• Mariagrazia (7/5): Va bene, ma… - Appartamento soazioso (due camere da letto, due bagni, di cui uno piccolo solo com wc e lavabo) in stabile vicino alla Sagrada Familia. Chiave elettronica mediante cellulare per il portone e porta di casa. Interno dello stabile buio, pareti non insonorizzate (vicini molto rumorosi …italiani), vista brutta su retro dei palazzi e soprattutto diverse finestre (cucina, bagni e camera con letti singoli) che affacciano sul cavedio (non descritto), quindi con poca luce. Lavastoviglie non utilizzabile per sportello del detersivo rotto: segnalato il problema e purtroppo non risolto per attesa di “pezzo di ricambio”…nessuna accomodazione compensatoria prevista in un soggiorno di 6 notti…

• João Fabio (8/5): - O prédio está a duas quadras da Sagrada Família! Tem muitos restaurantes, cafeterias, supermercados, comércio em geral, tudo muito perto. Excelente acesso a todos os transportes públicos, o que facilitou muito a ida e volta aos pontos turíticos e às praias. O apartamento é super bom, tem 2 quartos, 1 banheiro e 1 lavabo, sala, copa, e cozinha completa, Mobiliário, eletrodomésticos, utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama e banho muito bons também. O ar condicionado central refrigerou perfeitamente todos os cômodos, e olha que a temperatura externa estava na média de 36° em agosto! Inicialmente, por um erro da Booking, a reserva que fiz para 4 pessoas foi registrada como 2 pessoas, assim, me foram fornecidas antecipadamente somente 2 chaves digitais de acesso ao prédio e apartamento. A Booking corrigiu o erro da reserva após minha solicitação, porém, para receber as outras duas chaves digitais (que são enviadas por e-mail a cada hóspede) tive que ir pessoalmente ao escritório da imobiliária em Barcelona pois através de e-mail ou whatsapp não se consegue resolver nada, eles sequer respondem as mensagens.

• Ma. (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. The apartment is big. Over value for money. The beds were not so comfortable.
• Tusun (10/5): Recommendations - Without a doubt great location, city is very walkable, a lot of cool bars, restaurant and shops with reasonable prices. For further attractions the metro/bus is near and works great. The apartment was pleasant for a 3 night stay, well equipped and clean. Two bathrooms are a smart fit for a four person stay. Online check-in and mobile key worked for us so there wasn't any need for further contact with the agency.

• Magda (10/5): Very 😊 - The apartment is really big, clean and well comforted. Location is very good, almost front of the sagrada familia, metro and bus stations. In Barcelona monuments aren’t very close, you need municipal transport and to live here is very comfortable to circulate around the city. Neighborhood is really quiet and safe, but I guess they have some problems of nerves. First night ok we made noise by turning on music but after we were almost out all day long and night and they were still sending me messages that neighbors alerted about unexisted noise. That’s all

• Svetlana (10/5): it was a great stay, the host provided all essential necessities for house and personal care. the apartment was clean an - the location is phenomenal. so close to la sagrada familia. good Chinese restaurant and bakery next door. the boiler doesn’t work properly, the shower is always cold or hot, never warm.
