• Giampaolo (9/5): I came once and I decided to come back. Great assistance! - I liked the location, being able to open the door through the App, that the flat was cozy, and the assistance by Whatsapp. I also liked the WIFI and the Smart TV. The filters of the heater and air conditioning have to be changed (and those same machines are rather old). The bathroom and the kitchen are a bit small but there is all the necessary
• Samir (1/5): 300 euro withheld refund, no hot water during half our stay - Location... We had to pay 300 euros deposit, that we now 2 weeks later still haven't been refunded. We didn't have hot water the first 2.5 days of our stay (couldn't shower our kids), the property don't give any physical keys, so you have to use your phone and that can be very inconvenient if you run out of battery.
• Kasperska (7/5): Ogólnie mieszkanie przyjemne, ale polecam osobom które nie mają w zwyczaju późnego chodzenia spać (my wieczorami statali - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wiele atrakcji turystycznych do 25 min na piechotę, bezproblemowy check in, dobre wyposażenie mieszkania Słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem, bardzo cienkie ściany, sąsiadka przychodziła do nas co chwilę nawet gdy nie obowiązywała cisza nocna (nie było włączonej muzyki, ani głośnych rozmów, po prostu nie spaliśmy i korzystaliśmy z łazienki)

• Gediminas (1/5): Bad - The apartment is good, stylish. In a good city location. Our story was tragic: the flight was delayed, so we arrived at the apartment late (about 11:30 pm). We registered in the Sweet app. When we arrived, we couldn't unlock the front door! We tried to call - the phone was turned off, SMS doesn't respond, the app robot doesn't work, no one communicated on the Booking platform either.. We were left standing on the street with three small children, with all our suitcases, we waited until 3 o'clock in the morning, everyone was extremely tired. Then we were forced to book another accommodation, which cost us 350 eur/night. The next morning, I tried to communicate with Sweet again, but there was silence from their side.. We had to move out of the new place of accommodation by 11 am, so around 10 am we decided to extend the stay for one more night (for another 300 eur...). Then (after booking another night at another hotel) SweetInn started communicating through the app. I explained that out of the 3 days of our stay, we were already forced to spend two days in another hotel (the price for two nights with transport was 700 euros). SweetInn apologized, admitted that something was broken.. And offered to compensate for 1 night, i.e. about 200 euros, because "this is their company policy". So SweetInn is really not that SWEET, rather salty. Decide for yourself if this is the right behavior from SWEETINN..
• Farhan (1/5): Checking was so difficult and not guest friendly at all, they have charged additional deposit as wel - Beg drop service I am travelling since 2022 around the world, and this was one of my worst experiences. For sure not recommended for families.

• Caoimhe (7/5): Good - The apartment was a good size for a family of 5 in a short stay. Lots of towels were provided along with essentials for cooking and toiletries. Really easy access in and out Advertised as free parking close by but we couldn't find any and ended up booking our car into a prepaid parking garage for our stay. The apartment is very overlooked which means little privacy and the bathroom is tiny
