있어서 매일 와인 한 잔씩 너무 잘 즐겼습니다ㅎㅎ 그리고 사그라다 파밀리아까지 걸어서 약 10분 거리라 위치도 최고였어요! 침구류도 깔끔하고 전체적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 머무는 내내 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 체크인 리셉션이 따로 없고 일반 주민들이 거주하는 것 같은 건물이라 처음에는 숙소 찾는 데 살짝 헤맸어요. 에어비앤비처럼 생각하시면 이해가 빠를 것 같아요! 저희도 조금 헤매다가 마지막에 호스트에게 전화했는데, 도착하자마자 바로 전화하는 게 가장 빠를 것 같아요. 전화도 바로 받아주시고, 최대한 빨리 해결해주시려고 하는 게 느껴져서 너무 좋았어요. 근처에 분위기 좋은 카페가 있다며, 커피 한 잔 하면서 잠깐 기다려 달라고 안내해주셔서 기다리는 시간도 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 전체적으로 응대가 정말 친절하고 좋았어요! 그리고 현관 쪽은 구조상 방음이 조금 아쉬울 수는 있는데, 밤에는 동네 자체가 매우 조용하고 침실이 현관과 떨어져 있어서 실제로 소음 때문에 불편했던 적은 한 번도 없었어요. 결론적으로는 크게 신경 쓸 부분은 아니었습니다!

Lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. A little on the small side and could do with extra pillows, there was one in the wardrobe but it did not have a cover

Mi aspettavo almeno una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo. Siamo arrivati la sera e nonostante la pioggia siamo dovuti uscire a prendere l'acqua. Inoltre consiglio di mettere un tappetino antiscivolo dentro la doccia.

The location was very convenient in an area with shops, bakeries, bars, cafes and restaurants. Our host Jan was friendly, helpful and professional. Communication with him was easy.The metro was within easy reach.

• Didier (6/5): Agréable et confortable mais rapport qualité prix à revoir. - L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier agréable et bien desservi par les transports en commun et plusieurs commerces à proximité. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. L'appartement est bien sécurisé avec un code et une clef. Lors du séjour il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble avec des bruits de perceuse, marteau et autres dès 8h du matin ce qui a empêché d'être au repos. Ce fut vraiment très désagréable. Le four était sale et avec une odeur. L'appartement devrait être davantage isolé de l'éclairage permanent des parties communes qui empêche d'être dans le noir total pour dormir. Le robinet du lavabo n'est pas adapté à la vasque et pas très pratique. L'appartement mériterait une décoration moins froide et moins impersonnelle.

• Lins (9/5): I would rebook this apartment and recommend - It's a very private apartment, the bedroom is really quiet and you feel very safe. The location is wonderful, it's within walking distance from restaurants, delicatessens, a large supermarket, Sagrada Famillia (can be seen from the balcony), Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau (worth visiting - it's right next door) and metro stations/bus stops that will get you around Barcelona easily (although you could walk to most of the top attractions if you wanted to). The outside balcony area is a lovely space to relax. The shower was brilliant and the bed very comfortable. Michel was helpful and very friendly. We travel light and used the washing machine. Unfortunately it wasn't always sunny when we were there so it would have been useful if an indoor clothes airer were available to use.

Big bonus - the flat is in an old block slightly out of the centre This turned out to be a bonus as the centre of Barcelona was heaving with people the flat is fine but may need some tweaks to modernise it A big bonus was the underground station was was minutes away and getting into town was very quick Big bonus was we were opposite the Sant Pau Hospital complex a unescorted art deco site absolutely spectacular I would recommend it even though I felt it was a bit pricey although Barcelona is expesive for accommodation very little

It’s in a great neighborhood for walking but also to get away from high tourist areas. It was very secure and I felt good as a solo traveler. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jan, who explained everything about the apartment and even provided helpful tips on places to visit during my free time. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Sant Pau Hospital from the terrace—it truly added a special touch to my stay. I was very pleased with the apartment, the masterclass, and the city itself. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Barcelona for work or leisure! -

• Jeff (8/5): Not a good value. - The elevator worked. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The terrace was large and had a great view. There were many nice restaurants nearby, good walking areas, and good access to public transportation. Our check in experience was poor. No one was there to meet us even though we clearly communicated our arrival time. We were left standing on the street with our suit cases. We had to call and were told to “go to the pizza place a couple doors down and have a beer”. Once in the apartment, we found the three high steps from the kitchen to the living room were awkward. We were provided with no local info like a map, public transit info, restaurants, etc. there was no hand soap or sanitizer in either the kitchen or bathroom. The apartment was not well insulated from sound and the bell tower across the street started tolling at 7 am. This place was not a good value.

