- Irena (6/5): Disappointed - Good location The apartment is in a relatively good location, but unfortunately our overall experience was very disappointing. The apartment was dirty, and during our stay it got flooded. As a result, there was a terrible smell everywhere and all of our clothes became damp and wet. It also seemed like this was not the first time this had happened — all the doors were swollen from moisture and there were clear signs of old leaks and water damage throughout the apartment. What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of response from the hosts. We received no apology, compensation, or even a small gesture of goodwill, despite the fact that our two children were left without any dry clothes for two days. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

- Suzanne (7/5): Prima voor een nacht in Barcelona - De locatie, internet was super. Vriendelijke en behulpzame ontvangst. We mochten iets eerder in het apartement. Kleine details in de kamer. De vloer was niet helemaal schoon. Een eetkamerstoel was stuk. In de badkamer stond een fles waarvan ik dacht dat dit douchegel was, dit bleek chloor te zijn. De hond mocht mee en toen ik 's nachts in de woonkamer kwam knipperde er een alarmlichtje waardoor de woonkamer in een soort stroboscoop was veranderd. De beddenkussens: heel hard of heel zacht.

- Mary-Slovenia (9/5): - App ni bil isti kot so bile slike. Preozke postelje, pretrd vzglavnik, vsepovsod prah. Na posteljah lasje in dlake. Bili smo v dvomih ali je sploh sveže. Največ prahu je bilo po tleh in na lučeh. Zelo, zelo majhna kopalnica. Na wcju nisi mogel normalno sedeti, ker si se z glavo dotikal stene pred seboj. Sedeti si moral postrani. Zelo mali umivalnik, vse je teklo po tleh, ko si se umival. To bi lahko bil app za max 2 suhe in zelo majhne osebe. Lokacija sicer dobra. Vse dokaj blizu.

- tatta77 (9/5): Soggiorno TOP - Appartamento ben fornito, pulito, silenzioso, in zona tranquilla e soprattutto ben collegato ( vicinissimo metro Tetuan e diversi bus). 2 camere da letto separate. Tante utili attività nei dintorni e anche a piedi si arriva facilmente alla Sagrada Familia. Frigorifero un pò rumoroso.

- Lilla (7/5): - Nagyon jó helyen lévő központi biztonságos szállás, közel mindenhez, gyalogos távolságra rengeteg bolt, bevásárlási lehetőség,étterem, tömegközlekedés stb. Előre egyeztetett és visszaigazolt korábbi becsekkolás ellenére sem tudtuk időben elfoglalni a szállásunkat. Nem csináltunk belőle problémát, mert lepakolhattuk a táskáinkat, nem kellett magunkkal cipelni, de mire visszaértünk egy nagy séta után, elkezdett az eső is esni, és nem volt még készen, az már kicsit kellemetlen volt 2 gyerekkel! Valamint utolsó éjszakánkon a szomszédba éjszaka érkeztek vendégek, akik valamiért szintúgy nem tudták elfoglalni időben a helyüket, és nagyon hangosan hosszasan a folyosón próbálgatták a kódjukat, amivel nem tudtak bemenni a szállasukra. Nagyon zavaró volt.

Inga svar på meddelanden till värden innan ankomst, flera försök att kontakta dem via meddelanden och mail utan respons. Kändes rent och fräscht i grunden, men de hade glömt att städa golvet - smulor, sand, damm och matrester under matbordet. Taket i badrummet var lagat med well-papp.

