• Anne (8/5): - Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Couchages très confortables. Logement calme. Les chambres donnent côté cour donc pas de bruit. Salon côté rue avec beaucoup de circulation mais bonne isolation des portes fenêtres. Ascenseur en panne mais rapidement réparé.

• Deniz (1/5): The photos are not showing reality. A terrible rip off. Stay away. - literally nothing was good about the property. We had our worst experience ever and we travel very often when we arrived we have seen that the flat was totally filthy and the furnitures were all dirty. There was a carpet full of dust and the whole apartment was smelling so bad.We couldn’t stay there. We had to leave and find another hotel. It was a terrible experience. Nobody helped us from the property provider but booking also just referred to them. First booking said Sweet Inn told then that they would refund but when we asked for a mail as proof they told me that they received a mail stating that they would not pay. Even the mails they sent just disappeared in booking and we cannot reach these mails any more. We took photos and sent to Booking and also to the property owner. Their staff apologised for the terrible experience. But company refuses to refund us. Even their own employees accept that we had a terrible experience. we wanted to have a large and neat flat to celebrate the new years eve with our friends. We were two families with kids and finally we had to book a hotel in the same evening with 3 separate rooms and move there without staying any nights. i book this flat for 3 evenings and paid around 1.700 euros and the company only paid like 72 euros. booking credited my wallet for 175 euros. This is definitely insane.

• Veronika (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment with old style furniture, top location, just few minutes to streets with many nice cosy restaurants. The staff were very nice young people who helped us a lot. Very easy access to the apartment with a digital key and thus we were accommodated earlier because of our early flight. It was so good that on check out we could leave our luggage at the office of Sweet Inn so we had also full last day of walking in Barcelona. Thank you, we would definitely come back again! we had some problems with the air-conditioner in one of the bedrooms and also the washing machine.
• Andrew (4/5): Location good but apartment nowhere near standard expected or as shown on line. - location was fair Not as shown in pictures, kitchen very small, air con not working in one bedroom, main bathroom shower is very low so not usable if your tall. Faulty shower head in second bedroom and who apartment in urgent need of redecorating. Electrics also dangerous, main bedroom light hanging from the ceiling and a light in hall was hanging off the wall.
