• Duncan (10/5): Fantastic apartment, location and host. - Marcello was a great host, happy to meet us a little early so we could store our bags there when we arrived and was extermely helpful throughout even ordering our taxi for us for our return flight. The aparment was lovely, clean and fantastic location. There was no oven and did not realise until after we had bought our son a pizza and could also do with some more/new plates and glasses but these are minor issues.

Comodo per un utilizzo di appoggio per 3 o 4 giorni di visità della città. Consigliato per una famiglia con uno o due bambini piccoli perchè le camere sono quasi comunicanti. Nulla in particolare, forse i letti potevano essere un po' più comodi. Ma ci si adatta.

• Barbora (9/5): Krásné ubytování na výborném místě, určitě doporučuji! - Prostorné ubytování, našli jsme zde všechno, co jsme potřebovali (toaletní potřeby vč. šamponu a mýdla, základní potraviny, čaj, čerstvě namletá káva, moka konvička...). V bytě bylo uklizeno. Ocenila jsem, že nám hostitel vyšel vstříc ohledně dřívějšího check-inu (mohli jsme se ubytovat již v 11.30). Výborné umístění - jen pár ulic od Sagrady Familie, blízko na metro. Byl slyšet hluk z chodby a od dalších ubytovaných, ale nic hrozného.
• jima-nissy (10/5): - 使い勝手やロケーションはもちろんですが、ホストの人柄に惚れました。鍵も何もかも室内に忘れ、玄関先で途方にくれる私たち、10分で駆けつけて助けてくれました。（連絡してくれたお隣のご友人にも感謝）涙が出ました。 強いて言うなら、シャワーブースが寒かったことですが、些細なことです。暖かい時期ならむしろウェルカムかも。
• Sini (9/5): Siisti ja toimiva huoneisto, loistosijainti. AirBnb-majoitusta etsivälle huippukohde. - Sijainti oli loistava, majoituspaikan pohjaratkaisu oli erittäin toimiva. Omistaja vastasi aina nopeasti, kun tuli jotain kysyttävää. Myös siisteydestä plussaa. Helppo uloskirjautuminen. Tullessamme lentokentältä taksilla majoitukseen meitä ei ollut kukaan vastassa kuten olisimme olettaneet, vaan kävimme naapurin baarissa kysymässä, onko paikka oikea. (Mainio baari, ja selvästi suosittu paikallisten kesken!) Olisimme siis kaivanneet etukäteen toimintaohjeita, esim. että kun olemme perillä kohteessa, laitamme viestiä, jolloin paikalle vasta tulee henkilö tuomaan avaimet. Olimme laittaneet taksista kuitenkin jo viestiä, että olemme matkalla majoituskohteeseen.

• Lenore (9/5): Comfy apartment really close to Sagrada Familia. - Great location near Sagrada Familia. Style, I'd say is "bohemian." A very liveable apartment -- salt, oil, and other staples in the kitchen; windows in every room; big drying rack out the hall window; shelf and closet spaces; extra blanket throws for warmth. Steep steps up to the apartment worked for us, but might not for everyone.

• Laura (10/5): A quiet relaxed stay next to the busy and beautiful Sagrada Familia - It was in a great location close to the metro and it was nice walking past Sagrada Familia every day. There was plenty of space in the apartment so that my husband and I could both relax or work separately if needed. The neighbours were friendly and our host was very responsive and helpful. No negatives from us

• Le (6/5): Good location, bad experience, never again - Location was gut, one street away from the Sagrada Familia. Well considered facilities. There is only one air conditioning in the living room and small fans in both bedrooms. The rooms are smaller than it looks in the pictures, bedrooms with folding doors, which means a bad sound insulation. Also the windows are poorly insulated, on rainy days could be noisy. Not much natural light in the apartment. Maybe it was cleaned too much and there was always a smell of detergent in the room. There is no quilt in the bedrooms, only sheets and a small blanket for each. There are so many mosquitoes that I couldn’t sleep well☹ Unfortunately, our bag was stolen shortly after we arrived in Barcelona, and we lost the keys of this apartment. As I informed Marcello about this, instead of any useful advice or help, he charged me 300 euros from my credit card, within a few hours, because he want to replace the lock. As I asked for reason, as there was no address on the key, I got the answer:  „ Also you say they stole them but who knows you. I don’t know what happened to these keys. “ So he thinks I keep the key, fly 2000 kms back later to steal something from his apartment, it’s really crazy. Sure it’s the house rules which I accepted before about the 300 Euros, but I only got a picture (receipt) of how he charged my credit card. I asked for an invoice for replacement of lock, because our insurance need it. Marcelo refused to do this. Only after I told him, I will recall the money through my bank, I finally got the invoice, it's already 3 weeks after the lock was changed. This is a very bad experience, a disaster. Anyone who want to live here, please consider again!

