Waschschwamm und Spülmittel vorhanden Türcode war nicht gültig, jedoch telefonische Hilfe schnell möglich ein paar Filtertüten, etwas Salz und Zucker wären toll, ebenso ein Küchenhandtuch zum Abtrocknen

• Nekovarikova (10/5): - Good area - cafes, restaurants, grocery shops. The apartment was decent size, clean and overall comfortable. Best of all was communication with landlord - efficient, clear and staightforward via chat. The apartment is on 2nd floor, no elevator, the staircase is rather narrow and steep - may not be for everybody.

• Ingrid (9/5): - Veľmi pekne riešený byt, útulný, čistý, praktická kúpeľňa a dobrá posteľ. Výborná lokalita. Trochu problém dostať sa po príchode dnu, ale vyriešilo sa to. Hlavne si treba vopred poriadne preštudovať pokyny. Schodisko je veľmi úzke, takže so skutočne objemnou batožinou je výkon do bytu vyšlapať, ale zvládli sme to.

• Herrera (6/5): - El apartamento es muy limpio y ordenado y el acceso al mismo se realiza a través de una contraseña única que te remiten al celular, por lo que siempre debes tener conexión a internet, lo bueno de esto es que tienes la llave contigo en todo momento. Los encargados siempre estuvieron muy atentos a mis necesidades e, incluso, luego de dejar el piso, me devolvieron una cadena de mucho valor sentimental que había olvidado al momento de irme. No recomendaría el piso a personas que vienen con muchas maletas o maletas grandes, porque el departamento está ubicado en un tercer piso, con escaleras muy estrechas y sin ascensor, haciendo muy difícil su traslado, más aún si se viaja con personas mayores como lo fue mi caso.

• Leilani (8/5): Nice stay for a trip in Barcelona. - Location of the apartment. Spacious apartment. Close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle & bustle. The stairs up to the apartment, especially after running a half marathon 😜.
• Mery (8/5): Heerlijke dagen gehad op deze toplocatie! - De locatie is top! Ze hadden een geautomatiseerd sleutel systeem, dat werkte echt heel goed. Heerlijk dat er een espressomachine was waar we gebruik van konden maken. Ruim genoeg voor twee personen, fijn dat er ook iemand in de woonkamer kon slapen. Er was een probleem met de douche, maar daar hebben we keurig een refund voor gekregen. Echt fijn! We konden helaas door een lekkage niet meer douchen. Dit is nu opgelost, dus dit zal voor volgende gasten geen probleem zijn.

• Lena (6/5): Tolle Lage - Balkon enttäuschend - Die Lage ist super. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand und man ist direkt in der Nähe von den Geschäften und den Restaurants. Die Anbieter der Unterkunft ist telefonisch erreichbar und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Balkon ist leider sehr klein. Man kann sich dort nicht mal hinsetzen. Der Check-in war unnötig sehr anstrengend und komplizierter als notwendig gestaltet.
• Ketan (10/5): Cosy apartment near the beach - Literally everything was perfect, easy check in, we got the key from the cleaner lady and a remote check in system was installed when we're there. 5 mins walk from the beach and opposite the building there is a supermarket. Spotless cleaning. Kitchen is well equipped. Poblenou is a superb area with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Special thanks for the cleaning lady who helped to carry my partner's luggage on arrival. Strong wifi. There is no lift but 3rd floor is doable and helped with our stemna.
• Lea (7/5): Für drei Nächte war es in Ordnung. Gute Lage, wenn auch eher weit bis zum Zentrum. - Die Lage zum Strand war gut und das Viertel hat uns gut gefallen. Es gab viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr leckeren Kaffee direkt nebenan. Klar, zum Zentrum braucht man länger, aber uns war die Strandlage wichtiger. Klimaanlage war ein Pluspunkt. Die Waschmaschine haben wir genutzt, Waschmittel gibt es in der Unterkunft aber nicht. Das ist aber auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit und wir haben welches in Reisegröße gekauft. Unsere Füße waren schwarz, als wir barfuß in der Wohnung liefen. Könnte besser geputzt werden. Im Tiefkühlfach war eine gefrorene Flasche, das Sofa wirkte schmutzig. wir legten unser Handtuch darauf, um uns zu setzen. Es gab kein Geschirrtuch in der Küche zum Abtrockenen. Keine Grundausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer vorhanden. Das war Schade, da wir nicht extra große Mengen kaufen wollten.

• Margaret (8/5): Overall my stay was brilliant as the apartment had everything I needed & was in a perfect location for everything 🤩 - I loved the location of the property .. right on the Rambla in Poblenou & very close to the beach , shops , bars , cafes , restaurants & more importantly for me .. it was only a short walk to my son & family’s home in Poblenou 🤩 Everything was clean & the facilities were brilliant & the bed was super comfy 😊 I felt very safe .. travelling & staying there on my own & staff were at hand if there were any issues The apartment itself was brilliant & had everything I needed for my stay whilst visiting my family The only issue for me personally was the stairs .. as I was on the 3rd floor & it was very hot so after walking a lot of the day .. it was a very hard ask to climb approx 92 steps up to the apartment 🥵 For someone younger it may not be an issue ? There was an issue with the AC when I arrived which was a bit of a nightmare in the heat but after a phone call to City Trip it was resolved & they sent engineers who installed a complete new AC system & the staff left me a very kind note of apology with a lovely gift for the inconvenience 😊

Lively during the day and calm and quiet at night. There wasn't anything bad, really. Everything you need is in the apartment - kitchen utilities, cleaning equipment etc.

