• Hnatjuk (8/5): Perfect location, clean and great hosts - Amazing Location, great hosts, clean spacious one bedroom apartment Paper thin walls you MUST have ear plugs to sleep even then it’s hard to sleep with the street noise, loud noise from other apartments consistently banging doors even during they day, nightly machinery from roadworks and weekend concerts until 4am
• Elena (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft an einer super Lage, man hat alles was man braucht und ist die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetri - Sehr gute Lage, super zentral in der Stadt. Bequeme Better mit 2 unterschiedlichen Kissen. Klima + Radiator waren vorhanden und beides funktionierte. Wunderschöner Balkon. Der einzige Nachteil könnte sein, dass es sehr hellhörig ist und man immer die Menschen auf der Strasse hört, auch nachts. Uns persönlich hat das jedoch nicht wirklich gestört.
• Sandy (5/5): Okay. I felt it wasn’t worth the price. - It was centrally located on a nice street. It was close to the cathedral. It was very noisy. Windows that sealed better would be worthwhile. I was very glad I had our ear plugs. The shower was a little run down.

• Alex (10/5): Good sleep, clean, excellent Location (Central), easy to find, very responsive hosts. - The apartment is located really inside the centre of the heart of the city. Many shops around. Restaurant and bars are really close. Very cool area. Easy access to buses and Metro. Due to it is in the centre sometimes when the street gets crowded, it's a bit noisy. At night, it is pretty quiet.

• Martin (9/5): Heel goed en prima stay voor een paar nachten in het absolute centrum van Barcelona - De locatie van het apartement. en de ruimte was prima voor twee personen. Als je met twee personen bent is het bed te klein, eigenlijk te kort. Ik ben niet lang, maar zelfs voor mij is het te kort
• Kateryna (8/5): - Красивый фотографичный балкон Хорошее местоположение С душем проблем не было - посторонних запахов нет, плескаться можно в горячей воде с удовольствием. Вокруг пешеходная зона, такси может подъехать с неожиданной стороны - будьте готовы его искать или заранее выйти на проезжую часть. В спальне окно есть, но открывать его страшно - могут залететь голуби. Будьте готовы спать с закрытым металлической дверью окном Одеяло слишком теплое - я просыпалась мокрая В номере значительно темнее, чем на фото Сложная система открытия закрытия входных дверей (можно случайно оказаться заблокированным между двумя дверями, если забыть ключи дома)

• Rob (9/5): Barcelona Break - U-nique were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Super location, plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We were able to walk to most of Barcelonas best sights, in fact we only used the Metro once in five days. We would certainly recommend it. Nothing at all really.
• Michelle (6/5): Great location but average property - Very central location & fairly spacious living area The bed is very small & uncomfortable. The shower needs refreshing Maintenance is poor, chipped crockery, curtains need re-attaching
• Mathéo (3/5): Cafards, intrusion et mensonges - Cet appartement comporte plusieurs défauts majeurs. La fenêtre présente dans la douche ne se ferme pas et donne sur le mur du batiment d'à coté (à environ 40cm), cet espace entre les deux bâtiments est habité par de nombreux oiseaux qui peuvent être très bruyants la nuit. L'isolation phonique des fenêtres donnant sur la rue (passante) est inexistante. L'annonce nous dit que l'appartement fait 47 m²... Ceci est tout bonnement impossible, même en comptant le balcon. Nous vivons de manière générale dans un 40 m² et toutes nos pièces sont plus grandes. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons voulu utiliser les ustensiles de cuisine présents dans l'appartement. De la nourriture était collée entre les dents des fourchettes. De plus, nous sommes tombés nez à nez avec plusieurs cafards au court de notre séjour, le carrelage sous la douche étant cassé, ceux-ci se refugient sous la douche. L'agence nous a proposé d'envoyer un technicien, après l'avoir attendu une grosse partie de la journée, celui-ci nous a simplement donné un insecticide sans meme monter dans l'appartement. Nous avons donc dû nous débrouiller pour boucher le trou sous la douche avec une serviette. Enfin, une personne est entrée dans l'appartement accompagnée de 2 touristes prêts a poser leurs valises... heureusement que nous étions présent dans le logement à ce moment là. 1600 euros pour ça est tout simplement honteux ! Nous n'avons été dédommagés que de 70 euros (78 euros étaient promis).

• martine (8/5): passé un très bon séjour à Barcelone que j 'ai pu visiter facilement à pied - appartement confortable très bien situé près du centre historique proche commerces , office tourisme et métro . Très bonne literie. Je recommande
• Ulrich (4/5): - die lage war gut alt und dem hohen preis nicht angemessen, es wurde uns gesagt das wir beim check out die schlüssel im zimmer lassen sollen, nur wurde vergessen uns zu sagen das beim ausgang ein metallkäfig versperrt ist. somit waren wir eingesperrt und haben unseren flug fast verpasst
• JaY (7/5): Ganz gut - Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt man erreicht viele ziehle wie den Rambla in kurzer Zeit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist super gut gewesen und sehr freundlich per WhatsApp auf Englisch. Luke hat uns betreut und ein guten Job gemacht 😁 wir konnten sogar schon um 13 Uhr ins Appartement. Schlüsselübergabe ist am Apartment. Leider sehr hellhörig und Nachts sehr laut., im Schlafzimmer wiederum nicht. Das sollte man wissen wenn man getrennt schläft. Eine Schlafcouch und ein Bett ist vorhanden.

• Clement (2/5): Accueil chaleureux pour le reste je ne reviendrai pas - L'accueil a ete très chaleureux et merci pour ça. La chambre et la literie très peu agréable. Les minis placards pour ranger ses affaires. La salle de bain petite et mal entretenu pour la douche. Appartement ds un commerce avec grille fermé dès 22 heures.

• Amanda (8/5): Cute, central apartment - Location was perfect for walking to all the excellent places in Barcelona. Just enough room to prepare food. Great hot showers. Lovely balcony. Was very loud at night till very late from pedestrian traffic. Floors were dusty. Needs a chopping board.
• Fisher (9/5): Wonderful stay and support. - The support was excellent. We arrived at 3am to the town square after many hours of delayed flights. We were exhausted. We got turned around and Renzo came out to lead us to the apartment. If anything was required they responded quickly. Loved the location. So close to coffee shops and restaurants.
• Barry (9/5): Great apartment in a charming location - Prior to going, the people in the business were available by WhatsApp 2 weeks before our arrival. As such they were constantly available to answer all of my questions before arriving. This was greatly appreciated. The agent who greeted us, Renzo, was extremely helpful and made himself available as require. As such this made everything pleasant, easy and less complicated. Thanks guys
• Pavla (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing accommodation in a beautiful location, clean, beautiful and even with heating when you arrive in Barcelona in cold weather. (AC is here to) Nearby is a beautiful cafe for breakfast, restaurant for tapas and for visit head church, music hall, Picasso museum and metro :)