• Daryl (8/5): A good choice - Arrived during hot days and very warm nights so was thankful for AC and 4 fans available. Rooms were comfortable and clean, kitchen met our needs, I found beds and pillows a bit firm but ok. Good restaurants, coffee shops and mini marts nearby. Location for Sagrada Familia is great, other attractions require long walks or public transportation. Unfortunately the hot water boiler kept shutting down so there were cold showers and washing to content with. Owner gave suggestions that sometimes worked, but not always.
• Hanna (9/5): We love everything about it, except the bed mattresses. - 1. The host, Marcello, for his fantastic communication and hospitality. 2. The convenient and safe location! The mattress on the full bed was hard.
• Miguel (8/5): Very good - Communication with host is easy and quick. The flat provides most of the things we needed during our stay. The location is not central but is quite and handy. For us that was good enough. The cleaning needs improvement. The flat looks bigger on the photos but it does the job.
• Susan (8/5): Excellent - The location was superb - metro station was just round the corner and we could pick up the City Tour bus a few minutes walk away.. Facilities in the property were good - the shower was superb. Would have liked to have proper pillows on the beds rather than small cushions - if you rolled over, you fell off the cushions!
• Mitchell (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Location was excellent one street away from the Sagrada Familia. Main bed - we prefer sheets and blankets which better control sleeping temperature but there was no top sheet. Pillows were too small.
• Eric (7/5): Excellent location and good value for a family - Excellent, excellent location. We walked almost everywhere, and used the nearby metro some times. Thoroughly cleaned. Coffee and tea available along with a two sizes of bialetti. Great communication with the owner. He allowed us to arrive 1 hr early, and was responsive when there was a water problem in the neighborhood that affected the apartment. Washing machine with detergent, and drying lines. Felt safe, and no noise issues. Heat worked great when we used it at night. All amenities as expected. Beds were not very comfortable. Double mattress was hard, and twin mattresses were (I think) foam. This was our biggest complaint. Bathroom smelled a bit bad, as though there might be a bad drain trap. Hot water only seemed to work when the heat was turned on. This was not a problem after we figured it out. Apartment is a bit dated and starting to show its age.

• Eglė (7/5): Not bad, could be better. - The place is very good, near Sagrada Familia. The host should take care of hot water ant heating systems in the apartments, it's rather complicated. Wasn't very pleased when hot water just disappeared in the middle of my shower time.

• Alina (10/5): Absolutely fabulous property - Loved the spacious livingroom in the apartment. Overall, there wasn't anything that we wanted and did not have as the host arranged for everything. There were fans in all the rooms, a/c unit in the livingroom, washing machine available, extra blankets, a cozy couch and a small tv. I enjoyed the heavy lattices on the windows as we could sleep in without a problem. There was nothing missing. We even found coffee and tea in the kitchen.

The accommodation is very basic, with several kitchen items missing, making a meal very difficult to prepare. Simple items like no cutting board and the gas stove had only one burner which worked properly. The old air-conditioner was very noisy and the constant banging of the courtyard entrance door made it difficult to sleep at night.

That was our favorite place in Barcelona so it was amazing to walk by it multiple times, as well as visit it once. One night was really windy and it was hard to sleep with some things banging around outside, but I’m guessing it was things belonging to the neighbor(s). Everything else was just great.
• Eleonora (10/5): Cozy authentic apartment near the Sagrada Familia - Marcello was super helpful and attentive, he provided with all necessary information about the apartment and the district. We arrived earlier than planned and he changed the time to gives us the key. It was really cold the first night, because (I guess) the heating was turned off before our arrival. It's understandable, but still uncomfortable. And the internet could be improved.