We were forced to wait 1,5 hour on the - Nice apartman and location Absolutely terrible arrival experience. After I wrote a few days before time of arrival, they requires to call 1 hour before arrival. The phone number is not working. Staff no helpfull, no exact info with video or picture how to get to the house. We were waiting 1,5 hour on the street for somebody who should give us keys. And at the end we needed to find him ourselves. Advice how to get to the apartman was "take taxi". Not helpfull staff et al.
• Sotirios (4/5): Disappointing - It was located in a very good place, especially for walks by foot, bike or schooter. The apartment it was spacious for up to 2 people and it was very clean. Getting the keys to the apartment was terrible process. Instructions were unclear and they were not answer messages on WhatsUp up untill 2 hours before my official check-in. Their excuse was that they weren't asnwer because the apartment was not yet ready. Had to wait few hours on airport untill they give me the address where I can get the keys. Official check-in was on 16:00 but I manage to arive at 17:00 on the appartment because I didn't knew the exact address to receive the keys and there was a lot of communication after they give me the adresss (there was no doorbell on the building and had to ask for someone to come on front door with the keys). Finally, the apartment had 4 floors with only stairs available, so it is not good fit for people with disabilities or elder people.

• Rachel (1/5): a nightmare - nothing Impossible to sleep with paper thin walls and adjacent noise from neighbours this has been mentioned as a previous issue we left after one night as so unbearable .we asked for help from the property who claimed it was a one off . tourists clearly not welcome in this accommodation after very unfriendly encounters in the building .we travel frequently so have many comparisons to make .a huge disappointment
• Emelie (8/5): Very good - Great location near both beach and city life. Poble Nou is less busy than city centre so it makes it a bit calmer, chill and a cosy area. Enjoyed the little balcony and loved the AC for the hot summer days. Saw some other comments about the water pressure and yes it is a little low, but it’s alright since we are contributing to saving water during the draught. It’s a quite simple apartment but has everything you need really. We enjoyed our stay 😊

• Csaba (5/5): Bad condition apartment with hidden costs - Location. Very close to the beach, local Rambla de Poble Nou is at the door. This street is full of restaurants. City centre can easily be reached in 30 mins via bus or metro They've charged 75 euros on top of booking price for cleaning. I believe this is against Booking.com policies. Despite the additional cost we found dog fur on the floor, generally we didn't have a clean feeling. We had to pick up the keys at Placa de Catalunya, this is uncommon to travel through the city for the keys. Apartment is in an old apartman house, both the house and the apartment is in a bad condition. Also you can hear every neighbour through the walls.
• Claudia (9/5): Lovely apartment with easy access to the beach - It’s a lovely apartment close to beach and all facilities in a classic Spanish building. It had everything we need and more. The kitchen had all appliances, there was a washing machine, hair blower. Also, the location was great if you want to go to the beach or reach other tourist attractions. After the reservation was made, they charged me a cleaning fee that I didn’t know of, if this was mentioned in the ad, it was not very clear. The neighbors were also very noisy at night.

• Alicia (8/5): Nice stay in amazing part of Barcelona - Spacious, very clean, nice view. Amazing location (was staying in city centre on previous trip and definitely prefer this location). 4th floor with no lift. We were booking last moment so happy that we found it either way but definitely would not recommend if someone has issues with lifting heavy luggage. Very thin walls (and during two nights neighbours definitely had a very loud conversation till late at night). I had earplugs so it helped.

Apartment located in a cosy area, with a lot of coffeeshops, grocery stores, restaurants, close to the beach. Bad connected with airport. I had to pick up the key in other part of the city. The bed in the bedroom squeaks very intensively.
• Kozan (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment, big and spacious. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. A/C in 2 rooms. Walking distance from the beach. WiFi didn't work the entire time I was there, the maintenance worker came to try and fix it but it still didn't work after they left.
• Shiiney13 (9/5): Barcelona trip - Excellent location, lively but more residential so quiet at night. A variety of food shops and restaurants all around. Less than 10 mins to nearest Metro, and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Apartment was clean and practical. The sofa bed could do with a steam clean, some spillage stains. But that was the only thing really.
• Jonathan (3/5): Filthy and overpriced - Well situated, that is all it got for it. Décrépit flat, at the limit of insalubrity. We were welcomed by an oversized cockroach. A slug dropped from the ceiling during the shower. The bed is horrendous.The windows don't close well so you get all the street noises. For this price it was really à let down, also you have to get the Keys at the other side of the city.
