• Michał (9/5): Viva la Barca - Położenie apartamentu stanowi znakomitą bazę wypadową do zwiedzania uroków Barcelony, a wygodne łóżka pomagają się zregenerować po całym dniu eksploracji miasta :) Bardzo cienkie ściany, słuchać sąsiadów jakby mieszkali w pokoju obok. Podczas oglądania telewizji ktoś zgłosił ten fakt gospodarzowi, a miało to miejsce o godz. 22.04, bardzo przykre doświadczenie.

Appartamento situato in una zona strategica a 5 minuti dalla Sagrada Familia. Le camere erano tutte spaziose, pulite. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. L’ambiente è molto accogliente, luminoso e la posizione ottima, al centro della città. Non ci è mancato davvero niente e ci siamo goduti appieno il soggiorno, ma con la sensazione e la comodità di casa. Fantastic stay with my wife and three other friends. The apartment is located in a strategic area, 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. All rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was always helpful and kind. The environment is very welcoming, bright, and the location is excellent, in the city center. We really didn't lack anything and we fully enjoyed our stay, but with the feeling and comfort of home. Consiglio asciare un paio di bottigliette d'acqua. I recommend leaving a couple of small bottles of water.

• Stafford (6/5): - Location on avenguda de gaudi was excellent. Lots of cafes and local restaurants walkable as well as market and pharmacy. I told the host which train we would arrive on. We got to the property and had to wait 1.5 hrs for him to arrive and check us in so were stuck sitting there with our luggage. Barely gave us any linens. 1 small towel per person. Pillows might as well have been non existent, they were so flat. It would be nice if they invested a few euros in linens and bed furnishings.

• Marina (7/5): Bien para un par de noches, repetiría - - La zona estaba muy bien, buena ubicación cerca de la sagrada familia y en un barrio tranquilo y algo de ocio (bares) - El apartamento es como en las fotos a pesar de que algunos muebles no correspondan con la foto (ejemplo de sofá y mueble del baño) - La comunicación con los propietarios fue muy fluida y facilitan toda la información muy rápido. Muy buen trato. - Todas las necesidades estaban (toallas, menajería, etc) - El aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección y siempre había agua caliente. REPETIRIAMOS - Las camas y almohadas no eran cómodas, eran demasiado blandas. - Bastante dejadas las habitaciones, las paredes muy manchadas y sucias (sobre todo la habitación individual) - Cobran 30€ en efectivo por hacer el check in después de las 21:00 ya que van ellos mismos a darte las llaves (PERO OJO LO INDICAN!, no es ninguna sorpresa), pero entiendo que se podría mejorar facilitando una entrada autónoma y evitando sobrecostes. - Las paredes son muy finas por lo que al mínimo ruido los vecinos se quejan. Éramos 5 y al llegar sobre las 22:45 hicimos ruido como es normal porque no eramos pocas personas, y llamaron rápidamente a quejarse. Están muy perseguidos los turistas de alquileres (Esto no es una queja ya que son las normas, pero entiendo que se debería poder hacer ruido hasta las 23:59) REPETIRIAMOS

We were also greeted in person when we got there. Did I mention location yet? Bathroom was a bit small, but that comes with these older apartments.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to great food, bars, and attractions near by. Perfect amount of space for 4 people. Washing machine in good condition.

Marc and Xavi were super kind and warm welcoming us for introducing all the essentiel info for our staying. The apartment is well equipped, location perfect to reach several monuments, and the terrace is lovely with a view of Sagrada Familia! Wonderful staying for our girls trip. Definitely recommended ! There is only one bathroom. It's quite okay for us as close friends but if you are more than 4, need to take it as a consideration.

Nothing they can do. Take ear plugs next time.

The area is nice, there's a very good bakery right in front and the service was excellent. It was very easy meeting them and getting the key and they gave us all the info we needed. I definitely recommend this as an affordable option in Barcelona. Everything was great.

• Frans (6/5): Fairly central but in need of an upgrade - The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 4. it was fairly central close the Sagrada Familia and public transport. Getting the key was easy. The bathroom door could not close properly which was quite uncomfortable, and there is no extractor fan. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The apartment seems dated and in need of an upgrade. Considering the price we paid I expected a better experience.

Surrounded by countless cafés and restaurants. Well stocked supermarket 5 mins walk (Caprabo). Well maintained older style apartment. Great WiFi reception. Functioning kitchen and washing machine. Great option if looking for a reasonably priced self-catering apartment. Outstanding communication with property management company. Note that there's only 1 bathroom/toilet. Fine for a family, but does require some organisation if travelling with friends. We were a party of 5 adults, some used the shower in the evening, others in the morning as otherwise there wasn't enough hot water.

• Karina (9/5): Excellent apartment near La Sagrada Familia. - Location was excellent! Very spacious apartment. The downside was the noise at the bars on the street up till 2 am. But you could easily wear an ear plugs. Also the water tank was very small for two or three people take hot showers. But it was advised by the owner and I also read it on some reviews. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We would definitely stay there again and refer it to friends and family.

Very clean and spacious for a family of 4. Being picky here but hot water did not last long enough for all the family to shower, a larger tank or combi boiler would have been better.

Very little hot water - we ran out right away - so we put everyone on rations - to shut the water off and on during soaping up and rinsing - we still ran out. Only 5 people. So one showered the night before - and by the fourth one in the morning it was all out again.
• Karen (10/5): Beautiful Barcelona Apartment for my family - We loved the beautiful spacious apartment, less than 5 minutes stroll to the stunning La Sagrada Familia .There was everything that you could need in it. The kitchen was well equipped including a big fridge freezer,dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The balcony had a table and chairs on looking over the tree lined avenue.The three bedrooms were great with 2 double rooms and one single room. The apartment had Aircon / heating. The bathroom had a shower in as well as a hairdryer and straighteners in the drawers. There is a tube station around the corner so very accessable to other parts of Barcelona, although we walked from sight to sight as far as the beach and only used the tube to return. The tube ( for football fans) took my husband and daughter directly to Camp Nou. Ricardo who was at the apartment to warmly great us took time to show us sights of interest on the map, as well as pointing us in the right direction of the nearest metro station, super markets and recommended bakery. Check-in was simple and able to be done online before we arrived. Ricardo was able to be contacted via WhatsApp and we felt we were able to contact easily. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return one day ☺️ Everything was fabulous!

• Roman (7/5): Very central and close to metro, good for a short holiday, helpful staff. - Good location, close to metro station . The staff is super friendly, responsive and always there to help. The balcony was nice. Overall it is a good property for a short stay, nothing fancy but if you live the rhythm of Spain, the noisy outside, will not be a problem. The apartment has signs of age and some refurbishment would be a plus. The windows are not sound proofed. This would be a great advantage due to the busy location. As others mentioned already there is in the bathroom and kitchen from time to time sewage odours. What helped was to cover the drain. Thanks a lot to the staff providing the plugs.

We just didn’t like the bugs around the house - It was very close to La Sagrada Familia and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Very accessible to transportations It has many bugs like gnats, and it was quite noisy at night, there were a lot of thumping behind the walls
