• Florence (7/5): - L'emplacement, proximité des transports en commun, l'accueil Le manque de matériel dans l'appartement : pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, le store de la chambre ne fonctionne pas... Manque de vaisselle ( un seul bol, pas de mug...) Le plus embêtant est que la salle de bain donne directement dans la chambre, sans porte... pas très agréable à certains moments!

• Ana Cristina (1/5): Be careful with this apartment. - I do not recommend it. They asked for a copy of my document.I believe they only did this to collect personal data in order to cancel the reservation an hour beforehand; I found this behavior suspicious.
• Simonetta (5/5): Un disastro - La posizione , bagno grande Ultimo piano senza ascensore con scale molto ripide ( non era indicato nel sito) , io ho problemi con 1 ginocchio quindi è stato faticoso. L'appartamento freddo, niente riscaldamento a parte una stufetta elettrica che non riusciva a riscaldare il bagno. Doccia rotta, quindi ho dovuto usare la vasca da bagno e lo scarico del lavandino rotto.

• Zlatka (3/5): The facilities are not apt for the price of 1477 euros for 7 nights. - The location was very close to the Language school. There was NOT a door on the toilet!!!! The flat manager didn’t tell us we had to clean the air conditioner water from the bucket on the balcony, the water dripped in the room, over my luggage. The floor was not clean. The fridge camera was in frozen. We wanted to keep the ice inside and it was not possible. We needed to work in the afternoon and there’s no place to sit and write, the table in the kitchen was foldable. The towels were very old and rough. We should be told in advance that the bedroom and the toilet are a one space. We would not accept it if we knew. The stairs were very short for suitcases and we had to climb up to the third floor.
