• Monica (4/5): Lo único bueno, la terraza - La terraza, te da el solecito y por las mañanas es genial El aire caliente no va, la alcachofa de la ducha sale sin presión, las puertas de los armarios están algunas rotas, la luz de una habitación no iba, las persianas tampoco iban, solo las del salón, las demás nada

• Raahul (1/5): Bad - My stay at the apartment was unfortunately very disappointing. The place was unclean, especially the bathroom. Every morning, a strong and extremely unpleasant smell came from the sewage, spreading throughout the entire apartment. It was so intense that I actually had to vomit — that’s how bad it was. Additionally, when we asked for fresh bed covers, we were told after several follow-ups that they never provide additional ones. This level of service and hygiene is unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.
• Emily (10/5): Great place to stay in Barcelona, especially for beach access. - Very close to the beach. Close walk to bus stops and metro stations so it was easy to navigate around Barcelona from here. Has a washer/dryer combo. Clean. Two bedrooms. Great for a family. Quiet at night and far enough away from the noisier tourist/party area. We never found the pool.

• Vando (6/5): Nice area, place is nice but could be better - We liked the location and the washing machine, we liked how secure the building was. The property could be cleaner, the sofa is very old, you should change it for a new one, the rooms size don’t match the pictures, on the picture they look bigger, is super tiny , the light in my room was not working so I had to use the mini light all the time, not a big deal, but someone else might make it a big deal. There was a weird smell coming from the outside or the drainage, we could never figure it out . But mainly, please, change the sofa, make the hair look Cleaner.

• Mark (5/5): Okay, but advert is misleading no pool as it’s seasonal, no safe, host not responsive - Good location for us 5 mins walk to the beach and also the diagnol mar shopping centre with a great play area for a 4 yr old. 10 mins to zoo and aquarium in taxi. 20 mins to the airport. Having said that if you want to be in the centre this is a fair trek. Advertisement is misleading massively, there is no safe and no pool repeat no pool as it says seasonal and should really be very specific and add the dates. It was not clean dust everywhere and hairs all over the place. Toaster kept on tripping the breakers so we didn’t have one. No instructions for the oven or heating but there was step by step guide on the microwave!!! Host was super responsive before we got there and then radio silence afterwards until we contacted booking.com. In their defence they did offer to send a cleaner and replacement toaster, but as we had no safe we didn’t want anyone in the apartment. Shower head was broken only good if your 4ft would not stay at a sufficient height. Travel guides on Barcelona offering discounts to attractions were 6 years out of date so pointless!
