Kateryna (9/5): - Пішли на зустріч щодо раннього заїзду, доглянута будівля, чудове місце розташування, легкий доступ до помешкання. Є фен, одноразовий набір для кухні, посудомийки, прання, посуд, вода у холодильнику, чиста постіль та гарні матраци, праска та дошка для прасування. Клімат контроль. Ліфт новий та працює. Доступне прибирання, чудова комунікація. Потребує легкого косметичного ремонту, але нічого критичного і це нормально для такого завантаження. Щодо шуму з вулиці - трохи чути у головній спальні через старі вікна, але це одне з найпопулярніших міст Європи, тож не критично. Все ж таки, ви не у готелі, який коштуватиме значно дорожче.

severine (9/5): - Le quartier arboré et propre. L'accès a 2 lignes de métro a 5 minutes et le bus devant la porte. L'immeuble est bien sécurisé, des magasins d'alimentation au pied de l'appartement, il y a tout juste ce qu'il faut en équipement si on prend majoritairement les repas en extérieur On entend vraiment beaucoup les bruits de la rue mais c'est le cas un peu partout dans barcelone. La chambre avec les 2 petits lits ainsi que la cuisine sont borgnes : une lucarne seulement qui donne sur une cours intérieur donc pas de lumière.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well maintained. There are several supermarkets and numerous restaurants (serving the local food) nearby the property. Besides, there are buses right outside of the property building gate and lead to Barcelona Airport. In any case, we really enjoyed our stay.

Domagoj (9/5): Obiteljsko opuštanje - Udobnost apartmana je na zavidnoj razini. Dugo nisam tako dobro spavao na putu - kreveti i jastuci su vrhunski. Apartman je u neposrednoj blizini trgovina i pekare, 15 min hoda od ''La Ramble'', ispred zgrade nalazi se autobusna stanica koja, između ostalog, vodi i direktno u zračnu luku. Pored zgrade nalaze se dva ''luggage storage'' što je bilo vrhunski obzirom smo došli vrlo rano, a u smještaj smo mogli tek iza 16h. Apartman, iako mu se vide tragovi korištenja, ima dušu i vrlo je ugodan za obiteljski odmor! Lagano osvježenje interijera ne bi škodilo.

Sicuramente lo consiglierei Dal bagno proviene un odore di umidità ma la cosa è facilmente risolvibile lasciando un po' aperta la finestra

Anna Bindas (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, cisza w mieszkaniu, wyposażenie zgodne z opisem. Bardzo czysto, są podstawowe kosmetyki, cukier, sól, pieprz, płyn do naczyń, ściereczka. Zupełnie wystarczająca ilość naczyń i wyposażenia w kuchni. Mieszkanie zabezpieczone jest zamkiem elektronicznym. Jeżeli zamknęłam mieszkanie od środka z aplikacji ( nie było innej możliwości) wystąpiła by sytuacja awaryjna np. nie ma prądu, internetu -a takie sytuacje się niestety zdarzają- z tego lokalu zostaje odcięta możliwość wyjścia... Zastanowiłabym się na miejscu zarządcy nad pozostawieniem kompletu kluczy do dyspozycji gości. Względy bezpieczeństwa i rozsądek za tym przemawiają. To jedyna rzecz która mi się nie podobała.

Astrid (7/5): Gut, mit Abstrichen. - Recht zentral, gute Bäckerei nebenan, Airportbus vor der Haustür, genug Platz für 4 Personen. Gute Matratzen. Grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung, die man jedenfalls buchen kann. Es roch etwas muffig, besonders im Bad, vielleicht einfach normal in altem Gemäuer - man kann Fenster öffnen. Keinerlei Kontakt mit irgendwem. Keine Info, wo der Müll hin kann, der bei 4 Personen nach 5 Tagen anfällt, eine Rolle Müllsäcke wäre nett gewesen. Der Ofen funktionierte nicht, was uns leider erst auffiel, nachdem wir Sachen zum Aufbacken besorgt hatten. das Display der Klima/Heizung ging auch nicht, bescherte uns kühle erste Nacht im Februar. Aber all das ist ja reparierbar.

Lander (9/5): Excelente apartamento con una ubicación estuenda. - El apartamento es muy bonito, muy cuidado y en un edificio señorial. La interacción con la empresa muy buena, amables y sin interjerencias. Ni un solo problema. Volveré. Algo ruidoso por la noche por el tema de los aires acondicionados/calefactores. No conseguí poner en marcha el calefactor de la habitación. Un mal menor.