W sypialni brakowało szafek nocnych oraz lampek, co obniżało komfort pobytu. Meble balkonowe były zniszczone i wyraźnie zużyte. Sejf nie działał – mimo zgłoszenia problemu i prośby o wymianę baterii, nie podjęto żadnej interwencji. Dodatkowo uchwyt w kabinie prysznicowej był uszkodzony, przez co korzystanie z prysznica wymagało trzymania słuchawki w ręku. Brak informacji o tym, że apartament 120 metrów to 2 oddzielne apartamenty.
- Stefano (5/5): Ottima posizione, presenza di barriere architettoniche non segnalate e divano sporco da rimuovere. - Ottima posizione. Buono il prezzo. Tranne il divano sporco e le barriere architettoniche non segnalate, l' appartamento non è male. All'atto della prenotazione, il sito riportava il logo del disabile riferendo la possibilità di accedere ai piani superiori mediante ascensore, lasciando erroneamente intendere che non vi fossero barriere architettoniche. In realtà, entrati in struttura, arrivati al piano dell'appartamento locato, all'apertura della porta dell'ascensore, abbiamo trovato un "piccolissimo" pianerottolo e una rampa di accesso all'appartamento molto stretta e ripida, composta da ben 9 gradini. Tradotto in termini pratici, per chi ha una disabilità motoria, è pericoloso e quasi impossibile accedere alla struttura. Pertanto, sarebbe opportuno, e sicuramente meno ingannevole, eliminare il logo per disabili e riportare tra le caratteristiche della struttura, la presenza di scalinate strette, ripide e composte da ben nove gradini, che in ogni caso bisogna superare per entrare nell'appartamento. Tutto questo permetterebbe al cliente di trovare una struttura realmente adeguata alle proprie necessità. Altra cosa da segnalare il divano, dove erano state messe delle lenzuola per nascondere delle macchie veramente disgustose.
- Nadine (7/5): - Gute Lage, die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genug Platz für 4 Personen geboten. Die Wände sind recht hellhörig also empfehle ich, Oropax einzupacken - so hatte ich keine Probleme! Man bekommt vor Reiseantritt eine Code zugeschickt, mit welchem man das Gebäude und die entsprechende Wohnung betreten kann - super, denn so hat man keinen lästigen Schlüssel herumzutragen! Eine Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war leider nicht möglich. Bereits vor Reiseantritt hatte ich versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, weil ich wissen wollte, ob es möglich sei, die Koffer vor der offiziellen Check-In Zeit wo abzugeben (Spoiler: ja). Weder vor noch an unserem Anreisetag bzw. im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes bekam ich auf diese und weitere Fragen eine Antwort. Am Anreisetag hatten wir das Glück im Gebäude auf eine super liebe Reinigungsdame zu treffen, die uns den Raum zeigte, in dem wir die Koffer bis zum Check-in lassen konnten.

La barriera è assolutamente pericolosa e invalicabile - Posizione eccellente, vicino alla Sagrada Familia, allo snodo della metro e si mezzo pubblico più importanti. A due passi anche da Barceloneta e dal Barrio Gotico La casa pulita ed accogliente. Ambienti ampi, luminosi e confortevoli. Apprezzabile la disponibilità dell'host e del personale di servizio. Gli appartamenti presentano barriere per disabili motori. L'ascensore è grande, va bene per la sedia a rotelle ma non esiste pianerottolo per una uscita in sicurezza dall'ascensore e ci sono almeno 8 gradini (in salita o in discesa) da percorrere per arrivare all'appartamento. La scala è molto stretta e ripida. Una persona con disabilità motoria non vi potrebbe mai accedere con la sedia a rotelle o col girello. Bisognerebbe indicare questo limite molto importante nella descrizione della casa per non trarre in inganno gli ospiti disabili. Divani e cuscini di sedie un po' sporchi (da uso sciatto di altri avventori).

- maria luiza (9/5): Excelente custo benefício e cordialidade e educação dos funcionários nota dez! - Organização, pontualidade e cordialidade do staff. A funcionária foi muito educada e gentil durante todo o tempo, e nos permitiu guardar a bagagem após o check in, de forma muito cortês. Na verdade, gostei de tudo. Porém, achei que o banheiro (local de banho) pode ser muito pequeno para pessoas grandes ou idosos. No meu caso, não me atrapalhou.

