• Ignacio (2/5): NO ES UN 9,2 NI DE LEJOS. PARA NO REPETIR. - Seguramente la ubicación y el precio era razonable. Mi queja tiene que ver con la nota que tiene el apartamento. Lo cogimos porque tenía un 9,2 y eso nos engañó porqué está muy lejos de una valoración de ese tipo. Llevamos muchos años viajando y nunca había visto un contraste como ese. Tuvimos muchos problemas con el check in xq la página no funcionaba bien, y la propiedad no ayudo mucho en el proceso ya que era la única manera de hacer el check in. Luego la casa está bien ubicada pero está bastante más vieja de lo que aparece en las fotos. La cocina no estaba muy limpia además de que había varias cosas para reparar como el horno o la máquina de café. El sofá está super viaje y tienes dudas hasta de sentarte. No tuvimos agua caliente por la mañana en el baño del dormitorio principal. Además te hacen pagar un depósito de 250€ que no viene mencionado antes de la reserva. En general sería para no repetir. Para mi tiene un valoración de 5 raspado por el precio pero me veo obligado a poner menos para que baje la media y que otros usuarios no se lleven a engaño como a mi.

• Sergiusz (10/5): - Duże wygodne mieszkanie, wszystko co potrzebne zapewnione. Będąc z trójką dzieci 2 łazienki to rewelacyjne rozwiązanie. Lokalizacja idealna. Wszędzie blisko - do większości atrakcji maksymalnie godzina spaceru (najdalej chyba był stadion FC Barcelony) w każdą stronę więc nie musieliśmy nawet korzystać z komunikacji. Duży sklep spożywczy oraz targ dokładnie naprzeciwko mieszkania. Mieszkanie otwierane prze aplikację więc nie trzeba było czekać na właściciela jak i godzina przyjazdu nie była ograniczeniem. Kontakt z właścicielką bardzo dobry. Udany pobyt więc bardzo polecamy to miejsce.

• alegagl (8/5): Posizione servita e vicina alle zone centrali e alla metro! - Appartamento molto ampio. La posizione è molto comoda e vicina alla metro. Accesso semplice e intuitivo su piattaforma esterna fornita al momento della prenotazione. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina super attrezzata. Mercat de Ninot proprio davanti. Il riscaldamento non è centralizzato anche se è presente un termostato e i termosifoni ma è scritto sul vademecum all'ingresso in casa. Ci sono due split di aria condizionata di cui uno non funzionante. La fortuna è che non era freddissimo. La pulizia non era il massimo. Nel bagnetto piccolo un forte odore di fogna. Nella fase di prenotazione non era evidente che una parte del pagamento veniva fatto su una piattaforma esterna che chiedeva anche una caparra. In più ho dovuto pagare qualche euro in più rispetto a quanto previsto.

• Mamtha (1/5): Never recommend this property, not worth the price with an arrogant owner. - The location of the property The most dissatisfaction staying in this property was the owners attitude towards issues existing in the flat, they had an issue that we raised those issues with them only because they stay far way and the cleaner who comes to clean the house has confirmed to them that everything is fine. WiFi’s were not working in all the rooms, the room heaters were not in working condition, the shower room with spa box had issues with hot water (all very important things for a stay in winter). Lastly the owner has a usual way of finding faults for not refunding the deposit just because you raised some valid and genuine complaints that were not fixed. There was an additional charge requested for one kid which we paid well In advance and after check out this was quoted as one of the reasons for not refunding the deposit

• G (10/5): Very good! - The property was good. We enjoyed our stay here for a group of five. Close to the metro station, breakfast and Asian places too. Annve (the host) helped us with good directions and was cordial. I would definitely recommend. Nothing sparked me on the negative side.

• Petar (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was big enough to comfortably fit our family of four. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms so a family with 3 kids could comfortably stay in this property. It is quiet, although it is in the centre of the city. The location is great, there is a great market in front of the entrance of the building and only 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. The host helped us with everything we needed and allowed us to check out later than it was mentioned in the rules. We also received a very good description of the directions towards the property combined with other important information about shops, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend this appartment for families with children who are willing to explore the wonderful city of Barcelona.

• Nina (8/5): Spacious quiet apartment in a good location with wonderful hosts - Good location, market Mercadona was right across the street, taxis didn't take too long to hail down. Host was very reachable and nice, responded to my messages or calls immediately and provided solutions. Apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet, and there were many surprising things available in the kitchen and closets that made our vacation even more pleasant - like all the utensils needed, an iron with ironing board, coffee, hot water kettle, clothes hangers, etc. We loved that there were three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets, just what we needed. We were able to open windows if we wanted. Host allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment a couple hours before the time of check-in which was most helpful and appreciated. The detailed instructions by email about the virtual key as well as pictures of the entrance and the apartment door, etc. were wonderful, it all made us feel much more at ease that we will be able to find it and access it. I believe this great apartment and the quiet rest we had in it, allowed us to be in the best shape possible to enjoy all the sights Barcelona has to offer. We managed to see every single thing on our long list of sightseeing! There was air conditioning in the master bedroom but not in the other two bedrooms. But it worked excellently. The ladies sleeping in the other bedrooms opened their windows and were comfortable enough. The elevator is quite small and only two or three people fit in comfortably. The hallway leading to the apartment door was very narrow - I have no idea how tenants would be able to bring up a new sofa, for example :). There were a couple of problems with the bathrooms/showers, one was resolved as soon as the host could. The other problem, however, was more serious (a leak) but a temporary solution was immediately provided by the host so it didn't really bother us. But I wish for this large amount of money for just four nights we did not have to deal with such problems. Most housing in Barcelona is not new buildings though, so small inconveniences could be expected. Despite this, if I had the choice, I would choose this apartment again for a vacation.

It was an apartment where you could stay with your family, both at a very good price and in a perfect location. I recommend everyone to stay with peace of mind. There is nothing I don't like about the apartment.
• Suguru (9/5): good - good location, very convenient, good support for check-in, nice experience to know local life. rooms are also good size. just perfect! just one point, laundry machine didn't have a good maintenance. my clothes got be kind of "dirtier" after washing done... laundry machine is one of points when I choose hotels, so a kind of sad a bit.
• Ivo1976 (10/5): Nice appartment for larger groups in lively neighbourhood - We love the area of the appartment, nearby the local mercado and supermarket Mercadona. A ten minute walk to Placa Universidad. The appartment had everything we needed, two bathtrooms and lots of space for 5 persons, it also has a smal elevator. In the neigbourhood are lots of bars and restaurants. Good internet and also clean. The online check in process was a bit too much, with all the photos you have to take from the passport, 3 photos from the passports of 5 persons and all kind of other data is a lot of work to collect, that can be done in an easier way in my opinion.

• Milan (9/5): Spacious apartment in the downtown of Barcelona - The appartment is located in the quartier Eixample very close to all the major must sees in Barcelona, not mentioning the multitude of good restaurant in the streets around. It is on the fifth floor with elevator and we did not see any disturbing noise from the streets, the windows oevrlook the giant internal court which is typical of the octogonla buildings in the quartier. Overall everything was there what needed, we had plenty of sapce with the living and 3 bedrooms. We found everything clean and in good condition.