• Therese (10/5): Spacious apartment near Sant Pau - This is a spacious apartment on the top floor of a building opposite Sant Pau Modernista Hospital. It is well connected to the Barcelona sites by bus and metro, and there are good grocery stores and bakeries nearby. The kitchen is large and well supplied, and the washing machine was appreciated. There was a large balcony overlooking the area. Wifi worked well. Great find.

• Greg (8/5): A great place to stay out of the busy tourist areas. - The location is great. It is out of the main tourist areas, yet it is a short walk to everything you need. There is a Metro about a 5 minute walk away, and a very well stocked Supermarket around 200 metres away. It's also about a 10-15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. We encountered a couple of maintenance/quality control related issues on arrival. To the credit of the Host, these were attended to promptly and to our satisfaction.

The view over the Hospital Sant Pau was amazing, and we were within wallking distance of La Sagrada Familia. There were some little touches that would have improved the apartment: a rack in the shower for shampoo etc, a plug for the kitchen sink, a bathmat, oven gloves.

• Denis (10/5): Exceptional - Very good, central location, just 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. All the amenities we needed, the terrace was a big plus. Very good air conditioning in the month of August. The host Jan was very responsive, showed us everything we needed around the apartment and in the area. He was also flexible with our arrival and departure times and we appreciated it! The apartment is fully equipped and ready to host both single-travelers, couples and families. There is a wasching maschine, dish-washer, stove,oven, fridge and freezer, coffe machine, a rack for drying your clothes. Really everything you need! A bit of a high price, but that is the market in Barcelona. Overall it was very well worth it. We recommend!

Nothing it was all perfect.

The bed was great but could have small bedsides as nothing there. Supermarket very close great pizza place right there. Hop on hop off bus 3 min walk. I found the furniture in the living room not quite up to standard. Other than that everything was great.

Jan was super friendly and accommodating of our check in time. the metro was a 2 min walk away and sagrada familia was reachable in about a 10-15min walk. very minor but there isn’t a full length mirror so we used the glass doors of the terrace to do outfit checks!

Michel was great!!!He was there waiting for us to arrive. He took us up to the appt and told us about the area and what to visit while we were there…He was so very nice and friendly and informative. The place was small, it is enough for two people but not more than that. The couch needs to be replaced, has seen better days and there really isn’t much storage. only a closet in the bedroom, nowhere to put your luggage if you have more than 2 cases.

• Christopher (9/5): Clean convenient spacious quiet modern apartment with very helpful host and good cooking hobs - Most congenial host who me me personally to hand over the keys and entry code and allowed an early check in and bag drop. I did not need any additional assistance during my stay but I believe he would have helped in any way he could. Property is easily reached by bus or Metro. Quiet neighborhood out of the city rush with many shops, cafes and markets very close. Only about 6 blocks from Sagrada F but away from tourists and I felt like a local. Sufficient coffee pods for 2 a day. Clean modern apartment with good cooking hobs. Terrace was nice, sunny and fairly large. For the price, I would have appreciated a few pantry staples like olive oil, perhaps some spices, maybe some fresh fruit etc. Only bath towels provided but that was not a problem.
• Salimata (9/5): Beautiful apartment with a nice view!!! - Beautiful apartment with a nice city view 🤗 Spacious and nice terrace by the living room. My hubby & I enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries stores. 10mn walk to Sagrada Familia. The property’s manager Michel is a really nice guy and easy to talk to. Check in is easy even though there’s no front desk on site. Michel met us in front of the property to check us in and did an apartment tours. The tv’s remote control stopped working during our stay. When I contacted Michel about it, he took care of the issue right away by getting a new tv since he couldn’t get another remote for the old tv after trying. He also bought a new plastic bowl when I accidentally melted the old one while trying to steam my rice. Thanks Mike, we appreciate you and will definitely be back!!! The heat’s noise in the bedroom WiFi can be slow sometimes Other than that, it was a nice stay!

Also many restaurant options are available within walking distance. The apartment has an hot-air heating which worked nicely (in December). The apartment is on the 5th floor, elevator available. The bed has a good sleep quality. WIFI a bit flaky and unreliable. The kitchen could be better equipped....but no major complaints

It´s really confusing and you can be disappointed compared to what you expected from the photos. Despite that, the accommodation was great.

The apartment has a private terrace, good views, a lift to (Floor 5) and plenty of space. The owners meet for check-in. You can contact them with any concerns. Highly recommend. Could benefit from a refresh- interior painting and furniture update, as a little tired.