Adrianne (6/5): Boa acomodação, mas necessita de cuidados - Apartamento visualmente moderno e bonito. Cozinha completa, com todo o necessário e muito bem equipada. Diferencial de ter máquina de lavar. Dormitório confortável. Tolhas de banho grandes e muito macias. Alguns mercados próximos e a 2 quarteirões da estação Urgell do metrô. Bem em frente está o ponto de ônibus que leva direto ao Aeroporto (linha AeroBus). Sofá cama necessita de urgentes reparos. O "colchão" já está bem gasto. As venezianas estavam quebradas, não fechavam por completo e deixavam a luz e o vento entrar dia e noite. Banheiro com mau odor, descarga com problemas e falta de água quente no chuveiro (por 2 dias só tivemos água gelada no auge do inverno). Apesar de ter televisão, só conseguimos usar no terceiro dia, após diversos pedidos na administração. O código de acesso à porta do edifício também falhou algumas vezes. Em uma delas tivemos que pedir para outro hóspede abrir para nós.

I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely - Central location, close to everything, shops, restaurants, metro stations. The ease of checking in and out is great, it was so simple. I would definitely use this service again. It was really clean and had everything you need for a stay. The only thing we noted that it needed a slight renovation, a few touches here and there.

edison (2/5): - Έχοντας πάει έξη φορές Βαρκελώνη αυτή την φορά επέλεξα να μείνω σε σπίτι αντί για ξενοδοχείο. Το σπίτι άνετο για μία οικογένεια με 2 παιδια, σχετικά κοντά με το κέντρο για εμέναν πού γνωρίζω τήν Βαρκελώνη Ακριβώς από κάτω η στάση του λεωφορείου για το αεροδρόμιο και επίσης δίπλα για να αφήσεις τής βαλίτσες κατά το τσεκ ούτ. Είχε τα απαραίτητα για μαγείρεμα και πρωινό. Δυστυχώς βρόμικο σκισμένο σεντόνια καναπές για πετάμε το παρκέ και η πόρτες τής πολύ χάλια, η ηλεκτρονική κλειδαριά τής πόρτας δεν άνοιγε από μέσα χωρίς τήν χρήση εφαρμογής, Απαγορεύεται το κάπνισμα αλλά το χασίς επιτρέπεται μάλλον γιατί όλο το κτίριο μυρίζει χασίς. Επίσης η μπαλκονοπορτα χαλασμένη

Anna (8/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Etwas abgenutzt, aber trotzdem sauber und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Gute Zentrale Lage. Es war sehr hellhörig (Treppenhaus, Getrampel, Straßenverkehr). Daran kann aber, denke ich, nichts ändern. Es ist ein altes Haus.

Martina (7/5): - I enjoyed the district and the area around very much, it is safe, not too crowdy, yet very central and with its local area spirit, nice bars and restaurants. I often stay here during my business trips and explore the location to more detail. I would like to mention that the apartment appears more appealing in the photos than in reality. Some of the equipment and furnishings are a bit dated and show signs of wear, so it might be worth considering some refurbishment — particularly the living room sofa bed, air conditioning, stained/scretched walls, doors opening to the terrace does not work properly, TV mounting on the wall has hanging cables everywhere. Upon arrival, the apartment was heavily scented with an air freshener, and it was necessary to air it out, as the smell can be a bit strong and not to everyone’s taste.

Julien (7/5): - L'emplacement est pratique pour se déplacer. La literie est de bonne qualité. La salle de bain est propre et fonctionnelle. On est en 2025, le double vitrage ça existe aussi en Espagne j'espère. Ce n'est absolument par normal pour la prestation que nous payons que la chambre parentale ne soit pas équipée de double vitrage. Il est pratiquement impossible de dormir compte tenu de la circulation ininterrompue toute la nuit. Si vous n'avez pas de bouchons d'oreilles et bein vous ne dormirez pas de la nuit. Et même au-delà du bruit, ces fenêtres sont de véritables passoires thermiques, ce n'est pas du tout écologique.

Cozinha completa, cama e toalhas de banho de boa qualidade. Os códigos de acesso ao prédio e ao apto foram enviados pelo whatsapp e funcionou perfeitamente. Viajei com meu marido e filho e o tamanho do apto nos atendeu muito bem. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá. Nada, foi ótimo!

Maar de airco's, ventilatie door het hele huis, wordt nooit schoongemaakt. Er zaten bij de uitgangen ook bruine vlekken. De filters leken erg vies. Wij werden erg vermoeid wakker, doordat de lucht circulatie niet goed is.

The apartment is spacious however the balcony is too huge but quite. There is a lot of space for lugagge. We were 3 people but the apartment was prepare only for two.
