• Claire (6/5): Book with caution- read the details! - Good location, right on major bus routes. It was also spotlessly clean. The 'facilities for disabled guests' was a bit of a stretch! The lift was so small my 11yr old's small manual wheelchair could barely fit, and definitely not with an adult in there too! The internal doors were incredibly narrow, definitely not suitable for a larger wheelchair. For some reason a tumble dryer is provided but not a clothes horse! With the temp well over 30°c I didn't want to use a tumble dryer. The 'balcony' is actually a storage area for extra chairs, mops, buckets etc. Not usable at all. The entry system was really not straightforward. You can't get access until you've paid the tourist tax and uploaded passport details etc, but the link was only sent to us on the morning we were travelling, and once we arrived we didn't have WiFi/ days to start checking emails. Nobody answered the provided phone numbers.“

• Melania (5/5): Passabile - Posizione della struttura strategica Molti servizi vicino Comodo per raggiungere il centro della città Struttura spaziosa ma assenti tovaglie per il viso che dovrebbero far parte del “set di cortesia”.. Tovaglie sporche..la vicina dell’appartamento lamentava facessimo confusione già da quando siamo arrivate in modo irruente e presuntuoso..

• Felix (4/5): - La situación, el numero de habitaciones, baños y camas El estado general: persianas electricas que no funcionan, mueble armario en la entrada bastante impresentable, por su estado y limpieza, baños con algunos muebles en mal estado. Toallas azules con manchas.., algun edredon con alguna mancha. Tv, no se podian sintonizar canales. Mancha de considerable tamaño en el sofa. Suelo del salon con juntas levantadas... puerta de entrada deteriorada por ambas caras... interuptores y focos algunos no funcionaban. Inexistencia de perchas para las toallas en baño... Tampoco se percibia una limpieza esmerada. Carece de cualquier elemento decorativo, por muy basico que fuese. Por ultimo, indicar que es una pena..., porque el apartamento una vez corregidas esas carencias, podria estar muy bien este apartamento.

• ANTONIUS ARNOLDUS HENRICA (3/5): Totaal geen luxe - De ligging en schone veddegoed . Uit geleefd slechte bedden die onstabiel zijn, veel schimmel slacht schoongemaakt veel kapote meubelen vlekken overal ,oude fotos geen toilet spullen geen zeep etc

• Mazzanti (6/5): Barcellona è bellissima e noi siamo stati molto bene - La posizione. La flessibilità del check-in. Le lenzuola e le federe presentavano delle macchie. Spiegazione delle modalità di accesso alla struttura non chiare da parte del gestore dell'appartamento. Ci è anche capitato un episodio in cui un imprecisato tecnico della caldaia voleva entrare in appartamento per un controllo senza che il gestore ci avvertisse di questa cosa o ci desse spiegazioni in merito. Chiaramente non ho aperto alla richiesta del tecnico avendo con me mia moglie e tre figli minori. Questo episodio lo ritengo molto sgradevole e condiziona molto il giudizio della struttura.

• Jeanne (2/5): Appartement à éviter - Sa localisation Mauvais état de l’appartement (mobilier dégradé, fenêtres cassées, ménage très négligé) Aucune considération des propriétaires, 1h d’attente pour qu’on nous donne un numéro à contacter pour pouvoir rentrer dans l’appartement.
• amalia emanuela (1/5): - On n a rien aimé. L’appartement est trop trop sale ,rien comme fans les photos. Les sdb sont pas propre,la peinture des portes est deterioré, les prises ne marchent pas . L attitude du propriétaire a été degoutante.on a demandé un remboursement et rien .même pas un geste du moment qu on a payer 1300 eur pour 4 jour ,l appartement est une poubelle.

Struttura poco pulita, bagni e letti compresi, ma vivibile per brevi periodi. Comunicazione non sempre semplice con proprietaria.

• Miroslav (5/5): Fotky jsou z apartmánu, když byl asi nový. Dnes již tak vůbec nevypadá. - Dostupnost z ubytování k moři a do města bylo v dochozí vzdálenosti. Majitelku jsme požádali o doplnění věcí do kuchyně, které splnila a přinesla i něco navíc. Fotky jsou z apartmánu, když byl asi nový. Dnes již tak vůbec nevypadá. Úklid nedůkladný, o vytření se mluvit vůbec nedá. Postele jsou spíše lehátka než postel. Okna se otvírají sami nebo nejdou zavřít. Majitelce jsme nahlásili pozdní příjezd po 23 hod, mohla nám poslat kód k otevření dveří již dopoledne nebo odpoledne, ale využila poplatku za pozdní příjezd 50 euro, který je napsán na webu.
• Anna (1/5): Un incubo - L'unica cosa positiva è stata la posizione La casa era sporca, e sporca è dire poco...letteralmente distrutta...le foto non centravanti nulla...invece di letti c'erano delle brandine in stanze minuscole...senza doghe...alcuni hanno dovuto dormire a terra. Spazzatura ovunque, lenzuola e asciugamani puzzolenti e macchiati. È stato un incubo. I bagni erano con la cacca spiaccicata ovunque...un lavandino perdeva e nei cassetti c era dell'acqua verde...vi lascio immaginare.

• Shakeel (7/5): Good location but not clean - Prime location, good communication and accommodating owner. Bedding had stains. Facilities were very basic.
• Jan (4/5): Very dirty and old apartment - Only location was fine. Close to bus stop and metro station. Apartment was extremely dirty: flor was not cleaned, all equipments in kitchen were dirty and disgusting (we had to clean all), the bed in living room was broken and the surface had a lot dirty big spots. 3 beds were broke (one has broken leg, second and third have broken board under the materace), WC look like no one never cleaned it, table in kitchen was dirty with old food stuck to it. In general we had to spend money for some cleaning detergents to clean all by our own because it was hard to live there. All is super old there and many things are destroyed. apartment looks like noon one cares about it and just earn money. In total I do not recommend the apartment.

• Jennifer (3/5): Give it a miss - The location is great. Please read what others have said. I even tried messaging on my way so that I'd get instructions on how to get in. We were ignored for well over an hour, left outside on the street in terrible weather (massive storm) we rang 10+ times. Such a poor service. When we did finally get hold of her she was only interested in us paying city tax before we could get in, at this point I was losing it with her. Really awful management of a property.

• Camille (7/5): Good propert, great location. Not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re fussy. - Great location. Near transport links. Bedding and towels were clean and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. This property has such potential to be a great apartment for groups. The furniture was either broken, old or poor quality. It clearly needs a deep clean and replacement furniture. If they spruced it up a little, it would be amazing. As a group, we’ve stayed in much worse so non of the above was an issue for us as we only slept and showered there. We did have to wait 20 mins for the host to reply to my message though who then sent a link to pay the city tax and then supplied instructions on how to get in. This could’ve been done 1 day prior so we didn’t have to wait outside at 7pm after being travelling for 12 hours. Apologies I didn’t take any photos.
• Sophie (4/5): Good choice for people not planning to spend much time in the apartment. - The property was in a great location to get to the centre or to the beach. The check in process was extremely difficult. The WhatsApp number that we were given to contact the property did not work and we were left outside the apartment for an hour at 10pm at night. The owner was not interested in letting us in, only taking city tax payment. You access the building via an app, which only worked for certain members of our party.