- Hanna (8/5): Excellent area and service, needs better maintenance - The main highlight of this apartment is definitely the location. Eixample is a safe, pleasant, and very convenient area, and we were very happy to stay there. Arc de Triumph is about 10 minutes away, El Born around 15 minutes, the Gothic Quarter about 20–25 minutes, and Sagrada Familia within a 15-minute walk. Many major sights are easily reachable on foot, so we rarely needed public transportation. There’s a large Carrefour just a couple of blocks away, along with plenty of small shops, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. Tetuan metro station is about a 5-minute walk. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful — extra blankets and towels were provided upon request, and when we ran out of dishwasher detergent, it was delivered the next day. The building felt secure with code access, the kitchen was well equipped and fully functional, and overall the apartment was generally clean. That said, for the price, we expected a bit more attention to detail and maintenance. The furniture is quite simple and minimal, and some elements felt slightly worn. The fridge was leaking during our stay, a faucet was a bit loose, and the sofa mechanism didn’t function properly. The shutters were also difficult to use. There are a few small improvements that could make a big difference — adding hooks for coats, a luggage rack, a shelf in the shower for toiletries, and more regular-size mugs. The bedrooms are compact and simply furnished, and the layout feels more practical than cozy. There were also minor cleanliness details in the bathroom that could be improved. Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the location and responsiveness of the host, but with some updates and better maintenance, the apartment could fully match its price point.

No check in mandaram informação para entrar, queria tirar uma dúvida do horário da chegada no apt, mas ninguém me respondeu, estávamos dormindo e fomos acordados umas 3 da manhã com uma pessoa tocando a campainha e batendo a porta querendo entrar no apt, ficamos em pânico, mandamos mensagem e nada, ou seja, nao existiu. De certa forma passa uma insegurança vc nao ver a quem recorrer.

Brak szafy czy wieszaka również w tej sypialni. Przy wynajmie dla dwóch par jedna niestety nie ma gdzie rozlokować swoich rzeczy. Druga sypialnia w pełni wyposażona. Brak deski do krojenia w kuchni.

Ściany są już wyraźnie zabrudzone, a w łazience płytki wymagały dokładniejszego sprzątania. Prysznic sprawiał wrażenie starego i zaniedbanego, a dodatkowo brakowało podstawowych kosmetyków. Gospodarz przekazał w informacji że jest żelazko a nigdzie go nie znalazłam. Rzeczywisty wygląd apartamentu znacząco odbiegał od tego, co prezentowały zdjęcia w ofercie. Problemem było również przejście do części jadalnej — nie było o tym wcześniej żadnej informacji. W jednej z sypialni znajdowało się łóżko piętrowe, które było skrzypiące i niestabilne, co obniżało komfort snu. Podsumowując, apartament ma potencjał, ale w obecnym stanie i standardzie nie jest wart tej ceny.

- Damjan (9/5): An excellent and very pleasant stay in a great location – we would happily return again. - The apartment is in a great location in the Eixample area. Shops, cafés, and a pharmacy are just around the corner, and many major attractions can be reached within a few minutes’ walk. The apartment is spacious enough and comfortable for a stay of four people. Communication and check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, so there was no need to contact the host if you read them carefully 😉 Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend the apartment. For four people, the wardrobe space is somewhat limited and not very practical. The wardrobe was missing shelves, hanging space was available only on one side, and one sliding door was damaged. Replacing it with a larger and newer wardrobe would further improve the comfort of the stay.

Leider viel zu wenig Geschirr. Bei 4 Personen müsste man ständig die Spülmaschine anstellen, nicht sehr Umweltfreundlich. Die Wohnung könnte etwas sauberer sein (Küchenfronten, Fliesen im Bad). Betten waren aber sehr sauber!

Le bruit dans l’immeuble, les portes très bruyantes et le bruit juste en dehors de l’immeuble qui est permanent. Le manque de communication avec l’hôte.
