• Mrdjan Miki Milan (9/5): Komfort for familier... - Rent og pænt. Centralt beliggende. Alt fungerede af apparater. Hjælpsom vært - Lucas. Vinduerne i dagligstuen kunne ikke låses.

• Angela (8/5): - Está muy bien ubicado, la cocina está bien equipada Hay mucho ruido en la calle, pues hay un local que vende comidas y cerveza y la gente suele estar hasta medianoche allí, hay bastante ruido. Estuvimos 14 días y no enviaron servicio de limpieza, nos dijeron que teníamos que pagarlo de forma adicional, 25 euros la hora, aunque nos cobraron 140 euros por limpieza extra cuando reservamos.
• Mirko (6/5): - Il dialogo con lo staff Mille problemi già da l inizio Ogni poco un messaggio (che sembrava quasi un ricatto) con scritto per esempio: per cosa venite qui in vacanza? "Se non rispondete entro 72 ore vi annulliamo la prenotazione (tra l'altro già pagata)" Oppure: quanti anni avete? (Nonostante avessero tutti i nostri documenti fronte retro e codice fiscale tutto in pdf) "se non riprendete entro 4 ore annulliamo la prenotazione!" INSOMMA 1000 PROBLEMI VERAMENTE UNO SCHIFO TOTALE. COMUNICAZIONE ZERO Quando poi siamo arrivati abbiamo anche dovuto aspettare perché ci scrivevano da 2 numeri whatsapp, email e booking. Quindi potete immaginare, tra scendere da l'aereo, pullman, metropolitana, valige. . . UN DEGENERO!!! CERCATE ALTROVE!
• Francesca (7/5): Posizione buona proprio davanti alla fermata dell’autobus V13 linea diretta con Plaza de Cataluna. - Le 3 camere con il proprio bagno. Gli spazi ampi e la cucina. La ragazza Ximena ci ha aspettato e stata carina e gentile. Nel soggiorno non funzionavano i faretti di illuminazione ed ha segnalato subito ai proprietari, ma per il nostro soggiorno non si è visto nessuno a ripararli. I muri sporchi da molto tempo, i faretti del soggiorno che non hanno funzionato, la polvere sulle piante finte.
• carol (4/5): - It was impossible to register on the umpteen forms sent and the raft of information requested even when trying to do it in the presence of the agent. There was no information given about check out. The bathrooms were good and the apartment clean apart from that it was worn, jaded, unloved and slightly depressing. The locations was where I needed to be but for holiday makes it was noisy and not that convenient.
• Evgeny (9/5): Хорошая просторная квартира со всем необходимым в центре Барселоны. - Просторная квартира. Находится в хорошем районе, в пешей доступности от достопримечательностей. В квартире есть всё, что нужно для жилья - и на кухне и в ванных. В квартире было очень чисто и эстетично. Под окнами находится кафе и дорога, так что ночью очень шумно (если вы не можете спать при шуме, то этот вариант не для вас). С заселением были небольшие проблемы - нужно указывать точно время приезда.

• Alcom (6/5): Basic, no-frills stay. Decent value for money - Very smooth check-in and friendly host who gave us the keys. Location of the property was decent. Rooms were clean when handed over to us. Decent value. 3rd bedroom was v small. V small bathroom/shower. We were not expecting this. Rooms were never cleaned during our stay. We stayed for 6 nights. Locker was not working. Some walls, etc. needed repair/painting.

• Ralu (9/5): Superb - Communicating with the host was extremely easy and they proved to be very trustworthy. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The air conditioning works well. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. They even greeted us with a few pods of coffee. The location is peeerrrrfect. We never used the bus because we could walk easily to many landmarks. We felt very comfortable overall during our stay and we found it to be great value for money. And it was clean. The apartment was a bit different than what we expected from the photos. It is not that large, but it isn t crammed either. The furniture and appliances are not very new, and there were signs of wear an tear. But overall, for our group which was only adults, was a great experience.

Stay Uniqe go the extra mile and they even gave me a gift and card for my birthday! they made our stay an absolutely brilliant experience. Apartment was clean spacious and cozy. I’ll be booking with them again!
