• Michał (2/5): Obiekt wymaga kapitalnego remontu. - Tylko lokalizacja i personel dają plus. Obiekt zniszczony. Standard poniżej minimum. Połamane meble, rozbite ściany, brudne ręczniki, brak ciepłej wody dla wszystkich. Obiekt nie sprzątany. Brud do zbierania szpachelką. Dramat.

• Arnaud (4/5): Décevant - L’emplacement, appartement particulièrement bien situé La propreté générale laisse à désirer. L’appartement est censé accueillir 19 personnes et il manque de matériel : verres, tasses, couverts (nous avons dû acheter des couverts en plastique), couverture (la climatisation réversible est cassée dans de nombreuses pièces et nous avons eu froid) ; chaises pour s’asseoir tous autour de la table ; équipement minimaliste dans la cuisine pour l’entretien: pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, 1 pastille pour le lave vaisselle, 1 petit kit pour laver la vaisselle. Les photos ne sont pas réalistes : l’ensemble est vieillot et manque d’entretien. C’est dommage, l’endroit pourrait être superbe.

• Russell (5/5): Wouldn’t stay here again. Spend the money and go somewhere else. - Location was about the only good thing The air conditioning didn’t work. The apartment smelled like sewer. The staff were super rude about any noise in the evening (which any body in Barcelona knows dinner is at like 10pm).

• Bradshaw (8/5): great location made it a good rendez-vous for all of us during the day, thoroughly enjoyed - location great, beds so comfy and so much room. plenty of towels for guests and just a great apartment overall the en suite bathroom shower is quite awkward to use, water gets on the floor and the shower curtain is annoying. other than that though nothing to complain about

• Lennart (8/5): Great location, value for money with a group! - A living room and a good breakfast table A dishwasher! -It has 3 bathrooms of which one en-suite. But one of the normal bathrooms has two showers in it, very illogical if you are not a family -Can be very noisy at night, from both sides (balcony echoing, busiest street in Barca on other side)
• Sanchez (4/5): The apartment was adequate but I would not recommend this stay for others in the future. - I’ll start with the positives. The location was central and there were plenty of beds to accommodate our entire party. Overall the beds were comfortable but the sheets did not fit properly and kept coming off. As far as improvements, this apartment had a much unmet potential. The first problem came when we arrived to the apartment and we discovered we had to pick up the key at a location nearly a mile away. The kitchen was not stocked and did not allow us to cook. It a family is hoping to eat it, it’s really not possible. The apartment was very dirty to the point where our socks would get dirty while walking around the apartment. There was one dish towel for the whole apartment and only one shower towel per bed. One showers was also too hot to use. There were loose floor tiles throughout the apartment and water damage on the laminate floors. The clothes dryer also did not work well and kept turning off. Another things this should be noted is the number of stairs to enter the apartment. There were 65 stairs to climb to get to the apartment and although there was an elevator, it was only for residents. This was a problem in that our disabled and elderly parents struggled to climbed five flights of stairs.
• Guochang (6/5): Poorly maintained and managed - Spacious Poorly managed, or maintained. Broken door and floor, water damaged wall and bathroom faucets and door. Very noisy streets with very heavy traffic all night. Doesn’t allow us to use elevator. Unresponsive staffs.
• Christine (7/5): Good - Was in a good location but we did find it very noisy at night from all the traffic. We found it very annoying that we had to go to the office to pick up the key. As we are all in our 70s climbing up the steep steps to the apartment was quite difficult at times too esp when there is a lift that we were not able to use.
• Mia (8/5): Great location, perfect for large groups. - Great size, comfy beds, perfect for what we needed. Perfect location. Just needs a little tlc, but totally liveable.
• Giovanni (8/5): Very good - Very spacious and price is good . Very Central and easy to access. There is space for very large groups, although the house needs some renovation. Could be a bit more clean but overall is okay . Value for money is high if you are not looking to something exceptional

• Sophie (6/5): Fine but customer service poor after check in - Good location, and space for a group of people. You have to collect the key 15 minutes away from the apartment which wasn’t an issue and had quick responses in the lead up to this. On checking in we found we only had 1 key and I tried twice to get in touch to find the second set, for a group this was quite annoying only having 1 set for people heading to bed at different times and unable to get in. I had no response about this - and then found that money had been taken from my deposit which was returned a week later for the loss of a set of keys. I sent pictures to show I messaged about this on arrival at the property and still have not heard back after 2 weeks to get this money returned to me. There was a strong emphasis on no noise which for a group of 10 people can be tricky, when actually there is noise disturbances from other flats in the building.
