• Karol (8/5): We recommend that apartment for sure - Location was very helpful for all our trips in Barcelona Definitely the owner have to prepare the cutting board, but for us it was not a big problem of course. The bedroom connected with the staircase makes it not the ideal place for sleeping when neighbors came back during the night, but fortunately it was only twice during our six days stay😊

• Joana (8/5): Bom local para famílias - Gostei da localização, perto do Metro e da Sagrada Família, com supermercado e restaurantes perto. Cozinha bem equipada para cozinhar e fazer refeições. Máquina de lavar roupa deu jeito. Casa bem equipada, sem luxos. Colchões e almofadas confortáveis, toalhas boas e em quantidade suficiente. Duche bom, com luz natural. Limpeza boa. Barulho dos vizinhos. Uma noite com festa no andar acima com muito barulho até às 00h. Nos dias de semana de manhã muito barulho no quarto interior que dá para a zona comum do prédio, elevadores. Não tinha máquina de lavar loiça, como anunciado. Mas acho preferível que tenha máquina de lavar roupa.

• Jutta (5/5): wir haben viel gesehen, sind viel gelaufen und haben gut gegessen - Die Lage war Optimal Die beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein und laut. Die Toilette winzig. Nichts für Leute mit Platzangst. Kein Schlüssel. Das Bad- kleine Duschnische mit Waschbecken, geschätzte 2,5 qm. Zugang von der Küche aus. Abtrocknen im Bad nicht möglich, dazu musste man in die Küche. Die Möbel insgesamt haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Da wir jedoch nur zum Schlafen dort waren und die Lage echt optimal war, war es insgesamt ok. Ein zweites Mal würden wir die Wohnung allerdings nicht mieten.

• Ela (10/5): Excellent location and host. - Mar the host was very helpful. Let us leave our bags after check out as our plane was late. Also helped sort out a taxi for a wedding venue. Was contactable when needed help. Location was excellent close to many tapas restaurants and 10 mins walk from Sagrada Familia. The toilet and bathroom are a bit small.
• Michel (6/5): Not for light sleepers and lack of fire prevention - Very weĺl located, near the Sagrada Familia et metro stations. The owner is very friendly and cooperative. This apartment is not for light sleepers; the elevator is very noisy, some tenants take it even in the wee hours of the night, and the soundproofing of the apartment is poor. In addition, fire safety measures are non-existent. The balcony is not really usable.
• Rosie (10/5): Great location - very easy to get around - The location was fantastic - only a few minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia (thoroughly recommend that too!). There were loads of cafes and restaurants nearby and the bonus of lots of metro stations too. Despite being really central it was reasonably quiet. one bedroom had extensive noise from the lift and another has noise from the neighbours due to the Spanish lifestyle being very different from ours. No lock on the toilet.

• Eszter (9/5): Great location, spacious and convenient - Suberb location, close to the metro station, equipped with everything what could be needed for 5 persons. The communication with the owner was scarce; we couldn't make contact once we've got the keys even in case of questions.

• Paula (8/5): Very good - The communication with the host was very nice and clear. They were even very helpful in storing our luggage before check-in time, so we could start to discover the city. Great location, only a few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. The apartment was ideal for our family (2 adults and 2 kids)—just a little bit small bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great.
• Adishaq (9/5): Great week in Barcelona - Location. We were able to walk to all major objectives. The host was so kind and allowed us to leave later, because our flight was scheduled in the evening. Not being necessary to carry the luggage with us gave us the opportunity to explore at ease Barcelona for another few hours. A refresh could raise the value of the apartment.
• Sonia (8/5): Small but cute aparment with welcoming hosts - The owners were very flexible - they waited for us for a super late check in with a warm welcome and were overall very responsive and attentive. The apartment is in a good location, walking distance to main sights. The second bedroom is quite small and the window is facing inwards to the building interior, so for hot nights it might not be very comfortable with little airflow. Overall the kitchen and bathroom is small but since we spent most time outside it didn’t bother us.

The apartment was very small for a family of 5 and expensive. - Communication with the host was easy and they were flexible on check-in and check-out. It was very small and very expensive for what little space we had. It was noisy outside and the apartment was in need of a deep clean.

• Markéta (9/5): Superb - Sensitively renovated apartment in a historic building is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It's a good place to sleep, the mattresses are very comfortable and all the windows face the courtyard. The location in town is great, many beautiful places are within walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. During our February stay we really appreciated the functional and easy to use heating. The host was very helpful.
